Outstanding appointment today front desk staff the lady that got my insurance information Im not sure of her name but shes been there for years shes very patient and calm. The assistant that called me to the back Im not sure if she was a CNA or a medical assistant but she called me to the room and she listened to me for the c/o of today. Today was my first time seeing Tiffany she was great I usually see Dr Zook. Tiffany listen to my complaints for today overall she observed everything that she needed to she addressed all my situations great job Tiffany great job staff doctors Zook you have an outstanding staff over in St Pete I would recommend your practice to anyone I know.

Great experience with Tiffany Trent! It was my first time going to a dermatologist & she did not disappoint. I had a few moles removed it was painless, & easy. She is very educated & answered all of my questions with no issue. Very friendly & thorough, I can tell she loves what she does. The office has easy scheduling, nice front desk staff, quick visits & office/rooms are clean.

This practice is truly amazing. Check in was super easy and staff is very friendly. My doctor was Jennifer Beamguard and her nurse Nina. Both are so helpful, full of information and made me feel relieved when I walked out. I highly recommend this office. Location is a little difficult to find but well worth it. Thank you Nina for going above and beyond and thank you Jennifer Beamguard for being an amazing physician.

My overall experience at this location is great. The doctor was nice, welcoming and very educating on my skin needs. Rashad in customer service was also very helpful in getting a prescription requested for me. I had some questions about wrinkle creams and Audrey was very helpful with providing that information.

Cheerful, helpful, expert help from Jennifer B. and staff. 1* They are quick to acknowledge and help me get situated immediately upon arrival. 2* Their gracious, welcoming approach conveys the utmost respect. 3* They treat me exactly as I prefer to be treated and customize their notes just for me. 4* They gladly offer me any service that interests me and Jennifer gives the most careful guidance to inspire only natural beauty and the utmost confidence. Three things are clear: Jennifer sees my natural beauty, she listens to what I truly want, and she loves helping others. They also provide information to make services as accessible as possible. 5* Restroom access poses no problem.

And my apologies for the confusion.I just walked out of the Academic Alliance Dermatology @ 3950 3rd St. N. in St. Pete location, and I must say that was the best experience ever with this office. It’s my third year seeing Dr. Zook, and he is great, but Tina, his medical assistance or nurse (I can’t remember her title) made the difference today. Think about someone knowledgeable, caring, sweet delicate. That’s Tina!If you ever get an appointment at this location, make sure to ask for this duet. Dr Zook and Tina make the perfect team, and I couldn’t ask for more. Thank you!! 🙏🏼🩺 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🩺🙏🏼

I have been a patient of Jennifer Baumgard’s for years & highly recommend her. I started seeing her at the Webb Rd. office, but when she moved to St Pete I didn’t want to make the long drive so I switched to someone else. Big mistake! I ended up switching back to Jennifer & haven’t regretted it. I just try to avoid appointments during rush hour so the drive isn’t even longer.Jennifer & her nurse are always friendly & happy to answer my questions. I love that her approach is to take the least drastic route (unless needed), rather than encourage me to make dramatic changes or remove moles unnecessarily. She says she treats patients like she would want to be treated - which is great. She doesn’t try to push botox or other anti-aging products, like I’ve seen with other dermatologists. She found some problem moles another dermatologist overlooked, and is thorough in her skin check exams.The only downside, as others have mentioned, is that it can be hard to find this office on the first visit. It is kind of hidden on a back street. Take a minute to look at a satellite pic on Google Maps before you go, so you know what to look for. When you leave the parking lot, their office is in the back left on the first floor. It is not super busy like the Webb Rd location, and much shorter wait times.

I met Minou the last time I was here, and she was exceptional in making me feel comfortable and cared for. I highly recommend this place for all your Dermatological needs.

Now THIS is the place you have been looking for to heal improve your skin. Whether you need your yearly skin scan, injections, or something more serious, the professionals here will treat you compassionately and without pressure. Miss Destiny at the front desk is a doll. PA Jen B has been caring for me for more than 10 years as has her nurse Jen M. They are truly the dream team. With offices around the Tampa Bay area, youll find a place nearby! I recommend the Jessner peel--yes, you may look a bit lizardly at first, but the skin underneath will just glow. They have also helped my husband with his skin issues, going so far as enrolling him in a skin study that has changed his quality of life!

These people are soo friendly! I enjoyed every second of being there, I didnt have to wait long and the receptionists (ellen and the other dark haired lady) were nice! The doctor was even nicer! 5 stars, beautiful building too.

Academic Alliances cosmetic services have been a miracle for me. Ive dealt with what I knew was hypersensitive skin and what Ive recently discovered was vascular rosacea since I was 17. It got to the point where I would have unpredictable, painful and embarrassing flare-ups, despite using topical prescriptions. I hadnt left the house without makeup in years. Cut to this year, when I finally decided I wanted to do something about it. I see Dr. Zook in the Clearwater location, and he recommended I come to the Tampa office for laser treatment. I am so glad that I did. Ive had three laser/IPL sessions with Ann Tran, and my skin looks better than it has in a decade. The permanent redness is poof, gone. And on top of that, Ann and everyone else are so nice, knowledgeable and make you feel at ease. Im finally leaving the house without foundation again, which I wasnt even sure was possible. Thank you!

Plus Dr Zook is totally awesome himself and as a doctor he also has great bedside manner Plus he listens to everything you need.I would refer academic of dermatology to my family and friends

We were at the one in Swann. The dermatologist was super nice to my child and wanted to find the quickest and least painful way to help her. I would recommend going to this dermatology center than any other one. Great Experience!!
