Sheri did a great job! I’m a little disappointed in the facility though. I had a massage schedule for 11 am on a Sunday and they sent me a text the day before saying my session was cancelled because the provider couldn’t make it. I then had to call and see what was going on and they said they could schedule me for later that day with a different person. This was a massage for my birthday that I was looking forward to all week and if they weren’t even going to reschedule me with someone until I called. Just came off a bit unprofessional.

I went to Massage Envy yesterday and had a hour session with Jay and also asked if they could add on with a warming/Hot ingredient in their lotion to help me with knots in muscles and Jay did that and it was worth it. Jay is awesome with his hands and applied deep kneading and deep strokes to release all muscle tension all over and bonus to the shoulders and neck areas and legs and back to where I was totally relaxed and felt great and the warmth from the lotion lasted for the whole night but I did come home and take a big nap afterwards and left all stress behind me. I cant remember the last time I was able to do that. Plus the calming music in room helps me too. Thank you so much Jay you are awesome sauce and I look forward to another massage with you 😊.

I happened to get scheduled with Charles by chance as my regular location was booked. And I am so happy to say that my session with Charles was fantastic! He provided one of the best massages I have had in a very long time. When he asked if I had certain areas that I would like him to focus on, he listened! I have had many therapists that ask that question, but do not follow through. It’s almost like they have a certain “routine” and they are unable to break from it. Even though Charles is at a location farther from my home, I will continue to drive the extra 15-20 minutes, it is definitely worth it.

Samantha is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever been to! I recently moved to St Pete but was already a religious client at other massage envy’s. I’ve gone to this location twice now and both with Samantha and I truly can’t say enough good things. They were both the best massages I’ve ever had, she communicates awesome with you to make sure she is not going to hard or soft and to make you feel very comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone who goes to this location.

I called to make an appointment and a new girl made a mistake & gave me information that was incorrect. When I came in for my appointment there was some issues but the front desk honored what was said and allowed me to use my coupon for the massage. Kristie was the massage therapist and she did a great job and was very helpful in giving tips for what to do during the day to avoid more stress on the back and shoulders. It started out as a bad experience but the whole staff made everything work out. I’d like to become a member just from that!

The only negative thing I can say is that the danged old face rests are all rigged at best! Come on ownership! Donna is the real deal! She listened to my concerns and did what she needed to do— I knew I was coming back immediately. She explained what she was doing, which I appreciated, and her experience is apparent through her knowledge. She was attentive to my body’s responses and adjusted pressure before I even needed to say anything. I see a PT for lower back issues, and she pinpointed my problem areas (giving me thorough explanations very similar to my PT’s), and all before I even mentioned it. The whole staff is helpful and welcoming. Definitely recommend!

Im not a person who gets massages because it wasnt for me. At least, that was before I had one here. I came in 9/12, had an unbelievable knot in my left shoulder. I could barely turn my head, lots of pain. Couldnt get it worked out on my own. I had a massage from Evelyn. She was very personable, and she knows what shes doing. She worked out the knot and found some in the other shoulder I didnt know were there. By the end of the session my neck was freed and had far less pain. The gals at the counter are great; friendly, helpful and very informative. They have some great incentives to take advantage of. Great for gift ideas. Came back 9/18 and met with Jaime. Had a full back massage and he found knots in my lower and mid back where I didnt know I had places. It was amazing.😍 I was so relaxed I forgot where I was and just immersed myself in the experience. I felt very secure and the hour feels like it goes by quickly and very worth it. Im going back in two weeks for another session... Im now someone who will be getting massages. Was an amazing therapist and she is definitely one of the nicest, kindest, and most capable therapists I have ever dealt with!I went a second time to this location and Christopher was my therapist who gave me an incredible deep tissue massage for my neck and shoulders. I have been barely able to turn my head from pain and stiffness. I woke up the next day having almost full range of motion back. I am scheduled to see Christopher back in a week to make sure I maintain my range of motion until I get back into a good routine.I cannot reccomend this location enough. The staff is so friendly and so kind. Everyone is very polite and wears their masks accordingly with CDC guidelines which I appreciate because I have a compromised immune system. Definitely the best Massage Envy I have ever been to and I have been to Massage Envy in 4 different states.
