I recently had lip fillers done at Goldfingers Aesthetics in St. Petersburg, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! My provider, Robert, was incredibly kind and professional, making me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. His expertise really showed in the beautiful, natural-looking results.Karen was also present in the room and provided additional support to ensure I achieved the best possible outcome. Her input and care truly made a difference.The entire team at Goldfingers Aesthetics created such a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. I can’t recommend them enough and will definitely be returning for future treatments!

What a relief/blessing to have found Goldfingers. I moved from Alaska & was researching where to go for my Botox, Filler & weight loss needs when I was referred to Goldfingers Aesthetics. I cant even put into words how grateful I am for Karen who took a lot of time and set me up with their team, Robert , Crystal & Dr Young. I started out at their Largo location and continued with them as they moved into their new downtown St. Petersburg clinic. Im down 100+ lbs from Dr Youngs weight loss program. With this massive amount of weight loss came loss of volume in my face. Robert and Crystal together came up with a treatment plan between Botox and filler to get my volume back in my face so I didnt look so sunken in and hollow. Im absolutely beautiful and feel so healthy. Thank you Dr Young, Karen, Crystal, Robert & Alexis. I look forward to my monthly facials with Alexis. Love and greatful to Goldfingers St Petersburg.

One of the best places to come for Botox/filler in Downtown St Pete! The office just opened up and is absolutely gorgeous. Karen and her staff are incredible and so pleasant to work with. They take the time to listen and ensure they are meeting your needs through their expertise knowledge. Crystal and Robert are the best injectors- friendly, patient and professional. Prices are unbeatable here with frequent specials. I will be recommending Goldfingers Aesthetics St Pete to all my friends and family. Thank you for being so wonderful and making me feel gorgeous!!

I love this clinic. I literally come down from Illinois because of the amazing service and expertise of the staff. Karen is a hands on partner & takes personal pride in this location. She makes you you her # 1 priority I feel. Crystal is an amazing injector. My lip filler & botox results are the best Ive ever ever had; hence the reason I travel down. What an amazing place! Great location with free street parking. Ground level access to location. Rob F is highly skilled giving injections. I drove an hour because he’s worth it. He understands facial anatomy and works with you to ensure you’re getting the results you want. Best experience! I’ll be going back for sure.

I can not be more impressed with the service and outcome of my botox and lip injections today. The modern, clean and spa-like atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. I was warmly welcomed by Crystal the moment I walked in, who offered me a beverage. Robert Franceskino was the PA ,who I was scheduled to see for my treatments, was also there at the door to welcome me. I was promptly brought back to his personal suite where he took his time to patiently listen to my concerns. He was very knowedgeable of all the offers and best routes of treatments that would suit my needs and my budget. He was up front about the price of treatments and there was no high pressure sales pitches.When it came time to administer the botox and lip injections he applied a very strong numbing cream to help ease the pain. He was very gentle and I felt only mild discomfort during the treatments. He took his time to make sure I was comfortable and that my lips were perfectly and evenly injected. Although I still have a lot of swelling I already feel the outcome is exactly what I asked for. He explained that I will need to come back in two weeks for a follow up evaluation and free touch ups of Botox if necessary. This showed me my satisfaction is of the highest priority. This is not my first time with lip injection or Botox but it has been the best so far. I will definately be back and highly recommend Rob Franceskino for treatments.

Hands down the place to go. I have been coming here for over a year (with 1 exception. Still sorry, K&C) and Im beyond happy with the results. As a man who just turned 50 and who needed A LOT...I mean A LOT of help, the staff here exceeded my expectations. Karen and Crystal treat you like royalty and are very much the perfectionists when it comes to your treatment. I cant recommend Goldfingers St. Pete enough, especially if you are a man considering aesthetics. This is the place to go!

I TRULY CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS PLACE. I just moved to Saint Pete in February and I didnt have a place to go to get my botox and I walked by their sign saying $8.99 a unit and I decided to give it a try and let me tell you IT WAS THE BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE!!! Karen the owner is the sweetest person ever and worked with me on pricing and didnt make me feel like I had to spend more than I needed. They told me exactly what I needed and not any more which is so important with these types of places. My injector Robert was also the BEST!!! I got botox and my lips done and it hurt way less than any other time I have ever got them done. The shape of my lips was INSANE. I have never felt more beautiful in my life than after I have gone here. They are seriously the coolest people in the world and they have gained a LIFE long customer out of me! Seriously can not recommend a place more. The photo attached was the day after my botox and lip injections and there is no filter on the photo, I FELT SO BEAUTIFUL!!! 10/10 recommend!
