    My insurance changed and I was able to return to St Petersburg Dermatology. Had a great visit yesterday with Dr Hearn. Shes very friendly and provides a thorough exam. Her assistant (Ive unfortunately forgotten her name) was wonderful too. The office is well managed and Im happy to be able to return.

    Dr. Johansen removed a mole from my back that presented a strong chance of turning into a melanoma if not addressed. She was so caring, very professional, and gentle throughout this procedure, sharing with me what she was doing at every step of the way. The procedure itself was pain free due to the excellent job Taylor did of ensuring I was fully numb, as well as the skill of Dr. Johansen.Additionally, I was informed that the site might become painful later or at night; however, I never felt any pain the night of the procedure or since then. Again, I am certain this is due to Dr. Johansens gentle and excellent surgical skills.As always, the front office and medical staff were very professional, engaging, and kind. I am so grateful to have a Dermatologist who is so focused on ensuring her patients have a quality experience on every level.

    Great experience! I arrived at my appointment time and literally walked right in. That is a first EVER at a medical facility. The staff was professional and courteous. An associate interviewed me, took my details and then within 10 minutes the doctor came in checked me out and in another 10 - 15 minutes I had 4 spots removed and another one frozen. I was very happy with the whole experience.

    Somehow this office manages the best of both worlds - superior caregiving with very thorough attention during the whole body scan, and also an office that runs like clockwork. My last two visits i have been in and out within 20 minutes and still had all my questions answered and a thorough examination by Dr. Hearn. Prescriptions submitted during the exam and waiting at my pharmacy to pick up on the way home. No hassle excellence.

    Since moving to St Petersburg in 2017 and visiting St Petersburg Dermatology so see Dr. Elizabeth Arrington and her staff, I find that I am happy that this is the office that was recommended to me and my wife. Nothing is missed during the physical skin exam, which is good, but the vibe is also good. It is easy to converse with everyone, and to me that is just as important as remediation of the sun damage I have incurred. I hope to live long enough to see Doctor Arrington retire, at least after another 20 years.

    A wonderful experience! From beginning to end I am impressed with St Pete Dermatology. It was easy to make an appointment and they got me in for my annual skin check in a reasonable amount of time. The online paperwork was easy and convenient and the appointment reminders via text were great. The office staff is friendly and efficient. I waited less than 5 minutes and was seen by the doc within minutes. Most importantly, Dr. Hearn is the best dermatologist I’ve seen (and we’ve moved a lot)!     I only go to Dr. Arrington for annual skin checks at this point, but she is always friendly and efficient and professional. Her staff are great too. Yesterday I had to have a little spot frozen for the first time which wasnt too fun, but I appreciate her proactive care.     My first visit to Saint Petersburg dermatology with Dr. Brittany Hearn was such a success that I made another appointment a week later to go see Jessica Sands, DNP who specializes in cosmetic procedures and consultation.Dr. Hearn is so warm and welcoming. She answers all your questions, spends plenty of time making you feel comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and clearly well educated and up-to-date on everything dermatology. I felt confident and reassured when I left.Jessica Sands is equally as knowledgeable about all of the cosmetic procedures that are out there now… She spent a great deal of time, explaining the different procedures, and the expected and sometimes unexpected outcomes. It was a very thoughtful, thorough, refreshing office visit. She is a gem.I was fortunate in both visits to have Alexa as the nurse assisting. She too, is very kind and welcoming, and asks all the right questions to get a great patient history.Lastly, I would be amiss not to mention Robin at the front desk who is super friendly, patient and kind not to mention she loves 60s and 80s music and you can sometimes hear her singing along to the song thats in the background, which I absolutely love to hear.I highly recommend this practice and will be back.

    Went recently for the first time to see Dr. Galliani. The girls at the front desk are very nice and welcoming, the MA was super nice too.     I recently had an infected cyst occur on a Thursday. I tried treating it by my self and did not have any luck so I called St Petersburg Dermatology for an appointment the following Monday.. I was scheduled and seen on that Wednesday. Amazing to someone that expected to wait at least a week to see a doctor. My appointment time was set and I was seen at THAT TIME, not 45 minutes later. Again, amazing. Dr Galliani was my doctor and did an exam and removal of the problem at that time. He was very professional and answered any and all questions I had. His supporting nurse did the same and I would like to thank them for it. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist who had the electronic copy of my paperwork at hand. Dr. Hearn was great, very direct and informative. 6 month update: Dr. Hearn was the 5th Dermatologist I consulted for a 20 year problem with deep scarring acne.     Yesterday I drove my 2 year old daughter here from our home in South Tampa and was beyond impressed! Feels more like being in a spa than a doctors office--beautiful, clean, comfortable. Staff were super friendly, minimal wait time, and of course Dr. Arringtons knowledge and skills cannot be beat. Highly recommend!!

    I found Dr. Galliani to be very professional, as well as the entire staff. Regarding my problem, I am basically doing the same treatment as I was doing for a couple months or more, prior to my visit. I was hoping a new medication would have been prescribed. I see him again in Nov. for a follow up visit.

    Couldnt ask for a better experience-from the pre-appointment paperwork-to the front desk-to the kind nurse Barbara-and finally to the considerate and caring Dr. Arrington. I didnt feel rushed and felt as though I had the Drs full and complete attention. The practice is very professionally run. Im extremely impressed.     Having spent many years visiting Dermatology offices, St. Petersburg Dermatology is by far the best Ive seen in a long time. The entire office staff were friendly, courteous, and took the time to acknowledge me, even-though they were helping other patients. The same level of service carries over to their medical staff. The MA and Nurse were very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Arrington herself breaks the stereotype of the Stuffy Dermatologist. She has a warm and caring demeanor that expresses itself in the way she interacts with her patients and her Team. I was especially impressed when she took the time to actually sit down to talk to me before starting her examination. As if the level of care I received wasnt enough, the physical office itself was beautiful. Everything was clean, new, and orderly. I also appreciated the fact that on the back of the exam room door was a chalkboard with the names of todays MA, Nurse and Doctor. This was a nice touch Id never seen before in a doctors office. This was my first time visiting St. Petersburg Derm, but it certainly wont be the last. Ill be recommending Dr. Arrington to my family, friends, and anyone looking for a great Dermatologist.

    First off, the office space is designed BEAUTIFULLY! Secondly, Barbara her RN is AMAZING! She is very upbeat and personable. She has a great personality and sense of humor. She is also very caring and very gentle when poking you with a needle. ;)I like how they take the time to explain the procedures to you prior to just doing them. It makes such a difference knowing whats going on. I also like that they showed me the things they removed.Dr. Arrington is FABULOUS so thorough, she doesnt miss anything as shes scanning your skin. She also, has an amazing personality. You can tell her sincerity is authentic. She generally cares about you and your health. She isnt trying to sell you lotions or other procedures like some other dermatologists Ive been to. The entire office atmosphere is very positive, warm and inviting. It doesnt even feel like youre at a doctors office. I give this place 5 STARS!!!

    I have a history of basal cell so go regularly for skin checks and I’m so grateful for Dr. Hearn, who noticed a spot I never would have, and for Dr. Epstein, who did a great job on Mohs on my nose. I got the best case scenario thanks to both of them, detecting it as early as possible and removing the minimal but right amount. Both are so good at what they do and I trust them completely. The whole staff is also friendly and helpful.

The wait time is very short, both in the waiting room and the exam room. Dr. Arrington takes her time during her exams, asks lots of questions, looks you over very thoroughly, explains all treatment options, and never, never, never pressures you to do a procedure that is not in your best interests (she has even talked me out a procedure that would have been in her best financial interest but it wasnt in line with my best health interest - thats not a good doctor; thats a great doctor).     I searched for a dermatologist locally and after a short search I found St. Petersburg Dermatology. I was a little hesitant at first only because the few places I called initially were booked out 3 months in advance. Because of the immediate availability here I booked an appt. but wondered if the quality would be lacking. All the reviews I read were spot on. The office is beautiful!! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Arrington was thorough and did an amazing job. I dont normally feel the need to write reviews but this place was great..and completely unrelated to the service, I loved the St. Petersburg history books in the waiting room :)

    Dr Arrington and her staff are wonderful. Rarely do I have to wait long before I am seen. They do a great job honoring your appointment time. The space is beautiful and clean.
