    I love everything about this office! Dr. Hermann is an expert in her field, and explains every procedure to her patients in a relatable way. Then entire office staff is welcoming and friendly, both in person and on the phone. They make sure you feel comfortable, and I always leave feeling taken care of. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Hermann, Julia, and the women in this office. Just the absolute best.

    I have been a patient of Herman Wellness St Petersburg for 5 years. Robin and Jessica are the only medical professionals that I allow to inject and perform laser treatments on my face and neck.     I have been coming here for two years on a consistent basis. I wouldnt go anywhere else! The ladies are very professional, extremely educated receptionists, aestheticians, nurse, and doctor practitioners.     Ive been a patient for over two years and have ALWAYS had the best customer experience in office and on the phone. This team has it right! Its rare to find an office that has a team full of employees that love their work and make you feel welcome no matter what! In regards to Dr. Hermann, I chose her through all of the noise because of her expertise and experience but also because she has authored several articles in the hormone and medical space. Shes fabulous!! And if you do Botox she is the best!

    Ive been going here for several years. I always see Michelle and she always does an amazing job. She gives you exactly what you asked for. If you want natural looking shell give you natural looking if you want exaggerated shell give you exaggerated a wholy trust her opinion on how things look for my face as we are all unique. The staff is always always polite and helpful. Dr Herman is very lucky to have all of these girls as part of her business. Another thing that I like is each month they send out text messages or emails if you sign up for them for specials on a wide variety of treatments they offer. I would recommend Herman Wellness to any of my friends in family. Hands down the best Wellness business in the area!

    I just turned 29 and was feeling a little self conscious about my forehead lines that were becoming deep-set. I was extremely nervous setting up and coming to this appointment, but as soon as I walked in everyone who worked there was extremely sweet and welcoming. I had the pleasure of having Monekka as my injector, who was kind, patient, and thoroughly explained what she was doing and what I could expect as I was borderline panicking. She made the experience so easy, it was quick and painless, and I am very pleased with the office overall. I am excited to see my results over the next few weeks!     If I could give 10 stars, I would! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The medical assistants answered most if not all of my questions regarding my skin concerns. They were training the new medical assistant, while I was there and you can tell how knowledgeable and just happy to be there they are. You can tell they get to know their patients and really care about their results. I didnā€™t know what I wanted and ended up getting Botox and Skinvive with Dr. Hermann and I couldnā€™t be happier with my results. My skin has never looked and felt better.

    I have to say my 1st visit with monekka was fantastic, she by far is the best technician that has done my botox. Amd I recommended her to so many people. My 2nd visit went well except monekka wasnt there any longer and I was seen by someone else. Which i had to make a return visit for more units.They happily corrcted the issue, but now I am being told I need more units than my intial fantastic appt.I am not sure is it technician differences or what but a lil here, a lil there all adds up. Just disappointed is all, when my 1st experience was perfect.

I have had a lip flip done twice here by their PA-C Michelle Mincone, and she is quick, professional and really explains the entire process. Michelle Mincone, their Medical Assistants and Michele (their event coordinator) were amazing with us through Arts of Attractionā€™s first ever Client Appreciation Party. They went above and beyond all expectations, and were an amazing part of our of them! They are a phenomenal wellness and aesthetic spa, and I highly recommend them!

    I came in for a little Botox to cure the blues of turning 40! Rachel greeted me at the door and was so friendly. She took me into the procedure room where I met Jessica and Michelle, who explained absolutely everything to me. They listened to my concerns and answered all my questions.     I recently changed doctors for this type of service as mine retired. It is always a little scary making a change like this but I was super comfortable here. I was offered an earlier appt due to a cancelation and appreciated that! Very clean and felt safe with protocols. From the front office to the doctors assistant everyone was super welcoming and thorough. I felt all my questions were answered and that I was given the utmost time and consideration. Dr. Hermann was a delight. We discussed my concerns, recommendations were made and food for thought was provided. I am very pleased with what we decided upon and am very happy with the result.

    Wonderful staff and ambience. I dont like being cold, and Ann went out of her way to see to my comfort. If I had really good insurance, I could make a habit of visiting her. I certainly felt way better when I left then when I arrived. Its like no clinic I have ever been to. St Josephs would do well to take lessons from Ann Hermann. Plus she worked for Moffit.

I am up there in age, and want to do everything I can to hold off the ongoing dropping downward demands of my face and neck and those stubborn wrinkles just because I love to laugh, smile and frown. The best yet, is the threads - good grief, its like getting hair extensions for the face, I mean you walk in sagging and go out firm and tight, and now that she has laughing gas, well... lets just say that I will be there more whenever those lines have the nerve to appear!     My consultation with Michelle at Dr. Hermanā€™s Wellness Center was perfect. I had prior filler injected at Venus Med Spa in Clearwater in April and Michelle at Dr. Hermanā€™s Wellness Center gave me a very detailed consultation as well as explanations to why she was going to disintegrate the puffy and protruding overfill of Restalyn that had previously been injected at Venus Medspa.After the disintegration needles were placed, my cheek/ eye area now looks more relaxed, flat and more like ā€œmeā€. I am in awe by how Michelle was able to correct and fix what was previously done from another center.Michelle is highly educated, detailed and meticulous about achieving the desired natural look of my under eye tear troughs. I am 31 and want to look less tired. She is delivering these results!She checked in with me along the way to make sure that we both came to a mutual agreement and that I was comfortable with my look as a whole and the steps that it will take her to achieve more symmetry between both sides of my eye hallow indents before adding anymore filler. She was able to keep the current Restalyn filler that was previously injected so that I could keep the value that I had already invested in.The next appointment is to even out both sides of the filler to create symmetry so that my left crease looks softer and less noticeable. She is going to use a filler called Belotero because it doesnā€™t absorb the bodyā€™s water like the rest of hylauronic acid fillers do since my under eyes are looking puffy.Today I already feel and look less puffy and my eyes feel a lot more comfortable when I smile because there is less pressure in my eye area thanks to the disintegration needles that were placed.I wish I had found out about this center sooner! Thank you for fixing and evening out the prior work that I had.I will also check in again with my next appointment when Michelle adds more filler to my left under eye hallow to balance out both eyes.Thank you so much Michelle!     I went somewhere else first and was disappointed they wouldnt inject Botox in DAO area. They alleged it was too risky but its really not in the hands of an experienced injector. I came here and saw Robin who is pleasant and knowledgeable and thorough and did just fine injecting in that area. I also received another procedure with low expectations of it doing exactly what needed to be done bc it was pushing the limits of its potential; but I think we were all surprised (there was another injector woman there too) at what great results she achieved.
