Ive been using different scar gel products, they didn’t work well. I did some homework about the laser scar treatment and decided to give it a shot. So I googled it around TB area, “St Pete Skin and laser” page popped up with good reviews. Shouts out to the SEO master.I gave them a call regarding to the Laser treatment consultation; they charged $200 upfront before seeing a dermatologist. I was glad being able to see a dermatologist the same day.I thought it would cost me around $350- $450 for a consultation/evaluation.She recommended 4 sessions with an affordable rate as a double board-certified expert with mastery in Dermatology.(Fair Pricing 👍)They gave me back $200 as credit towards the treatment plan. So I tried out with 2 sessions so far, I’m glad I did. I wish I knew about the laser scar treatment years ago.I keep this in mind “ There is no magical treatment “ She is a human just like me. Bringing this Understanding to light with a realistic expectation and my gut feelings of her confidence based on experience eased all my concerns.If the laser scar treatment didn’t work well,I see it as a try out; it’s just another scar gel product.I got two 2 sessions so far; each laser scar treatment takes about 10-15mins.A 10-15mins laser treatment is definitely worth the 💰; I paid her 💰 for her expertise, her experience, her professional skills and her commitment to providing excellent laser treatment.Thank You Dr Kat Kesty and Friendly Employees 🙏.

Dr Chelsea Kesey is wonderful. She takes her time with you and goes over what she thinks you need and which laser she will use any why she uses it. Wonderful staff- awesome female doctors! 2 sisters working together to take care of your skin! Had a cyst and a skin tag and it took about 10 minutes for the appointment. Very knowledgeable! Removed skin cancer from my back and also was the only doctor who knew why the inside of my cheeks were enlarged. Also helped with an infection after my dog but my finger. I trust very few people but I wholeheartedly trust the doctors at this practice!

I have been getting a blistering rash on both legs for 2 yrs. It burns, itches and swells. I have been to ER twice and numerous Drs that dont know what it is.Recently it was so bad I took a chance and went into the office without an appt. I was shocked to find Dr Kesty agreed to see me. She performed a biopsy and we are waiting for the results .She and her staff are one of the only health professionals that not only showed and interest but most importantly took action. Everything about my experience through St Pete Skin and Laser has been wonderful. Ive been going for 6 months so far and Ive never been to a more inviting and friendly office. Everyone has a great attitude and treats you like you are family. The team is always honest, kind and understanding. There has been no complications or issues along the entire process. Ive always had redness on my face, neck and chest due to medical things and this is the first time in my life it has been fading away. Friends and family have been noticing a big difference and when talking to strangers, its a great feeling to not see them notice the redness. This experience has improved me mentally and has made my day to day life much more comforting. The only tough part Id say has been avoiding sun exposure. But Florida wont be running out of sunny days any time soon so its been worth the patience. Huge thank you to the entire team and thank you Dr. Kesty for creating such a wonderful service for the community. You guys really do help people and have helped improve my life and I am forever grateful.

Had my first appointment, only went in for a consultation and I am already amazed. Dr. Kesty was so incredibly knowledgeable, very matter of fact and laid out the 2 options to eliminate my acne. She recommended products for me but never tried to sell me on what they sell, she was more than happy to make cheaper recommendations. I went in wanting to get a whole new skin care routine with the very expensive line they carry (skin better science) after hearing great things about it, she was honest and said that at this time she wouldn’t recommend the whole line for me and to just use the moisturizer. To have someone genuinely care to see results and not just look at me as a paycheck was refreshing. The fact that she has formulated her own products for her clients to use is beyond awesome! Cannot wait to start my journey to an acne free life with SPSL

Dr. Kesty and her entire team from the front office receptionist, Janelle to the patient coordinator, Ray, has treated me like family since my first visit back in February. I have had 2 different procedures done by Dr. Kesty starting with scar laser treatment on my entire bottom half of my legs and the difference is absolutely incredible. She makes an effort to get to know her patients and shows she truly cares about each one of us, while performing amazing work. I also got the dermal lip filler and I could not have asked or imagined a more perfect result ! Whatever service you are thinking about, look no further! Dr. Kesty is the best choice. If only there were 10 stars!Omgosh, I feel like I had a life changing procedure, I look 20 years younger. My before and after is so dramatic, its hard to believe but definitely true. Dr. Kesty and her team are the best! The office is beautiful and very clean. The front desk staff is welcoming and friendly. I was seen right at my appointment time which was great. The medical assistants (Yana and Elle) are nice and were helpful with explaining everything. Dr. Kesty was very knowledgeable and friendly. I asked a lot of questions and Dr. Kesty took the time to answer everything. Dr. Kesty is very kind and was easy to talk to. She is also a local so she knows a lot about St. Pete. I like that St. Petersburg Skin and Laser is locally owned. I felt like a patient that was cared for- not a “number” or a “widget” like I have felt at other big hospital systems or Private Equity- owned Dermatology practices. Dr. Kesty and I came up with a plan that solved my reason for visit. When I booked my appointment I didn’t realize that Dr. Kesty did a Dermatology Residency and then a Fellowship in Cosmetics. I had such a good experience that I referred friends to her for Cosmetics. I have seen the Dr. Kesty’s cosmetic work and it is amazing! So grateful to be able to be cared for by the SPSL team. About a year ago, I felt like I had hit a wall with my skin. Never truly understanding the type of skin I had or how to best care for it, I feel like I spent most of my twenties just trying anything with great reviews and hoping that would help. After not being able to get control of my acne and beginning to see sun spots, it was finally time to seek expert advice and am so glad I did. Not only was Dr. Kesty extremely honest with me (which is truly what I valued the most and will keep me a loyal patient for years to come), she reduced my daily skin care routine and it’s cost by over 50%. She has since introduced me to the world of lasers and I’m not sure if I’m more grateful for the results or the fact that it introduced me to Ray! Anything I need is a text away and that is all because of Ray! Need to schedule appointment? Post-procedure follow-up questions? Forget the instructions even though you’ve gone through it 3-4 times? Ray is always there to make sure my experience is flawless. The team, is equally as great. They know who I am as soon as I walk in. I swear the waiting room seats are mostly for aesthetics as you rarely ever wait more than 5 minutes before being called back. It really all is as good as it looks at SPSL.

I am a patient of Dr Kesty and referred my fiance to the office for a Vi Peel chemical peel. When scheduling the appointment was quoted a price of around $350. This is the going rate around town as she has had several of these over the past few years. After going in to have a consult and the procedure, we were charged almost double the quote. I called the office to discuss and received a call back from one of the owners of the practice. He was extremely apologetic and concerned about our experience and did everything he possibly could do to make things right. As a business owner of several businesses, when the owner steps in and makes things right you know that they care and want to do the right thing for the customers. You learn more about a business in how they handle a problem then when everything goes as planned. Thank you for being so responsive and correcting the issue so quickly. Definitely turned a negative into a positive. Thank you for caring enough to make things right.

This place is absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend Dr. Kesty and her staff. They are so kind and comforting (they also all have amazing skin). I most recently had a laser resurfacing treatment done. I was a bit nervous because it was my first time but Dr. Kesty and Yana (spelling?) made me feel so safe and comfortable like i was right at home. They were very helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns. I had also been here previously for other services and i cant think of a single negative thing to say about this business. I’ve read a few comments about the way they don’t give a price quote over the phone and i understand how that can be concerning at first but their reasoning behind it makes so much sense now that I’ve actually received services there. They can’t tell you how much a treatment will be over the phone because they have no idea what your skin looks like! A $300 service for one person may be $600 for someone else who has completely different skin care needs. If you’re serious about wanting great, healthy skin, St. Pete Skin and Laser is the best place you can go.

I visited SPSL today for a cosmetic consult with Dr. Kesty and followed it with a HydraFacial by Gabriella afterwards. The consult was thorough and I found Dr. Kesty to be attentive and very knowledgeable and suggested some wonderful treatments to address some of my skin issues, with no pressure. I followed through with my HydraFacial with Gabriella and she was WONDERFUL. I have had facials beforehand but have never had such a positive experience. She explained everything that she was doing throughout the procedure. My face felt wonderful afterwards and while HydraFacials are expensive, after my experience with Gabriella, I am going to reward myself and return at least every 2 months for a HydraFacial.
