I LOVE Ulta! They have superior makeup brands that work for all skin types. Every brand, from MAC to Maybelline, is in there.They have high-end and hard to find hair products as well as hair tools. High-end fragrance section. I appreciate this as I can find everything a girl needs as all in one store. Im a constant customer. Also, since I have a store card, every time I shop, I add up pints. I let them build up, so the last time I shopped, my points saved me $75! It pays to shop here. I always get my friends who love makeup or nice perfumes like me, a gift card here for special occasions.

I needed a specific travel blush. Ulta happened to have it on great sale price. When I arrived to the store consultant Ashley was nice to navigate me to the right spot but they were out of stock. She then helped me to make an order for home delivery for free. It arrived and Im pleased with the order! Thank you for the great price and service!

Jaime at The Beauty Bar did brow lamination on my eyebrows. I now have eyebrows I have never had eyebrows. I’ve always had to draw them in every single day now I use two things and they look absolutely amazing. I love them. We had such a great experience today at this Ulta store. Lara is the most helpful and patient person ever! We needed help selecting makeup brands and brushes for my daughter and she came to the rescue. Lara gave us great options and color matched my daughters skin. She made her feel comfortable and confident with her skin. I saw her giving this same excellent service to other customers as well. I couldnt imagine a better experience and the company is so lucky to have her! The other employees were wonderful and friendly as well, but Lara deserves special recognition.

I just moved to St. Pete and had no clue about any hair salons. To be honest, Ive had the same hairstylist for almost 10 years! After a recommendation, I made an appointment with Sadie, and she was great! She took the time to correct my faded color, gave me a fantastic blowout, and has such a nice personality! (For reference I have cooper/brownish color). Ill definitely be back!!

As I checked out Jaimie, sales associate was so friendly, kind and made me aware of a better gift card deal, mascara deal and to top it off found additional discount with a coupon. She made my day! The store is amazing, bright, and awesome array of affordable cosmetics. I was in love with the ColourPop sections along with the morphed section. Skip Sephora and go to your local Ulta. I loved the ability to swatch my palettes and they had a sink to wash my hands. And they even have a bathroom for customers. 10/10.

Interesting location I must say. Security guard was keeping a watchful eye in the store but was friendly. Another guy greeted me in the store. Not sure who he was because didnt look like a regular employee but he was courteous. I did a pick up order and glad I did as the store didnt feel very warm or welcoming. I wouldnt want to shop around inside here . I will stick with delivery in the future. Like I said interesting visit at this location for myself.

This location is very neat and organized EXCEPT for the travel size perfume rack which is always half empty and a total mess. Its super annoying especially since you have to hunt down an employee to unlock every case to try testers of the regular sized perfumes. I am sure they are missing out on a TON of fragrance sales due to these two MAJOR issues.

I was pleasantly surprised to find Ulta close to where I moved recently. I came in to look for a few items. I needed hair products, nail care, mascara and finally something to help clear my skin from a few breakouts. A lady named Jamie with pretty dark hair was incredibly helpful and walked me to a few different face products that she has personally used to help clear skin. She even pulled up reviews on her phone to show me which was above and beyond good customer service. A major plus, the product “Ordinary” cleared my skin almost completely overnight. She also showed me a kit for skin care as an option. Lastly, she pointed out a makeup artist that was coming in soon and offering headshots with a purchase. I am really excited to have found Ulta close to home and with excellent service. Thanks so much to Jamie and the staff.

If you need any extension needs Nicci is the best person to go to!!! Nicci was able to install my extensions by sewing the wefts into my head and she did it flawlessly! The stitch is incredible and it is completely unnoticeable throughout my hair. It allowed me to add some length/volume and overall add some life back to my hair!

Myah greeted me as I entered the store with a list of products I wanted to explore. She was vibrant, personable and very knowledgeable. She helped me select 2 different items that didnt break the bank (as I dont wear makeup that often) and applied several shades to make sure they were correct for my skin tone and mature skin. She was very fun to work with, putting this old gal at ease in this young person environment. A delight and very kind! Also ran into Brandon who helped me select a fragrance in the past and quickly assisted in replenishing that wonderful scent! Both of these employees are stellar examples of excellent customer service. I also met the manager (whose name escapes me...CRS syndrome) who was equally as fun and attentive. Just an all around great visit and I will be back! I highly recommend this location. Top drawer all the way. Cheers!

I went to St Petersburg for a wedding and I went to Ulta for makeup and hair.Nicci did a great job, she is very friendly as well. My daughter and grandma had Randi for the hair and she was on the point with very elegant hairstyles. Maya did grandmas makeup, the way that she looks natural but elegant at the same time. Very good job for all this three girls. Recommend 100%

I recently came in to the store looking for some last minute makeup products and desperately needed help since I rarely wear it. Cynthia offered to help me find what I need and she was absolutely wonderful! We talked through my usual routine and she recommend some products to me. She had so much patience (since I am new to this) and even matched my color so I left with products that I knew would be perfect. I highly recommend coming to this store and if you need help, I highly recommend looking for Cynthia! She is so positive and enthusiastic and will make sure you get what you need.

He was very knowledgeable about the products at Ulta, helpful, and answered all of my makeup questions. He deserves a raise!

So happy that there is finally an Ulta Beauty in the Tyrone area. Cassandra and Jamie are absolutely amazing. Jamie is by far the best brow specialist that Ive ever had at Ulta (have been using Ulta for about 7 years). She is always super nice and does a wonderful job - very detail oriented. Cassandra always does a phenomenal job with my hair. I let her choose the color every time (most recently purple) and it never disappoints. Shes beyond nice and incredibly easy to talk to as well. Recommend both of them to everyone I know.

Well, I have a very important interview in the morning and my face was starting to bruise already... Gio, (I hope I spelled it right) was amazing he showed me hiw to blend and picked out the perfect colors for my skin tone. Absolutely amazing...I suck at make up and never wear it, but he was quick and efficient and found the right stuff for what I needed right away. I cannot recommend Jamie at the Benefit Brow Bar located at the Ulta in St. Pete enough! She does my regular waxing which is great, but now that they have added lamination I decided to try it out. I’ve had lamination done before but my brows came out way better with Jamie. They use a formula that has keratin in it which really helps to tame unruly brows. If you’re curious about lamination, book a session with Jamie. You won’t regret it!

Went in looking for a new foundation after having properly been introduced to the Florida sun…and it was Braden to the rescue (I’m sorry if spelling is wrong)!! When I say this has to be one of the best interactions I’ve ever had not only in Ulta, but shopping in general, I am not exaggerating.I was amazed by the true knowledge they had to make sure the product that would be recommended was a good fit for my skin. Went with the Clinique Even Better foundation and Braden took a lot of care in showing me out to apply it/set it.I was also recommended a bunch of other products, one I committed to was the SuperGoop sunscreen and a Clinique Lipgloss that Braden was modeling that day

Since then, I have become a loyal customer and now regularly visit her just to have my makeup done for the weekend. Myahs skills are incredible - she can create any look, whether its for everyday wear or a special event. I dont say this about everyone, but she truly is the best. I spoke with Myah about doing my makeup for the night, and she was so lovely. Her customer service skills were so personable; she is so kind and so outgoing. Usually, when I get anything done to my skin, hair, etc., it gives me a lot of anxiety. But Myah left a lasting impression. Not only did she kill the sleek and strong look I was going for, but she also chatted with me like we had been best friends for years while doing so. I’m not that great at makeup. I couldn’t decide which shade of E.L.F foundation would match my skin so I asked an employee. Haley looked at the two foundations I had and looked at my skin carefully. Then she asked me if she could be honest with me. Of course, I said yes. She told me neither. Almost immediately some other employee said “why would you say that?!”. Haley kindly explained that one shade was too light and the other would look too red on my skin. After the explanation, Melissa seemed to still look bothered. I’m not really sure what Melissa’s problem was, but it seemed like she cared more about selling the product than customer experience. The thing is, I already knew what Haley said but like I said, I’m not an expert, so I needed confirmation. Anyways, I really appreciate Haley being honest with me. It’s not the money, ELF isn’t expensive. I just needed an honest opinion to lead me to the right product. Please don’t have me out here looking crazy just because you wanted to make a sale. Because of Haley’s honesty and Jason’s awesome customer service I’ll give this experience 4 stars. Melissa is the reason it’s not 5. For reference this was store 1696 St. Petersburg, FL

My first and not last time in Ulta beauty St. Pete. I made an appointment online with their app. (Which was easy to use) to get my make up done at the last min.for 3:30PM. Five mins before my appointment I knew I wasn’t going to make the appointment on time due to traffic and me making the wrong turn. So I called to see if I could reschedule for 3:45PM. The young lady who picked up the phone rescheduled me right away. Wished I remembered her name. She was so nice. She even asked me how to pronounce my name. Most ppl don’t care. It’s Janeke( Yawn-nah-kuh)btw lol.As soon as I opened the door to enter Ulta Beauty there was a nice gentleman who welcomed me and asked me if I needed help finding something . I said yes, I’m running late for a makeup appointment with Myah. Can you show me which way to go. He pointed me in the right direction. Then he went to help the next customer. Again I didn’t get his name.As soon as I got to the makeup booth. Myah welcomed me to Ulta beauty and then asked me did I have a particular look I was going for today. I showed her an old picture of me. She was amazed at the work. She thought I did it. I said I wished but a guy name Jeremy did it. Come to find out Jeremy is now a manager at ulta beauty. (Yayy such a great guy and bomb makeup artist) Myah stepped away for about two mins to gather the items she needed. When she came back I asked her do she think it’s going to take her an hr to make me up. She said no. I can get you out here sooner. Sooner was quite soon. I would say we started around 3:50 ish and she had me out around 4:25Pm. I was so happy because I didn’t want to have to reschedule my Xmas photos for the next day. My appointment for photo was at 5:00 right around the corner. I was actually early.(Myah also told me that you all give makeup lessons. Something I may consider later on.)Thank you Myah for making me feel and look pretty for my First Christmas photos with my family.I also want to thank the manager I believe that was at the booth overlooking things. She suggested a matte lip over a gloss lip for me.I barely get my makeup done. So I’m a little insecure about certain looks on me. Again I didn’t get her name.
