    First time ever to a Great Clips! Just moved down here from NYC/Manhattan so this kind of place is totally new to me. I was super impressed. Justin (Dustin? So Sorry!) greeted me and got me all signed up and honestly, he could not have been nicer. The salon was super clean, too! Then I got a bang trim...bangs are really hard...I liked that my cutter (not Justin) really listened to everything that I wanted. She did a decent job for $10 but...I could tell that her scissors were not super sharp. I could feel her going over certain areas...I have very fine hair so I know what a really clean cut sounds like. Hey...I have had my bangs destroyed many times...today, they werent destroyed but they are not perfect and again, I believe this is because my cutters scissors were not sharp enough. This is not her fault, because I believe the franchise owner...who owns like 80 of these Great Clips places...needs to make sure that his employees have the best tools to work with. That is why I gave my review 4 stars.

    Robert is the best! He has a great eye, gives me the most amazing layered cut, and an even better shampoo. We need more like him in this area. I love his upbeat personality. Always a good experience.

    I was visiting here from CT. and really my hair cleaned up. One day, I saw so many people coming out and in of the salon, I came back the next day. I was fortunate to get Gloria ! Greeting me warmly, getting me set up, we went over to her chair. She really listened to me and what I wanted..and checking in with me as she was cutting my hair. I ended up with the BEST haircut I’ve had in years ! I only wish I didn’t live so far away. But my sister lives in St. Pete, and Gloria is just the incentive to come more often. Gloria is kind, talented and I was SO Lucky she was my stylist.

    I just got my haircut for the first time at Great Clips University in St Pete and I will 100% be coming back for future business. Very clean, respectful, warm welcoming establishment with great work ethic. GLORIA IS THE ONE!!! THE TRUTH!! She is beyond great at what she does and everyone needs to tap in with her and book! Ask for her when arriving and you won’t be disappointed!! THANK YOU AGAIN GLORIA!

    Moi is amazing. She does such great, consistent work. I will always wait for Moi (and so does everyone else in the know). She has the best clippers in the place, is gentle, thorough, and always leaves you looking your best. No one else compares. I moved to here just to see Moi after using the same stylist for >14 years. Been seeming her for almost a year now. Moi, Moi, Moi. She ROCKS!

    I went back in a few days after I had gotten the initial haircut because the length of my hair was a little longer than I wanted. Melanie took excellent care of me! Fixed the length and cleaned up the rest of my hair so everything matched perfectly! Very friendly too! First class service! I highly recommend her!

    I went in with a mess for hair. I was greeted by friendly staff. I didnt pre check in or have an appointment, I still only waited 20 minutes. Robert thank you for everything. Your shampoo job was awesome really relaxing, but the cut was and still is just what I wanted and needed. Perfect for me!!!! The uplifting conversation was refreshing. Thank you and God bless

    I always come to this location to see Moi. My mom worked here with her and Tammy. I wanted to make it in to see Moi because my man and I are leaving the state, and I needed a trim. Moi always does a fabulous job at doing my hair and Im grateful I had her this time before we leave.

    It was great! Very clean shop in the two ladies that were in there were very personable. Great personalities and acknowledged us as soon as we walked in the door while still having someone already in their chair. Young lady that cut my hair was a student from the local Hair academy. She was neat. And does very good hair. I would recommen\d anyone and everyone to try out this Great clips salon in South Saint Petersburg Florida

    I use the online check- in which makes my appointments easy. I also like the fact that they keep notes. The prices are great and staff is very nice and welcoming. I only wish that I could check to see whos working on a particular day, so I can make an appointment with my favorite stylist. Lorin cuts my stacked bob just the way I like it. I also love the Solutions by Great Clips product line. The quick-dry pre-styler is a miracle worker on my hair.

    I went in for a simple haircut, and Robert was friendly, engaging, and professional. It is becoming less and less common to find someone who is truly passionate about what they do.     If your a student at nearby St. Pete you get a good discount here which as a college student I appreciate.I’ve had different stylists and all of them do a good job. Some are friendlier than others and more engaging to talk to but I’ve never ran into an employee who was standoffish.Do note that checking in online doesn’t automatically guarantee a seat right as you enter. But it does save from a really long wait in some instances.Overall it’s my trusted go to location and I can suggest it to others downtown.

    Kimberly was a great listener who asked plenty of questions to better understand my intentions. I told her I needed a cut that would be acceptable even on the worst of bad hair days, and in the end, she NAILED IT! She even took the time to mess up my hair just to confirm how easily messy could turn into styled with some minor finger-combing. I am very satisfied, and I look forward to having her cut my hair in the future.

    Agreed with previous post. Moi cuts hair the best. Ive been going to her for years. She takes her time and is very meticulous. The other stylists there to a quick buzz and chop and you walk out with uneven fades and clumps of hair sticking out. I could do a better job cutting it myself.

    Good shopping place, has a liquor store, medical, supermarket, nails, and a bunch of other business. As someone mentioned, homeless people around, but they dont tend to bother you. The center itself is very secured and there are always people around. The prices are good
