Chrissy was absolutely amazing! After getting my nails done by the same stylist for over twenty years, I was terrified to try a new spa. Chrissy listened to my concerns and assessed my nails after a different salon pretty much ruined them, and we ended up doing a gel X overlay and I am in love with them! She was so kind and gentle and I will definitely be back!

She looked over pictures of her desired look, checked in with her regularly about length and preference, and gave really helpful suggestions about hair care and style. The salon looks very nice and clean and someone is at the desk to greet you when u walk in. Burt did an amazing job with my hair. He listened to what I wanted and discussed what we could do as my hair was very damaged. It looked beautiful and healthy when he finished. He suggested products that would be good for my hair and walked to the front with me to help me find them after my appointment. This was a great experience from beginning to end. I have every confidence in Burt as my stylist. Highly recommend.

Wow! I had been going to the same spa for years and needed a change. What a delight. Clean, bright, engaging and caring staff. Eugene was amazing. His knowledge of body mechanics and his ability to address areas of dysfunction is the best I have ever experienced. I felt brand new and 2 inches taller. Tennille’s facial was wonderful and my skin feels awesome. After the stress of two hurricanes and work, I was treated like a queen. Definitely recommend this gem of a spa.

At the beginning on my appointment we did a skin assessment and she offered me professional advice on products and techniques that work specifically for my sensitive skin. I had a ton of questions and she answered them all with ease!Diving into my facial, Sophia tailored my facial specifically for my skin which resulted in the most relaxing, non-irritating facial I have ever gotten using all natural, clinical products. She understands that all skin is different and tailors the treatment to meet your needs, a MUST for my sensitive, acne-prone skin. Sophia was also so incredibly kind, knowledgeable and welcoming. I’ll definitely be booking with Sophia for my monthly facials! 🤍

A friend recommended Geneva from Spa 801 and I’m so glad she did! I was nervous about going to a new stylist but I was impressed as soon as I walked into the salon and was comfortable as soon as Geneva introduced herself. Not every stylist is good with short hair…Geneva is better than good. She’s awesome! I walked out of there feeling brand new. Love my haircut and already booked my next appointment!

I went to Natasha and she is amazing! I’ve gotten my hair trimmed and colored countless times and she always does it perfectly. Always makes sure I like the length of the trim and never cuts too short to fix it! She is wonderful I would highly recommend Natasha. I have curtain bangs and no one can ever seem to get them right but her! You won’t regret it

I got my first ever facial with Sophia yesterday, and the experience was absolutely amazing! I was nervous about the whole thing because I’ve never gotten one, but she made all of that go away by explaining everything she was doing before she did each step. She went above and beyond in her service to make sure I was relaxed and comfortable the whole time. I will absolutely be rebooking with Sophia and highly recommend others do the same!!

Nails by Jillian, hair by Natasha & I want to shout it loud enough for the world to hear, AMAZING! I expressed my desire for something fall themed during my pedicure with Jillian. She combined colors I wouldnt have even considered to create a toenail masterpiece! There are even little tiny hand painted leaves! And then I moved over to Natasha for hair. OMG Im obsessed with this cut and color!!! I went from bland, fading blond to a short, chunky cut with red/copper low and high lights! Absolutely stunning!Thank you both for bringing beauty to life! I spent a day with my two girlfriends at Spa 801 and let me tell you they did not disappoint. We were pampered as soon as we walked in the door all day until we left. They made sure we were taken care of the entire time, and the services were above and beyond. Anna’s massage made me fall asleep it was so good! Tennile gave me my first facial ever and it was glorious! Natasha hooked me up with an amazing hairstyle I keep replicating and my makeup was perfect! Laura is my new bestie when it comes to mani pedis. She is a pro! I can’t say enough great things about the staff and service here. I’m a forever client.

Services beautifully done included dozens of hair cuts and styles and techniques over the past five to seven years I have been seeing them. Advice is given but the client wishes are deemed as the guiding lights. They use the same high quality products on your hair as the sell in the facility. Reasonably spacious, beautiful surroundings outside and in. A variety of services beyond haircare. I personally know the people that work there and I can attest to the physical, social and safety needs each client feels when they are there. I personally recommend you go there.

I arrived at my appointment time and was greeted by the nicest staff whom offered me a beverage and showed me to the waiting area and I wasn’t sitting very long and was then greeted by my new Hair Stylist Natasha who is very pretty and a GREAT LISTENER, she asked me what I needed done and I explained I didn’t need a “haircut” per say, I just needed my sides evened to where they fall towards my face and for my front of my bangs cut straight and blend the rest of my bags.FINALLY someone who gets what I was looking and not make me look like I came from the 1980s or give me an old lady’s of her 80 haircut. I look forward to seeing her as my hair grows and as my new hairstylist, THANK YOU NATASHA MELENDEZ! Call and ask for your hair needs.

It is apparent the owners put a great deal of thought and effort into the aesthetics and vibe of the business as you immediately feel relaxed as soon as you walk in the door. The Spa is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean, quiet music is playing, delicious scents are in the air, and Kristina and Diana at the front desk are welcoming and friendly and greet you with a smile. I have had my hair cut and colored with Joey K, who is fantastic and professional. I see Katie about once a month for waxing and always look forward to my visit with her. Not only is she excellent at what she does, she is extremely personable, professional and fun! I highly recommend Spa 801 and especially Katie to everyone.

I received a cut, style, and deep conditioning treatment with Misty J today and I absolutely love it. Misty was sure to walk through everything as she was doing it and explain what the process was (multi step conditioning treatment) and made sure to check in with me during the cut to make sure I was good with where she planned to take the style.I could not have asked for a better experience, after a number of pretty bad ones in the past.Pricing is excellent for all services, from what I can tell.Shop set up is nice and well kept and staff, nail techs, and stylists were all very nice.I will 100% be returning as a client to Spa 801 and am sad it took me so long to book my first appointment.

She really took her time to make sure my hair looked great and that she got the hair really straight and perfect. I had Camryn as my microblading artist and got a facial from her as well. I can’t say enough good things, the microblading turned out even more amazing than I was expecting. Good afternoon,My name is Lydia Silverstone and I want to write something from the bottom of my heart. I have been coming to spa 801 for the past 2 years for waxing with Katie and nails with Riley. Katie is the most amazing worker I’ve met and I will always come to her. I’ve been coming for Riley for 2 years and she has always charged me $15 for gel soak off and acrylic removal. Online, everywhere it says buffer & polish starts at $15 and acrylic is $10. I came today for the first time to Laura Maidenberg just to remove my acrylics. When I was checking out, she charged me $40. $15 plus $10 is $25 and I understand that is starting prices but my nails have nothing on them crazy to increase the price by additional $15. In addition, her drill wasn’t working so we spent between 5 and 10 minutes trying to turn on the drill and she ultimately borrowed someone else’s. In addition, she had put the drill to the maximum level and i trembled a couple times because it hurt.Every single place in st Pete had never charged me more than $20 to remove nails? Not even spa 801. I work a minimum wage job as a college student and I paid $40 which I earn for 5 hours. When I asked why I paid $40, she said because she spent over an hour on my nails and did more than needed, that is a lie. I went to her at 9:44 and left at 10:47, which includes the minutes wasted finding a drill. When I told her Riley has always charged me $15, she said she’s not Riley and Riley has been undercharging me. I just want to say that Riley won #1 nail artist in Tampa bay so while i respect Laura’s 20+ years of nail service, she has absolutely no reason to say Riley undercharged me and wasn’t putting the correct prices. Laura’s attitude towards me and her ex-coworker were crazy.In addition, NOWHERE online is there acrylic removal in your website and its price. I only see gel removal which is $10 and buffer which is $15. Where did my other $15 go? I didn’t have the longest nails in the world and I had basic nail art, so I don’t understand why I was charged extra $15.This made me cry. You can ask anyone on the front desk and I was crying. I was overcharged when I’ve been a client for over 2 years and I was treated horribly.I will always come back here for Katie because she is absolutely amazing. But I would like refund or half a refund for my nail removals. This is unbelievable and I love your salon and I never expected to pay $40 to just remove my acrylics.Thank you. I truly don’t want to get anyone upset but I have the right as a human to share my thoughts and hurtful things I went through.*The owners contacted me and we resolved the issue. The owners/managers are truly welcoming and want to solve any problems that arise, so I thank them for that. I appreciate their communication and will keep coming back for waxing with Katie!

I’ve been going to this salon for many years. My hair is cut by Tammie and she does an excellent job cutting and styling. I also get it colored and it looks so vibrant with the Shadesprocess. I highly recommend their services, from massages to facials. They ROCK!!

Katie absolutely transformed my eyebrows from bushy caterpillars 🐛 to beautiful butterflies 🦋 . I’m used to getting my eyebrows threaded because I have a slight fear of waxing.. but I barely felt a thing. AND she took her time shaping/tweezing them until they were perfect. My new brow girl from now on.

I recently did the Cote hair drying class and loved it. I’m a curly girl with thick, unpredictable, hair ... and I always have to schedule like two hours when I wanna smooth my hair.
