Melissa is absolutely wonderful and worked her magic on my seriously damaged hair. It’s been just over a month since my visit and I am so happy with the condition of my hair. 2-3 weeks after a gray transformation with someone else, my hair was breaking off at the ends and all jagged, I was losing big clumps of hair in the shower, I couldnt comb it after shampooing, as it was a terrible tangle of knots and it had lost its silkiness and shine. I found Melissa on FB, “ I love St Pete” and began following her. We communicated about my issues via text and when I returned to Florida in Nov, I went to see her. We went over my options, and what she recommended . She used K18 , did a glaze and I had a few inches cut off,(not as much as I thought). I purchased the OPALEX products and I love them. And she emailed me the directions on my hair care routine, so I don’t forget the steps. I WISH I HAD FOUND HER SOONER! I love my hair again!

Melissa is a life saver!! Just amazing. I decided to try eliminating some of the grays about 7 months ago and it’s been a disaster through 4 different stylist. She’s the first that knows how to give me a salt and pepper look, or more pepper than salt, without looking like a dye job. Very natural and what I wanted. I can finally take off the hat. Plus, she’s given me the best hair cut I’ve had since moving here 2 years ago.

For two years, I thought about embracing my gray but was always afraid to do so. Then I was told about how great Melissa is so I reached out to her. Melissa spent considerable time talking to me about the process, looking at photos of my hair and color, and making suggestions. I knew it would take a long time for my natural gray to fully grow out so I wanted something that looked natural and allowed the gray to blend in. Despite my nerves about looking too old, I decided Melissa was someone I could trust so I booked an appointment for the gray blending.Yesterday, Melissa, assisted by her husband Roberto, spent many hours working on my transition. She explained what was going on, including the science behind it, every step of the way, seemed super thorough and careful, and worked non-stop, all while engaging in great conversation. At the end, my long very dark brown hair with gray and silver roots and temples was transformed into a very modern and youthful hair style with a beautiful mixture of brown and gray that blends beautifully with the growing gray/silver. So I recently moved back to the area and struggled to find a good place to get my haircut. After about 3 failed attempts and 3 awful haircuts, I finally found Melissa. She understood my vision and was incredibly patient with hearing me out to ensure she did exactly what I wanted. My mom also has been a client for a long time. She is a phenomenal person and extremely talented and unlike some people I’ve worked with, she can actually work with different types of curly hair (which if you have curly hair you understand the pain) 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

She color matched my hair an picked the perfect color halo an length! When it arrived she had me come in to learn how to use it properly!! I absolutely Love Love it! First time treating my hair. I did a last minute, late night book. Roberto was quick to shoot me a text and ask for current hair photos & goal photos. He even gave me the cost all within an hour of when I booked at 7pm at night. He walked me through the process, dos/doors, and educated me on the actual chemistry of it all. Very relaxed space. Coffee at hand while working on my tablet. An AMAZING experience. Left with a goodie bag for when it was time to wash my hair for the first time. Totally recommend- It was time for my curls to get some lovin!
