Had my first appointment here with Perrier and will definitely be returning as a loyal customer going forward. Perrier is a master of color and is helping me transition into my grays with a more natural, low maintenance look. I couldnt be happier with my cut and color. She is a great listener and offered valuable feedback to my questions and concerns. Her shop is beautiful and has a great vibe. I would highly recommend her to others.

Perrier is a very talented and gifted stylist. I never let anyone touch my hair for almost 2 years until I met this young lady. Her salon is clean, chic, and in a great location. Her services are done in a timely manner. This salon in my option is the best in the pinellas area. She can do any and everything you can think of to do with hair. I will never go anywhere else as long as Bloom hair salon and Perrier are around.

I get stopped in the street all the time when my hair is in all these cool hairstyles Perrier comes up with, especially when she braids my hair. Ive never had this color Red this bright before yet looks so natural and my hair doesnt feel dry! The Salon is beautiful and always professional with great service. Its been 3yrs with Perrier and I have followed her here, and so glad I did!

Friends have had sharp looking hair after visiting Bloom. I decided to try this salon. My hair is dark and roots are stubborn. She covered my roots and put subtle purple color that was as good as what my hairstylist at home does. Very nice personality and cool, comfortable vibe. Next time I’ll get it cut. Finally found a winter stylist.

We called this salon only a few weeks before my wedding because we had a hair stylist cancel on us. They literally came in when the store was supposed to be closed on a Sunday and did mine, my bridesmaids, and mother in law’s hair. They did an excellent job! I couldn’t have been happier with how my hair turned out. That was literally the best customer service. They were life savers!! Highly recommend!

Thought i’d try this salon out cause it was close to my home. Perrier was so friendly and we shared a great conversation. I had my roots touched up and highlights, and she did a great job. Very knowledgeable of coloring. I will return. Excited for their new location in March on Corey Ave, next to the theatre.

Bloom is a gorgeous modern, upscale studio, it’s such a stylish comfortable environment, very posh West Palm/Miami Beach vibe. Perrier is the lead hairstylist, I can’t say enough about her she’s great but I love that she’s so creative and versatile by taking care of myself and my two younger daughters hair.

Kayla Neese was my lip tattoo artist! She was phenomenal! Very diligent about explaining every step in detail. I was extremely nervous and afraid of the pain. It was no big deal, maybe a 3 on a pain scale

I stopped by on a whim since it was close to home and my old barber was across town. (Note that I’m super skeptical since every time I try going somewhere new around here it never pans out) Needless to say, I won’t be going back to my old barber as long as Bloom is around. Detailed, quick, well priced and worth every penny. Unlike the barber shop, I can make an appointment and be in and out of there in 20 min. and I look like a million bucks (or at least I think I do). Call or stop by and check her out, you won’t regret it
