I went in for my consultation and I was very impressed. Lori and Wendy are honest, knowledgeable and very caring. I did my research on this procedure for over 2 years. I lost 70 lbs during the that time and have troubling hard spots to lose and they were very honest about what they could do for me.My appointment was set for the very next day. 6 and a half hours of treatment and they made me feel so comfortable, providing lunch and a little Prosecco my drink of choice and it was truly a spa day like no other.They both were very attentive the entire time and Lori even called me the next day to check on me. My procedure was only a couple days ago and this is not a weight loss procedure however I am blessed to step on the scale today and be 5 pounds lighter since my procedure. I am looking forward to my results once my treatments are complete!Thank you Ladies for being so professional, knowledgeable and providing me with a wonderful experience!

It was an amazing experience and well worth the money!From the moment I called Lori and Wendy were so helpful and inviting! The consult was informative and I made a decision to have Cool Sculpting done on my flanks. It was a painless procedure and took no time at all. The office is very inviting and comfortable. About a week or 2 from the experience I saw immediate results on my abs and my flanks. Pictures submitted were taken 3 months after procedure. I am very happy with my results and will do it again! Highly recommend

From the moment I walked I was impressed with this spa. I have to say I have been to many spas and there is no comparison. The ENTIRE office was spotless. It was well designed and modern. I was greeted by two lovely ladies, Lori and Wendy. They both took the time to explain how their spa was different than others around. They made me feel like I was family. During my treatment they made sure I was comfortable. I was offered multiple beverages to choose from as well as snacks and their famous strawberry and special dip. I truly felt pampered there. I did a lot of research in the area and decided to chose this med spa and I am so happy I did, truly top notch. Lori is a master trainer and that’s important to keep in mind when looking for a trained technician. I already have my next appointment scheduled and cannot wait for my results. Anyone looking for body contouring look no further!

When thinking about Coolsculpting as a self care choice for myself I researched many options for the procedure in the Venice area and chose the free consultation that Lori provided. I truly researched the reviews, their photo results of the procedure and photos of the spa environment as my guide , and was not disappointed.Knowing that Lori has a nursing background also impressed me. I cant emphasize enough the authenticity, knowledge base, non pressure approach and absolute passion that Lori and Wendy posses towards their craft. They were my cheerleader, encouragers and spoiled me in a way that gave me a chance to receive self care without my own guilt. After the Coolsculpting procedures Lori called, checked in and truly made me feel so taken care of. My results were amazing, their team approach is flawless, and you cant help but feel enthusiastic about the experience. This spa is truly about YOU and when you leave you will feel you have made two more friends. The Contour-day-spa is the perfect place to feel treated like royalty. Lori and Wende are very knowledgeable and they are very good at communicating. I asked a lot of questions and they were happy to answer all of my concerns. I was very impressed with their follow up the day after treatment.As far as the procedure itself, it was not uncomfortable at all. I didn’t have a lot of extra fat to remove as I exercise and watch my diet. I only had one treatment in my abdomen and I can see a little more definition.

The staff is wonderful! Lori, the owner, explains everything in detail, including who is not a good candidate, which I appreciated. During the procedure, which is not painless, they do their upmost to keep you comfortable and pampered! Lots of pillows, soft blankets, food, drink, movies, etc. while the pain is not horrible, they explain what your feeling and how long it will last. They even distract you during the bad moments.All in all, it was a wonderful experience. I can’t wait to go back at 3 months and see the “after” pictures!

I was wanting to seek assistance on helping my body get a jump start on removing the stubborn areas of my body that dont seem to lose the fat. Coupled with a new diet and exercise program, just after one treatment, I have seem dramatic results even after 30 days. When I came for my first treatment I was treated like a Queen and the entire process was clearly and completely explained. I went for my second appt and once they took the after pictures I was even MORE surprised at the results. Looking forward to my 90 days follow after 2nd treatment to see even more results.
