    Arrive at appt. am immediately acknowledged with a smile. escorted to exam room and Jennifer updated my chart and made me comfortable. Amy came in promptly and put me at ease and conversed and answered all my questions and told Jen to write up a prescription. while proceeding with exam. always learn something when there. Amy is definitely THE BOMB.

    Dr. Amy is excellent to work with. Sheā€™s caring, thorough and always positive. Sheā€™s a great listener and always has a suggestion and solution to any problem.The staff there is also very professional and considerate. They always make you feel welcome and always have a kind word for you when you leave. Weā€™ve always had an easy time making an appointment and never had problems with our billing. The pre-registration via email makes it easy to register and get in and out of the office.

    I am a new patient needing two spots excised that were discovered by another Dermatologist in Michigan prior to my travels to Florida for the winter. I was accepted as a new patient and have had a consultation within the first 6 days of contacting their office. they contacted me that day with a scheduled date for extraction. I am grateful they understood the urgency and got me the appointment as quickly as could be scheduled. I am very impressed!

    From the moment I walked in, I encountered a women who missed her appointment and was treated like a family member, they gave this older women, so much respect , that the whole atmosphere felt welcoming. They did not cause her any discomfort. Then it was my turn and I was treated like I was a dear dear friend for many years. I then met the assistant and then Heather who was very professional and made me feel as if all my clothes were on as I was carefully examined. Heather took measures and explained and I felt I was truly looked at as someone that they loved and wanted to be sure that I would stay around for a long time.     Coast Dermatology is the most Thorough, Compassionate, Honest and Prompt Dermatology Practice I have ever been too. Its the Only Practice I Personally been to in Venice. My Husband has been to 2 in Venice. Due to Ins he wasnt able to go to Coast. However his plan is eligible for his next appointment with Coast!!! Amy is Professional, Knowledgeable, Honest and caring.     I had a health issue that was concerning to me, so I called coast Dermatology since they are aware of the issue. My call was answered by a person and I was given an appointment that same afternoon.
