Dr Hunek and staff made short-order of repairing an inflamed cyst on the back of my neck. Started me on antibiotics for 2 weeks then drained the cyst area. Instant relief!! A great practice with kind, compassionate medical assistants (Kelly & Leigh) and a skilled physician, Dr Jeff Hunek.

I turned to the attending nurse after Dr. Hunek left the room and asked, Is he the nicest person ever? The office is very new and clean. The staff is very polite and efficient. Dr. Hunek is simply awesome! He is very attentive. He is very thorough in his examination. I offered to return quarterly and he suggested semi-annually unless something changed. Absolutely no pressure in any aspect. Covid aware environment - temperature and masks required. Great experience!Had my six month exam and nothing has changed! Great staff! Great doctor! Dr Hunek is top notch! He takes the time needed for the appointment where I never felt rushed and he made sure I had no other questions before he left. His office is super clean and high tech. The nurses use iPads for charts and there is a really cool touchscreen wall mount where you can learn about all skin issues while you wait in the room. Overall I highly recommend Dr Hunek for your dermatology needs.

Office staff members were pleasant and welcoming. Paperwork requirements seemed excessive given that I have been a patient with the group for several years. Wondered if moving to a new facility (which is spacious and luxurious compared to old space which seemed tight and confining) also meant new software with different forms to fill out. I would have thought that old information could have been transferred so that we didnt have to start from the beginning. I would have preferred to have had the option to fill out a lot of this online at home prior to coming in. Professional staff acted competently and took pains to explain procedures. Followup care instructions were very good and I appreciated getting a printed aftercare handout prior to leaving. While It seemed like a longer wait to actually see the doctor than was previously the case, Im sure there was a reason for the delay. I look forward to a continuing relationship with this practice and would not hesitate to refer others who are looking for dermatological services.

Close of the business day no call courteous call back. Office staff not professional.

Office is very efficient, pleasant and clean. I was there less than 10 minutes when they took me into an exam room and probably waited 5 min there, before Dr Hunek came in to see me. His staff is very friendly and familiar with patient details. Dr Hunek himself, has a friendly, efficient manner and welcomes questions. The exam is thorough looking over my entire body for any areas that need to be addressed. We discussed a small mole which I just noticed a little more than a year ago which he told me to watch closely and if changed size or color noticeably, I should reach out to him. It was now large enough for him to see it was a normal mole. He will check it again next year, but did not expect anything out of the ordinary. I also had something on my face which I thought was a rosacea. He agreed it was a mild form of it and prescribed a topical jell that they compound right in their office for it. While I got dressed, his office made up the compound and had it ready for me when I was ready to leave. I used the compound that same day and the rosacea is already much better. They also called in a prescription for me for a medicated shampoo that he prescribed for me last year.By yesterday afternoon, CVS notified me they had received the updated script and it was filled.My husband also sees Dr Hunek quarterly for treatment of pre malignant growths, especially on his face, ears head, neck and arms. He saw him first and because he liked him so much, I started going to him as well.

Dr Hunek is the best dermatologist ever. I believe he saved my life. He detected a malignant melanoma which he was able to remove. This spot was check by another dermatologist and determined it was ok. I now go for a checkup every 3 months and everything is ok. Dr Hunek has given me a great sense of comfort and relief that everything is being monitored and I will be fine. I would highly recommend Dr Hunek and his staff, they are all very professional and first class.
