I’ve been to Dr Rasouli before for varicose veins, and I was so impressed with the practice that I decided to make Rejuva my place for my general dermatology.The staff is professional, courteous and friendly, from the people at the desk to the doctors themselves. Seriously, this is the best run office I’ve encountered since moving to Florida in 2018, and perhaps the best in my life’s experience. They are that good.This was my first time visiting for general dermatology checkup. The time they spent on my exam was greater than the total amount of time I spent in the past 6 years at my previous dermatology office! Maybe that’s a difference between a private practice and one that has to meet corporate quotas, but I feel that Dr Rasouli and her associates understand quality medical care.

At this visit I met with Dr Mazloom’s PA. She was very kind and explained my procedure to me carefully and kindly.Then I was prepared to receive the blue light treatment. All good until I started feeling claustrophobic! When Gabby came in to check on me, I was very nervous and unsure if I could go on. Gabby stayed. She talked with me until my time was up. What a blessing❣️ She said if I needed her next time, let her know. I am very grateful for that form of hand-holding she did. I will add that every other employee in this office is golden as well in how they help people feel respected and listened to. My only concern was because of internet being down I waited 45 minutes to be seen. I was confused how that interfered with a person doing an exam. When I was driving to my appointment with Dr. Mazloom I was feeling very discouraged about the point of the whole exercise with yet another new doctor. I had been to many physicians not just Dermatologists for my skin disorders that are a complication of Lupus. So far the medical care I had received with other physicians except for a very select few had been sub par in the standards I was accustomed to from my previous team in CA. I was so impressed by Dr. Mazloom’s personable and kind demeanor, I was happily shocked. In addition, he listened to my past 2 year nightmare with My painful conditions, and other very disappointing physicians at Shands and Mayo Clinic. He listened respectfully and believed me as I told the complicated history of what medications and treatments had worked and not worked previously. He promised to try to help me to get some better results given it’s a complicated case. He was competent, thorough, professional, patient, and showed compassion as well as a sense of humor. I told him he was going to make me cry because I felt a sense of hope in my appointment and meeting with him. I don’t like a lot of doctors, but when I do...I want to share it so maybe it helps another struggling frustrated or anxious patient. He’s fabulous in every way.

I recently had my liposuction of abdomen and love handles with Dr. Mazloom and I am very happy with the results. After having 2 pregnancies, my body was never like it used to be and I have been looking into different procedures to make my body look better especially to get rid of my hanging belly. Im an active person and go to the gym 4 days a week including 2 days of pilates but still could not get rid of my belly and love handles. During the consultation Dr. Mazloom explained everything really well and talked about different procedures and their pros and cons. He is kind and made me feel comfortable. I was nervous on the day of surgery but the staff were great and Dr. Mazloom again answered all of mine and my husband questions. He had a very good bedside manner and made me at ease. I could tell he is very detail oriented and took his time with my liposuction. I had little pain that day and the day after surgery but still was able to work at home and even go out to dinner the next day without a problem. I was happy when Dr. Mazloom called me the day after surgery to make sure Im doing ok and that meant a lot to me. I could see the results even 2 weeks after the surgery and very happy with my procedure. Thank you Dr. Mazloom.

After finding a suspicious mole on my face I made an appointment with Dr. Mazloom (happily within 2 weeks of my call)! I went to see him today. His nurse was quite nice, personable and professional. When Dr. Mazlooom came in he looked at the mole, took a biopsy and then proceeded to check out my face, arms etc for any other suspicious looking growths. He froze a few things in a very nonchalent manner (which I thought was great, since I intend to be a NERVOUS patient). He explained what they were and proceeded to take care of them. I have to wait for results but this first appointment exceeded my expectations. Hooray for Dr. Mazloom!
