    Ive seen Heather now for two facials and both facials were incredible. She really listens to my needs, she explains what she is using and how my face would be affected.     Self care center, is a wonderful place to get facials and clarity. The vibe is on level 10, but the service cant even be rated. She is not only friendly warm and welcoming. She truly takes time to see you and to listen to you into guide you through. I will definitely come back highly recommend south care services.

    I had such a wonderful and relaxing facial with Heather while visiting my family in Venice. Ive had many facials before and this was one of the best. I love the products Heather used and I really appreciated how she also focused on relaxation rather than just skin procedures. My skin felt amazing afterwards and she even followed up to see how my skin was doing. I will definitely be coming back!!

    My facial with Heather at Heart Space Center was much more than I expected. Her treatment space is calm with low spa music playing. Heather is highly qualified in many areas of natural healing and it shows in her light but thorough touch. I recommend her if you are looking for an aesthician who uses organic products.     This was my first time attending a sound therapy session. Heather was very accommodating getting me and my friend in at the last minute and making sure our experience was both comfortable and therapeutic. She patiently talked us through what to expect and focus on during our session to maximize the results of the sound bath meditation. It was an immersive setting with vibrations from the singing bowls and colorful light displays projected on the walls and ceiling. We left the session feeling relaxed and clear minded.

    We were in town on vacation for the week and found the yoga nidra + sound bath experience. It was probably the best sound experience I’ve ever done. Heather does an amazing job reading the energy of the room and using her bowls (and other sounds) to create space for meditation and healing. I found myself in a trance-like state and even felt as though I had left my physical body for a few moments at the height of the experience. My partner also really enjoyed the experience, and he is not nearly as into spirituality and energy work like me. I would recommend this studio and especially the sound bath session to anyone.

    So I will share a little bit of my experience at the Cacao Breath work workshop but first let me say that it needs to be experienced personally because we’re all individuals who will have different experiences even though we’re all connected.I’m so grateful for these ladies Heather and Carrie.     Heather is an angel walking among us. Recently I had experienced a great deal of stress and was in desperate need of an energy (Reiki) healing. When I met Heather, instantly I felt a very calm and peaceful energy flowing through her. Just talking to her before our Reiki session put my body and mind at such ease, unlike any other Reiki I’ve experienced. She has such a beautiful energetic aura about her that makes you feel nothing but love. As I lay on her bed as she performed reiki, my body released so much negativity that i began to shake and cry simultaneously. This is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. Heather channeled energy from my baby brother whom I tragically lost 6 years ago. I can’t begin to describe how amazingly she channeled the energy surrounding his passing. Without any prior knowledge of this, she picked up that I’ve felt so guilty and wished I could have done more to prevent his death. It wasn’t until we were discussing the healing afterwards that I realized it was my baby brothers energy that was coming through. Heather is a beautiful soul that I am truly blessed to have met. It has now been a few days since my healing, and I’m still ruminating with positive energy that has enabled me to connect with my inner self again. I cannot thank her enough for her loving healing presence. Absolutely a divine experience that I will cherish for eternity.

    I arrived for my first appointment at the center a little late and very frazzled. I was met by Nancy, the massage therapist, who has a very calming presence and she led inside. I was quite pleasantly surprised at what a peaceful, beautiful space it is. By the time my massage was finished my stress was gone and I left feeling very calm and centered. I am looking forward to going back to the center and trying some of their other offerings.
