Sphynx Wax is new here in Venice and I gave it a shot based on a Facebook post I saw. I loved my old wax place but was tired of driving to Sarasota each time. I tried another wax place here in Venice and despite rave reviews, I was not happy. If you are familiar with waxing you know how hard it can be to find a new place once you have a place you like, but let me tell you, this place is WORTH IT!! So happy I gave it a try. I have very sensitive skin and was very pleased with the results. She uses a hard wax which is gentler on the skin and is waaayyyy less painful than a soft wax. The booking process and communications were easy, the place was very clean, and Angie was very friendly and easy to talk to (talking can help take the edge off if you’re new to waxing). I also found the pricing to be fair and standard compared to most places around here and in Sarasota. If you are looking to get waxed for the first time, or have been dying to find a new place, I absolutely recommend Angie at Sphynx Wax. I have done the work of trying new places time and time again, with no success, so I have done the work for you, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! I know this place is new, with really no reviews yet, but it is worth it!
