    Park Ave is the best. Everyone on staff there is friendly and professional. Dr Shawn is incredible, Dr Sosa is great, and Jenifer Lee the PA is awesome. I have a lot of work done because of my transplant and medicine, but I always feel safe and cared for at Park Ave. I cannot recommend them strongly enough.

    My husband and I have been going to Park Avenue Dermatology for close to 6-7 years. We absolutely love Ms. Jenn!! All of their staff is great!! The doctors, the office people. The nursing assistance, doctors and practitioners are caring, knowledgeable and never in a rush-even though I know there are patients waiting to be seen. I recommend them to anyone who needs to see a dermatologist. We live close to their Northside office but honestly I would drive an hour to go to their office. I believe there is no other dermatology office in Jacksonville better than their office. They are the BEST!!!

    Wow what a breath of fresh air!!!My first experience with Park Avenue Dermatology could not have been better. Dr Sosa and her staff were simply amazing!!They were very professional and showed total concern for my condition. I was allowed to ask questions and everything was answered with complete understanding. So many times you as a patient are ran through your appointment with only a few minutes of time.     Lee was so great. I was very nervous and she immediately started talking to intently calm me. The assistant was great. From the time I walked in the lady at the front desk was so nice and so helpful. The lady that checked me out was helpful. It was an overall great experience.

    I was blessed to be seen by Mrs. Lee and could not have been happier with the professionalism and manner to which I was treated. Mrs. Lee answered every question I posed and left me confident I was in the best hands possible. I highly recommend if given the chance, ask for her. You wont be disappointed. In addition, the front end staff and the assistant were great as well. A great initial visit that will make me a repeat customer.

    Best experience Ive ever had in a doctors office! Entire staff is friendly & respectful. I arrived 15 minutes early, I was quickly escorted back to a room, she listened to all of my concerns, answered all of my questions & took care of my problem on the first visit. In total I was in & out in a hour. I couldnt be happier ☺️

    I go to Park Avenue in River City. I told Mrs. Lee that I was going to post a review on Google and . . . shes awesome! I am not a fan of medical appointments, but Mrs. Lee is the absolute exception to the rule. Fantastic dermatologist, great communicator, and phenomenal human being. I actually look forward to my dermatology appointments!!!!

    My 1st time here—best dermatology visit (& I’ve had many other places) I’ve ever had, despite having 6 spots going for biopsies. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and caring. All my questions were answered, and they didn’t rush me or act like I was bothering them. I was a human, not a number to the entire staff I encountered. This is how all healthcare professionals should act. Highly recommend!!

    I have been going to this Dermatologist office since 2019 my dignoise was made Psoriasis and it was so bad never ever had I had it before but it was all over me pretty much and I will tell you it was not such a good time in my life passing of my husband and being dignoise with breast cancer it was a lot I was seeing another doctor at first what was prescribed for me didnt work but thank God for PA-C Jenifer Lee she came in and found what was needed for me and what worked Im so grateful for her and her gift that God has blessed her with all I can say is my skin looks like I never been through this before

    I cannot say enough about Dr. Sosa Seda and Dr. Shawn Schmieder. They have taken such good care of me through two melanoma diagnoses. I have never been treated with so much genuine compassion. In fact, every provider and staff member is courteous, helpful and patient. Unhesitatingly happy to give five stars!

    Dr Seda was very pleasant and seemed to be extremely knowledgeable in her field. She explained about the biopsy she took and the what ifs I had about it. The front office staff smiled and was very nice…however Dr Sedas nurse never smiled and didn’t have much to say. I hope she was just having a bad day. But does need to realize a smile to a patient goes a long way. Maybe next time…

    I am so happy with my new dermotogist. They caught my sun cancer at my first visit last year & saved me! Don’t skip your annual head to toe skin cancer check. Please! Sun cancer is dangerous & deadly, but not if it is found early.

    Jenifer Lee, PA-C, and her team are the best! After years of disappointing medical care at a major research hospital system, I switched to Park Avenue Dermatology because of Ms. Lee. She quickly identified and successfully treated my chronic Eczema, relieving me from the twice weekly UV light treatments. She found and removed pre-cancerous cells from my fair, freckled skin. And, she made the connection between my hair loss and the possibility of Thyroid conditions. A follow up with my new primary care provider confirmed Ms. Lees suggestion. She is highly professional, knowledgeable and thorough and has great people skills. I highly recommend!

    They found my fist bout of melanoma on my back.. Doc Sean is AMAZING! . A few weeks after the procedure Doc Sean calls me from his cell and is in contact thru a weekend over the pathology report... unnecessary but so wonderful if you are worried about something on your skin

I respect the thoroughness and your time by showing up 10 minutes prior to my appointment for any paperwork required.     Jennifer Lee, PA has been treating me at Park Avenue Dermatology for several years. When she was moved up to the north office, I was more than willing to drive 30 minutes to get to her new location. Because I am being treated by one of the very best, I am willing to go out of my way a bit to obtain that treatment. I am a retired dentist and therefore very well acquainted with health care provider-patient interactions. In my experience, it would be difficult to find a provider who was more caring, knowledgeable and surgically adept than Jennifer Lee.

    First and foremost they love Jesus and treat you as they do. Very kind, brilliant, I did not feel any pain and two of the biopsy were taken from my nose so close to my right eye. Also, two from my right leg. I was surprised I wasnt checked on the back of my body. This was explained; they did not want to cut me if need be more than 4 times due to afterwards pain and infection. Made perfect sense to me. I was bandaged well and educated how to treat these areas until we meet again.God love them and so do I.

    My physician is Dr. Lee at the UF building. She gentle, so knowledge about her field and professional. I have had several places on my hands from the sun burnt off and a cyst, at my request, removed from my back.     A gem of a practice. Dr.Krishnamurthy and his team of residents have combined state-of-the-art medicine and that nowadays rare human empathy to aid in my son’s struggle with severe eczema. We have had access to treatments that would have been out of reach for our family. These contribute to my son’s quality of life. Every time we leave that office, we feel hope, and that’s as important as any drug.I love that this team looks at skin samples onsite under the microscope prior to any prescription.
