Our family has been seeing Dr. Andrews for years for annual check ups, but Maria worked me in for a quick check up on some skin issues. She and Sam (medical assistant) were very thorough and gave me a quick diagnosis and treatment. Really love this practice…always professional and accommodating!

The appointment making process is seamless largely in part to the entire office staff who are always so friendly and clearly love their jobs.

From the minute, you walk in the door, everyone at the front counter is exceptionally friendly and Sam that took me back was super friendly and I absolutely love Dr Andrews. She’s very thorough, kind and does not rush you if you have questions. They even have a little bowl with a free treat of some kind you can take with you such as scrubs, lotions, soaps etc. kind of fun! Checkout is a breeze, and I would highly recommend Jacksonville Dermatology! Very professional and efficient. Thank you for your kindness!

Phenomenal physicians, excellent staff. My family and I have been seeing Dr. Andrews for over 14 years now, and we could not be happier.In this day of private equity taking over small private practices, Dr. Andrews and her team have continued to maintain a super high level of service despite the headwinds.Our medical system is broken - insurance companies are pitting doctors against patients and I am so very grateful Dr. Andrews has been able to continue this very high level of mission-driven medical dermatology for all these years.I could not recommend this practice more. Youll need to be patient as a patient - thats for sure in every place in healthcare these days.

I will attest to all of you that it’s worth to try this office. Saw Dr Wilson for my initial consult of severe skin problem all over my body. She took her time to explain thoroughly all of the meds and skin regimen I have to take and even what Im going through. She didnt rush. Front people and med assistant Taylor are courteous and very informative. The office is like a modern, peaceful environment. I thank my internist Dr. Tamayo for referring me to them. Dr Wilson will be my saviour in my skin healing process.
