I went to them for a concern on my neck. I was seen by Zack who gave me a full body checkup without my expecting it. I was impressed by that and thankful since I am over 70 and needed it. He also found a couple of other areas of minor concern and made recommendations. I had been intending to go to a dermatologist for awhile and I was referred to Jax Dermatology by my primary care doctor. Attention to detail is critical in medical care and I was given lots of time and attention by Zack which I appreciated. Im following up in a month and will continue with them. I would recommend them for your dermatology needs. I was given outstanding care.

This is an excellent practice!! The physician and nurse practitioner are very thorough and knowledgeable. They listen attentively and fully engage with me every time I visit. In other words, they pay attention to my concerns. This is extremely important to me, as it should be to any person seeking medical care. The office staff is the backbone of any medical practice. The office staff at this practice is polite and spends the time to take care of each patient; from setting appointments to handling billing matters. The staff is the face of any company. This is no different for a medical practice. I have walked out the door of several businesses (including medical practices) because I was treated with apathy. That doesnt work for me. It shouldnt work for anyone. The staff doesnt need to jump up and down when a patient walks through the door. However, the staff does need to greet each patient genuinely and take an immediate interest in their visit. That is what I want. That it was I get when I show up for an appointment. Kudos to Dr. Stepien and her excellent practice!

If you want to be treated with respect, instead of as just another account they can squeeze money from, this is the place. They have to jump through all of the same insurance hoops as any other practice but once they actually get to treat you, they treat you well. By that I mean as an individual as well as the medical procedure. The PA and Dr. Stepien were both sensitive to my needs and very good with communication and ensuring I understood what they were telling me. Quick and efficient, yet thorough. What more can you ask. And, the exam room didnt freeze me out. (Not counting the liquid nitrogen. :-)

Doctor Stepien has been lovely, her entire team too! Each individual that has helped me from the front desk, to the office and going over results, options moving forward, and so on has been nothing but kind in their delivery and personality. Both times Ive had an appointment the doctor had another individual shadowing them as these 2 were also very sweet. I enjoy the way Dr. Stepien breaks down my skin routine to me, and the procedure were going through in February for my acne scars.
