    Dr. Johnson is an AMAZING doctor. He is empathetic, has a down to earth, genuine personality that is easy to connect with and trust and he is an absolute artist when it comes to faces. Only one month out from my procedure and I look refreshed, not reworked. He knows how to provide the most natural look for you face. Staff is incredible too! Everyone you interact with there is top notch. I could give more stars I would :)

    I loved my experience at ImageLift. Every person I spoke to on the phone and in person was kind, supportive, uplifting and skilled at their job. The nurses are great and the physicians are especially great. I drove from Atlanta to see them and it was well worth it.

    I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Rich. So kind, so informative, so skilled. I had sculptra and restylane for my under eye “craters,” as I like to call them, and though I was told not to expect a major improvement until the Sculptra kicks in in 1-4 months, I was delighted to see that the restylane has already given me a GREAT improvement. The staff at the villages office is also great! Highly recommend!

    Extremely professional and caring staff. From my pre op visit through aftercare. Quinn, who did my preop work up even brought my prescriptions to two different pharmacies for me! It was the day before Ian hit and everything was closing up, but she wanted to be sure I had everything in order before surgery. I felt very relaxed during the procedure and they explained everything I needed to know. I went back to the office twice after surgery with questions about my incisions. They were very attentive and reassuring.

    My experience at Imagelift was amazing!! I had the midlift and was very nervous ,but when I arrived for my procedure , I was met with the BEST staff I have ever met.     Had my 10 week follow up with Dr. Rich and his team today. I am beyond thrilled with the results of my mid-lift and lip filler. The results are natural looking and I no longer have a tired or droopy appearance. My lips are plumped to the size and shape that they were when I was in my 20’s. Nothing is overly dramatic looking.     I have never had anything like this done before so I was nervous! They made me feel like part of the family. The doctor was amazing, he explained everything so perfectly, and he would say, we are in no rush, we can take a break if you need....but honestly, there was no reason to take a break! As soon as he was done I felt like a million bucks, because I looked like a million bucks!! Im so glad I did this!!

    In March of 2022 I had a mid-image lift/Bella fill injections and could not be happier with the results. Dr Castellano and his entire staff are always welcoming, knowledgable and professional. I had a very stressful 2021 and felt like I aged 10 years. I hated looking in the mirror and wanted to feel better about myself. I clearly made the right choice with Image Lift. Dr Castellano did an incredible job and I am extremely pleased. While everyone from the receptionist to Dr Castellano did a excellent job, I especially want to give a shout out to Quinn, the surgical nurse. She helped to put my mind at ease during the surgery and at my follow ups appointments. A great experience with fantastic results!

    Image lift is a place of kind ,down to Earth professionals that make you feel safe and comfortable in their clean facility. I highly recommend Dr. Castellano. He is very kind, compassionate and truly views his job as plastic surgeon as an art form, which it is. He thoroughly explains procedures and what the outcome will be. He asks your opinion and what your expectations are. I felt very comfortable with him. I will definitely be returning to him for more self improvement endeavors.

    The only negative was getting in. I obeyed the instructions on the sign at the door and called to let them know that I was there (on time). I waited for 7 minutes and was ignored several times before someone finally came and let me in after taking my temperature. Once I sat down with Brittany, the experience was very good. She answered all of my questions satisfactorily except the one question about an incision horizontally from the top of my ear -- this one I dont want, as I tend to scar easily. I imagine Dr. Rich will answer that question once we sit down together.

    Never in a million years did I think I go to a plastic surgeon. I always imagined the Lion Lady!! I had major wrinkles around my mouth is if I was a smoker.DR Steve, and the staff answered ever question and put me at ease. Dr Steve, believes in moderation and what an amazing experience I had. I had filler and Radiesse. He was very gentle and explained every thing he was doing! There was an instant change, and now its 3 hours later... I AM THRILLED!!

    I’m a doctor who knows too many plastic surgeons - you couldn’t do better - I would (and do) travel from the middle of nowhere to get back to him. He is a treasure and no amount of marketing against him by local “experts” (hospital systems/health systems/insurance narrow networks/ supposed non-for-profits like Florida Hospital) will change that! Do yourself a favor and consider yourself blessed to get an appointment!
