    My visit was the most comfortable doctor appointment I have ever experienced. Each staff member was not only polite but also extended a sincere welcome to me on arrival. What particularly impressed me was that there was no eye-rolling when I had questions about the tablet for the history.     Excellent service. First of all my appointment was for the next day (even as a new patient!) as important as it’s when is a skin condition that changes day by day. Staff super friendly and courteous. My appointment was handled on time! Dr. N. Bibliowicz is very nice and knowledgeable, he had a diagnosis and a treatment for my daughter in a matter of minutes. But not rushing us to take next patient like many physicians nowadays. He took his time to listen and ask questions as well. Very pleased with my experience at Advanced Dermatology in The Villages.

    My first ever visit to a dermatologist was unexpectedly pleasant and very fruitful. They found a couple precancerous cells from a complete body scan and I had the squamous cell surgery addressed first. I had no pain at all and none during recovery either. I am looking forward to the basil cell surgery in a couple of weeks. Nicole Wharton and her staff were fantastic!

    Excellent patient/staff communication and treatment. Wait time was minimal despite the fact the waiting room was full. (The parking lot needs to be a LOT bigger however! It was a good thing my husband dropped me off because it took him the whole time I was in the office for him to park.). Other than that it was a very pleasant experience.

    We took our 4 year old here to get a mole checked. He can be very difficult with everything from Doctors to even haircuts. We walked in and he was pretty terrified but the entire staff was so good and patient with him. It wasn’t long before he was all smiles.     I was shocked at how quickly I was seen. This was my first visit and the process went quickly. I was seen in a very short time after being called back.     I arrived a bit early, as I wanted to get a little walk in, but the parking was right next to the front door. My appointment was 7:55, but I was not called back until 7:58 (Too Fast). Everyone in the front office was very pleasant, which was ridiculous before 8am. Further more,the ARNP arrived right away, not giving me enough time to worry about the up coming treatment. I told her that on my previous visit she did not freeze the lesions as long as the physician had, so I experienced less discomfort: however all the frozen lesions completely melted away. My daddy said, no pain - no gain. Check out was the final blow. Nothing was need, and I was pointed towards the door. Now then, I am used to standing at the check-out while my insurance, payment, social security, name, horsepower, are all scanned and rechecked. This visit was much too easy, mostly paid by Freedom Medical, and leaves me insufficient reasons to complain. Well, there is always next time. John Sharpe, MD

    Our family uses this organization and have been very happy with the expertise and care. In both St Augustine and The Villages, the doctors have found and treated pre-cancerous and one melanoma at stage 0. It is easy to go to a place where confidence is high and they saved my husbands life with a diagnosis! My mom and I both go too and of all of the dermatologists I have ever seen, I leave knowing that if something was awry, the docs would have found it. The nursing staff are responsive and wonderful. The patient portal helps with pictorial communication when I had to send pictures of my mom’s skin condition so the doctor could see my reason for the question. Highly recommend!

    I love Nicole, the PA at Advanced Dermatology. She is very personable, friendly and really knows what she is doing. I always have a great experience there and I have been going there for years now and have been through two skin surgeries on my nose, as well as one on my leg. The dermatologist surgeon who did my nose both times was wonderful and you would never know I had surgery on my nose. Scott did the closing of my surgeries and he did a superb job.     This was my first visit to this location and I am impressed. Waiting time was minimal and the office staff was friendly and efficient. My P.A. was Nicole who made the visit a pleasant experience. She removed many pre-cancer spots on my scalp and face. She is upbeat and friendly, making the visit very comfortableMore praise for this great practice. Some months after the above review, I was at the office for a checkup, Nicole, my awesome PA found a suspicious spot on my scalp and performed a biopsy. Yesterday the office called and informed me the spot was a melanoma. They scheduled surgery the next day and removed the cancer. Thankfully, the cancer was caught early and removed by Dr. Moohead. A followup within a week or so. I almost forgot, while waiting in the surgery waiting room, they brought in pizza for us, Who else does that?!!!

At the end of a very cursory exam, she asked So what do you want me to burn off? I informed her that I was there for an annual skin screening since I had a history of skin cancer.     Dr Nicole Wharton is the best!! I had spent thousands of dollars on over the counter ance medication and treatments, plus many doctors with multiple forms of prescription therapy. Nothing worked. My daughter was getting so discouraged. Dr. Wharton cheered us up on the first visit. We began the Accutane treatment therapy. This is my daughters 6th month and her last month of treatment.
