    Erica is extremely skilled and professional. My second time doing SRT and she makes sure my SRT treatments are successful.Tiffany keeps all my appointments lined up to best fit my needs. She does a great job and is very helpful and friendly.

    Erica the radiation technician was awesome to work with and Tiffany, who did the scheduling, was so cooperative in helping us get the required treatments to meet our schedule.     Everyone in the office is knowledgeable, friendly and competent. Erica and her staff is amazing! If you need radiation for skin cancer, this is the place to go!

    My husband and myself recently became patients if this practice.We have had Rosy, PA, and she was great and one of the nurses, Lilly, who we thought was great. Darlene, front desk, is very knowledgeable and very nice. We had an unpleasant experience with Riley but otherwise the staff is nice

    The Radiation staff is phenomenal.... Dont get cut, see Erica and Tiffany for a non surgical option for basal cell and squamous cell carcinoma. Tiffany is an extremely hard worker and should be commended.

    Dr. Hassanein is very knowledgeable. One can tell he was once a professor at the University of Florida because he’s a good listener and then educates you on procedures. I hope his students learned his bedside manner. He immediately makes you feel right at ease. Rosy is great at her job. She quickly examines you and makes you feel comfortable right away. It’s evident she knows her job well. Even the office staff was friendly and caring. Usually you don’t see the doctor for more than a couple of minutes, but Dr. Hassanein made it seem like you were his only patient. Thank you staff for such a pleasant experience.

    I have been going to Dr. Hassanein for years because he is very thorough. His assistant Rosy is cheerful and keeps a watchful eye for any unusual skin growths. He has a wonderful staff. I have never left there without feeling thoroughly examined.

    PA Rosie and her assistant Ana deserve more than 5 Stars for the almost painless excision of a stubbornly recurrent cancer on my back that my former dermatologist has been treating for over two years. My husband---a man of few words who is a retired Internist and NOT easily impressed--- has been changing the dressings and his comments have been: Nice job!, Looks good and Healing great.

    I have been a patient here for several years. I appreciate that this organization has an office in Clermont. Dr. Hassanein and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I never hesitate to see one of the PAs of this practice if the Dr. Is not available. This truly is a 5 star practice.

    I have been going here for a couple of years. From Melissa at the front desk to Dr. Hassanein And PA Sandra Lopez I have been treated fantastic.Dr. Hassanein And PA Sandra Lopez have made great improvements in my skin care and treatment. I have diabetes, eczema, and have had skin cancers. These guy have really helped me to live a normal life considering these issues.I highly recommend them.

    I was very pleased with my visit to Dr.Hassanein, he is excellent at what he does. You can tell he really enjoys what he does and that he is an extremely talented physician by his bedside manners and his attention to detail and also by level of his explanation, so you know exactly what to expect along the way. Also all of his staff is very helpful and make you feel very welcome. I would highly recommend Dr.Hassanein.

    I write this review to recommend PA Sandra Lopez for helping me by starting a new treatment for swelling and open lesions on my lower legs. When I first met Sandra, my legs were swollen and oozing. I had been treated by some very good doctors and the wound care clinic in Clermont, FL. I decided to go to a dermatologist to see if they might help. PA Lopez immediately began a new way (New to me) of treating my condition. Se has been thoroughly professional and friendly n her approach. Three years have passed and now I can live a relatively normal life. Along the way she and Dr Hassanein have treated me for skin cancer, both Squamous and basil and have eliminated that problem as well.I highly recommend PA Lopez and the Institute to anyone needing my kind of treatment.Thank you to PA Lopez and Dr. Hassanein.Jerry Miller

    Today I went to the Villages office without an appt or calling ahead. Samantha and Melissa exceeded all expectations. Samantha with Drs in the Clermont office coordinated a minor problem with photos via phone, applied a new bandage and the Dr. even called in a prescription. She was exceptional. Well done for having a great staff.

    I’am a 74 yrs old Canadian and this is the first time I have been to a dermatologist. Dr. Hassanein and his whole staff made me feel so comfortable and answered everyone of my concerns and then some.They took their time and I did not feel rushed.     Melissa the receptionist is very quick to respond and does so with intelligence and kindness. Great combination for someone who has to respond to the phone calls while patients are waiting. Impressive
