This was my first time visit and it wont be my last visit! Dr Ruiz knows just where the botox will do best! I have tried 2 other places in town before I found Firm Cosmetic Center and they do not compare! I felt very much at ease with the help from Renee. This was my first experience with FIRM Cosmetics and it was a fantastic one. I usually travel over an hour to have under eye fillers done, thinking I need to go to a bigger city to ensure quality. But Dr. Ruiz and Renee L.E were beyond knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel comfortable during my procedure and, most importantly, I am *extremely* happy with my results. I will definitely be returning.

After moving to the Sebring area, I needed to find a new cosmetic center for Botox. This place was everything I had hoped for. Renee was very nice and helpful when booking my appointment. The doctor works late which I’m sure benefits a lot of people. The office has a nice energy when you walk in the door and is very clean. Dr Ruiz was also very nice and the procedure was less painful than other experiences I’ve had in the past. And I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable pricing. I will definitely be going back on a regular basis.

I loved my whole experience!! I am almost 42. After doing my own at home skin care, and not getting the results I was looking for, I booked a consultation!! Renee’ quickly responded and was great! I consulted with Dr. Ruiz and then was booked for my procedure. Renee’ and Dr. Ruiz where so knowledgeable and answered every question I had. I went in for a thread lift and it was a breeze! I had mentally prepared for pain and down time, but when I say there was none, there was none! I am looking forward to many future visits!

Renee and her husband are great at what they do. I got some botox to rid of some wrinkles in my forhead and around my eyes. Painless and love the results! Hes the only one thay would touch my forhead wrinckles and it looks so good,! I asked about other treatments and they went through every detail to pick the best one. Next Im going in for microneedling. Renee also showed me her social media apps that help further with healthy skin. Renee Ruiz skin scripts. Check her out. Cant wait for my microneedling treatments

Absolutely fabulous from the start! This was my first time having any type of procedure like this! Very professional process,I had my consultation over zoom with Rene who educated (I love that she educated me, not sold me) on how the face changes with age and explained the different types of Botox/fillers and lifts available. After all the information she gave me I was ready to book!The actual experience:After reading my chart Dr.Ruiz explained what exactly was going to happen. Mrs. Ruiz gave me a stress ball to squeeze and she held my hand! I felt so well cared for! After the filler was injected I looked in the mirror and could immediately see the difference. So excited to learn Dr. Ruiz & Renee are now offering treatments in Sebring. I have had various cosmetic treatments over the years from both of them at the Orlando/Kissimmee office. Renee performed various face treatments over the years & was able to get my decade of melasma struggles fully under control with persistence & great products. Regarding fillers & Botox, I had tried (2) different dermatologist in the past with poor results. Dr. Ruiz is exemplary in this area & I will never trust another physician with injectables. Im new to Sebring, so I was looking for a place to get my Botox. I’m 63 years old and the past few years, Botox didn’t seem to get the results I needed.I found the FIRM and I am so glad that I did. Dr. Ruiz listened to me about my concerns and after he applied Botox, 10 days later I was hooked,. I was amazed at my results. He’s very nice, a good listener and knows what he’s doing.
