    Dr. Rotman is fantastic, he is professional, kind and has excellent bedside manner. I normally see Julie who is also amazing, she is always upbeat and in great spirits. She is knowledgeable and takes her time going over everything and is very thorough in her examinations. Eldon the medical assistant is an absolute gem and took the time to patiently explain the process of my surgery before hand and eased my anxiety. He also did an outstanding job of explaing after care. The front office staff are also so kind and helpful. I would absolutely recommend AIOD, everyone in the office wonderful.

    My visit this time was like all the other times I have visited. The front staff is always welcoming and prompt in getting me checked in. The staff in the back are friendly and will always answer any questions I may have. Julie is very thorough in my examination and helpful in explaining things in laymans terms.

    My first appointment was great. But waiting for my pathology report was a nightmare. This is the message that was left me. “this is Jane calling from the American Institute of dermatology I wanted to give you your bad results please give me a call back at your earliest convenience have a nice rest of your day bye…” When I finally got to speak with someone, my pathology report was good and there was no need for concern.

    Julie, the PA, was great. She listened to my concerns and addressed each one. I have been annoyed with an itchy place on my back for years and she actually told me how it usually originates and has a cream prescribed for me. I am so grateful my PCP suggested coming here. Wow.     I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment. Was called in in 5 min. My procedure was completed in 20 minutes. i went to waiting room for 5 minutes and was called in for my radiation. 10 minutes later i was checked out and on my way home. Service was terrific.

    I was jabbed several times with a needle then sliced with a very sharp blade! Then my gashes were sewn with another needle and thread.I continued to bleed before being padded with gauze and tape.I can’t believe that this happened to me many, many times over the past 20+ years that I have been coming here.

    AMAZING staff!!! I never write reviews, but I must say the amount of attention they give you is absolutely incredible. Also they are very professional!! I came in as a new patient and I was greeted by a young lady named Liz. She was very patient with us, as well as kind. I had a few questions and she gladly assisted us and thoroughly answered my questions. Our provider was Cindy and she explained down to the last detail of my procedure. She was so kind and gave me great care. When I was in the room all the ladies in there were so kind and they put so much attention to me it was incredible. When I was exiting, a young lady named Gabby greeted my mother and I with a big warm smile. We were going to schedule my follow up appointment and she was able to schedule it going based off my schedule. I am typically busy with school and she was able to schedule us for something that fit my needs. Overall I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone in search of a place for dermatology. It was an incredible experience.

    Highly recommend!!! My mother was just treated herE. She only had 1 concern, but It turns out she shouldve had 3. They examined her and found 3 places of concern that day and removed all 3 the same day. The next week she was contacted that 1 of the places needed to be further looked into and is already scheduled for next week! This place is professional, efficient and very knowledgeable about each of their patients care. Also the wait time was minimal. THANK YOU for taking such good care of her.

    The receptionist Anne was really patient with me and explained everything I needed to know about my insurance. Heather was in training and treated me amazing, I felt very comfortable even though the reason I was going there made me very uncomfortable.     After recently being at my dermotologist in Pennsylvania that I have been seeing for about 20 years he found a growth on my nose that he felt should be looked at. Since I was leaving to go back home to Florida right after my appointment and he could not do the required procedure at that time he said to get it looked at within the next 30 days. My wife and I frequently eat at the Davenport Diner and they have a set of tv screens the advertise local businesses. I constant watched the advertisement for American Institute of Dermatology, and bejng impressed by what I saw, decided to make an appointment. From my initial contact to set up the appointment to just recently concluding my first visit I was deeply impressed with the staff. The receptionist who initially took my call, made my appointment, and advised me what to expect made me feel comfortable that I made the right choice. Arriving at the office today Ann the receptionist helped me get the required paperwork filled out properly and answered all my questions. Upon being taken back to the examining room by the nurse Lorena and being further interviewed by her for both past medical history and reason for my visit, she thoroughly answered my questions and what was to probably expect today. Very shortly thereafter Heather the physician assistant came in, went over my personal concerns and proceded to give me a thorough examination. She then went over her findings and what she suggested what she had planned to do today. I was perfectly at ease in the office and agreed to all her suggestions. Something not to easy for a patient that frequently suffers white coat syndrome. I must say that I was thoroughly pleased with the entire staff and procedures taken today and had wished I had gone there sooner. I must say Dr. Rotman has a very fine staff and well run practice and I am looking forward to my next visit.

    My husband Pete had an appointment yesterday with Dr. Rotman and we couldnt be more pleased with the doctor and his staff. When we arrived, Melanie processed his check in for a first-time visit. Waited less than 5 minutes before Baillie his medical assistant came to get him ready to see the doctor. Everyone was so friendly, and the doctor explained everything and answered all questions.     Weve been going to AIOD for 3-4 years, and have been very happy with how were treated, the medical care, the office staff, even having to get cut on & burned isnt as nasty as I expected! LOL. The only complaint at all, and a minor one, is the length of time for billing processing. I shouldnt complain, as it means I keep my $$ longer, but we are often being billed for service provided months earlier, even prior to more recent visits...gets a little confusing. Were not going anywhere, tho...will stick with this team.

    My husband has received wonderful care at AIOD in Sebring. The ladies are delightful, concerned, good listeners and great care givers. He particularly likes Dr. Julie...and at our last visit, Kiarelis was great, too. (All the ladies in the office are great--all of them!) When Dr. Rotman steps in to do a procedure or surgery, we rest assured that all is well and done right. My husband worked outside his entire life as a construction contractor and fireplace/chimney specialist, so his skin suffers all those little spots that need attention.     My husband and I have recently become regular patients with AMID. Dr. Rotman, Julie and Heather have given us excellent care. Both my husband and I are scheduled for MOHS to repair some of the damage we have received from the sun. I am scheduled for radiation on a part of my nose tomorrow. The entire staff has taken their time to be as precise as possible to minimize any adverse effects that may be caused from treatment. We both are totally at ease and are confident that we will receive the care necessary to repair the damage to our skin.

    Today was by far the best photodynamic therapy Ive had at Dr. Rottmans office out of the six PDTs that Ive had at Dr Rottmans Office. Lori your amazing. Things that were different than the previous TXs.1)She used a metal type curator/scraper before hand to exfoliate the dead skin. Never happened before.2)I was disappointed that they had no Lidocaine Jell as this procedure is very painful when I have it on my face. She was genuinely interested and explained it is on back order.3) After the procedure on my head, she realized I did not have a hat. She offered and provided a PDT pop up hat to wear home.As none of the doctors were available to speak to today to compliment Lori I thought it best to leave a great review on. On the whole we are very happy with Dr Rottman and Julie ARNP as out family dermatologists.
