    I love this place! I have been going to the St. Pete location since 2021. I recommend Charlene - shes very warm, professional and EFFICIENT! I have seen 4+ different specialists there and all are great at what they do. Also I love Amy, the receptionist. She knows everyone by name and is always at the front with a smile and good attitude.

    My experience at the Wax Pot has always been amazing! All waxing specialists are caring and very friendly. I recently had Charlene wax me and it was one of the best experience so far! I have been going to the Wax Pot for years now and had other specialists wax me but Charlene was amazing, she made me feel comfortable and we had a great/funny conversation.     1/17/25Iā€™ve been seeing Jociene at The Wax Pot in St. Pete for about 4 months now, and every single time she does my eyebrows, Iā€™m more impressed. Her attention to detail is incredible, and she always makes sure everything is perfect. Sheā€™s professional, personable, and really takes the time to make sure you leave feeling confident and happy with the results. Highly recommend her if youā€™re looking for someone who knows what theyā€™re doing and truly cares about the work they do!

    Selma is always amazing to see and speak with. My wax is definitely the the ish. No hair, no hair, no hair and my skin is left feeling very hydrated šŸ’œ The wax facility is very clean and the front desk is always professional. I love it here!

    I made my appointment yesterday (08/07/2024) for today (08/08/2024) at 11:30am. Got there 25 minutes early. I signed whatever paperwork I needed (one sheet front and back), and the experiences Ive had with the lady on the phone yesterday, the lady at the desk today, and Bobbi, the girl that did my eyebrows, were all great. I definitely plan on coming back to get my eyebrows done again, and I might even eventually make an appointment for a Brazilian.. Im definitely pleased with how my brows turned out, and definitely recommend this place. Theyre reasonably priced. Edit: I come regularly now, and I see Josie. Literally the sweetest person in there right there with the lady at the front desk. I love that they call before your appointment to make sure youre coming. They even have a rewards program you can sign up for. Come here. Theyre worth it.

    I have been coming to this location for years to get my brozilian done and would recommend it to any man who was thinking about it or worried it would hurt too much. The silky smoothness afterwords is well worth it and you feel allot cleaner. My last visit was with Selma and it was amazing. She was quick and very professional. She made the experience a very positive experience and will definitely be coming back for a follow up and request her. She was very skilled and able to preform the waxing with very little stress. I would definitely recommend her to any one that is new to this or if youā€™re seasoned. She made me feel comfortable and before I knew it she was all done. She did not miss any spots and had a great eye for detail.

    From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the most delightful receptionist. She always has a friendly smile and great demeanor. She knows me by name. Even if shes busy, she always acknowledges that Im there and lets me know they will be with me shortly. Its very rare to encounter such genuine hospitality these days and it definitely makes me happy for my visit.As for my waxer Bobbi, not only is she incredibly fast but her technique is also impeccable. She always makes sure that I am comfortable and we have great conversations. In no time at all. I was done with my waxing appointment. She makes it go by so fast. She even recommended how I style my eyebrows and now that theyre growing in and shes shaping them that way. I like them much better than before I came to her.Overall, my experience at The Wax Pot St. Pete always makes me happy and wanting to come back again and again. Ive been going to them for well over a year now. And even though I now live over 30 minutes away and its still worth the drive just for the service.     Iā€™ve been visiting the wax pot semi-regularly for Brazilian, full butt and eye brow waxing for over a year now but last week I was waxed by Shannon. Since then, Iā€™ve had absolutely NO in grown hairs or redness which I explained Iā€™m prone to. She took her time on my Brazilian, full butt, and eyebrows and made sure theyā€™re just how I like, which Iā€™m pretty particular on. Iā€™m also a big girl and she gave me the MOST thorough Brazilian I have EVER had. I was absolutely hairless down there and Iā€™ve ALWAYS had people rush through and ignore hair and just accepted it but Shannon really set the bar SO high because she was so amazing.     Salma is very personal and professional. I have been waxed a few other places and this Salma was the best. My wife and I have been to her several times now and she makes us both very comfortable. When I first started I was pretty apprehensive about the discomfort but they make the process as painless as possible and they are attentive to any problem areas or missed spots. Really not that painful and super easy trip every other month. My neckline grows super fast and I was always getting haircuts just to clean up the sides but waxing has really made things better.

    This was my first time here and I loved it! I called around 1135 to get a wax last minute before my vacation and they were able to get me in for an eyebrow and Brazilian wax the same day at 12!     Fun family run business. Ive only had service by Kelly I think thats her name (been there twice), but I plan on that being my wax essential spot. They are very clean and thorough.     AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE - Up until my last visit, I have NEVER had a problem and have been a loyal customer since their first location and initial opening. One of the owners reached out to me directly to apologize and obtain specifics regarding my most recent visit. The owners have also addressed the concerns with the specific employee. I feel more than comfortable that this was an isolated incident and will not happen to any other customer.I am a long time loyal client to the wax pot and this location; however, this esthetician was very curt and rude from the moment she called my name in the lobby until she rushed me out of the room. It was taking me a moment to leave as I was leaving cash as a tip. Which I now regret even bothering to do. Before the waxing, I had to ask 3 times for her to please lower the table as it was too high for me.     I went here for my first Brazilian wax and I am going for my third time next month. The first wax (eyebrow, lip, or bikini) is free, the Brazilian is half off, as a first time guest. It is commonly suggested to take small steps, such as starting with a bikini before moving up to a Brazilian, but I was able to get through going straight to the Brazilian. Kellys professionalism and friendless actually made my wax a positive experience. Everyone who works here is timely, I have not had to wait over a minute, before getting serviced.     Hands down the best Groupon purchase Ive ever made! Kelly is a perfect young professional who is very laid back yet thorough. The consistency of the hard wax, the painlessness, and the thoroughness is what keeps me coming back. Ive been waxed many times in the past all throughout Florida and Manhattan and have never been so impressed. However, I was moving 7 hours away within days of my visit. I was bummed that I had FINALLY found the perfect waxing salon and theres only one location. There were a couple spots that were missed because the hair was light and the powder disguised them when I examined the result. As usual, I was told I can come back if there were any spots missed. In the past Ive never gone back for a touch-up because I didnt like the experiences enough to make myself go out of my way for something that I already paid for and followed through with. I realized this is my favorite waxing service when I went back the next day to get a touch-up. It wasnt even done by Kelly; it was done by her sister who is equally as great as Kelly.     Was my 1st Brazilian wax, so yes I was so nervous, I seen Tab and let me tell you she was amazing! She walked me through it and it honestly wasnā€™t nothing that I expected!     Joanne is very thorough, and she pays attention to detail. She is also a sweetheart, and I look forward to my visits with her! I have been body hair shamed in other wax places.     I got my first ever brazilian. I was terrified. Dominique was wonderful, she kept me calm and informed the entire time. It wasnā€™t nearly as painful as I thought it would be. Her card says she is a Master Wax Specialist and I have to agree. I made an appointment to go back in 3 weeks to see her again. I would definitely recommend her and The Wax Pot to anyone.

    Im a former hair dresser and was taught waxing at cosmetology school. In almost 10 years that I have been out of school, this is the only place, (out of dozens), that do waxing the correct way. I had nearly no inflammation afterwards, and was actually really surprised that I felt no soreness.Hailey was the one who did my brows and she recommend a great brow powder that is amazing! Fills in naturally and stays on overnight even through the next day.I cant say enough great thing about this place. Just so happy I discovered it.

    Went here for my first braizailan wax, it wasnt at all as bad as I thought it would be though it is a wax . I had Sonyah who talked me through it and made me feel extremely comfortable. She made sure my first time was as easy as a waxing can be and I really appreciated that & provided great after care instructions. The ambiance was really nice and the process was rather quick. I would definitely go again! The customer service was great!

    Today was my first time waxing in a year since I was deployed with military. Looked online for the best Brazilian waxer near me and The Wax Pot popped up. I noticed Joanne had the best reviews so I made my appt with her.. I had anxiety all day thinking about how painful it was going to be.. she made it painless and smooth!!!     What a hidden gem! Joanne did my brows, lip, and chin. She is by far and away the best waxer Iā€™ve ever had. My skin wasnā€™t irritated at all by the wax, like it has been at other places. Joanne was friendly and so accommodating! I will never again go anywhere else. Joanne is the BEST!!!!!

    Ive been going to the Wax Pot since 2020 after my previous location closed. I prefer hard wax and had tried another prior to landing with Wax Pot. I prefer hard wax and so it was hard to find locations that offer it. And luckily, I was able to follow RaeAnn after she started here! Shes great! I live on the Southside of St Pete and will continue to drive the distance.

    Raeann is a professional and very experienced waxer. She is very nice and does a great job. I think The Wax Pot is one of the best places for waxing services I have ever been to. I live in Ohio and come to Florida frequently and I always wait to get waxed til I come to Florida. I cannot say enough great things about The Wax Pot!
