I have been coming to Sugar South for a few months now and have had an incredible experience everytime. I normally don’t write reviews but I had such a positive experience at Sugar South that I wanted to share. I booked with Marley, who I later found out was the owner. Marley made the experience as enjoyable as possible. The facility was very clean, as well as extremely cute and aesthetic. The removal was quick, and all the hair was removed in its entirety, even though I had some shorter hairs that were off-cycle from the rest of my hair growth, which I didn’t think would be removable from sugaring since they were shorter than a grain of rice.Marley was knowledgeable on how to help prevent ingrowns, and made recommendations outside of just pushing a product which I really appreciated. She also provided me with some exfoliating gloves at the end of the appointment.Will definitely be continuing to book all my future removal appointments here!

If you are debating whether to book here or not, just do it!! I am (understandably) EXTREMELY picky about things like waxes. I am moving out of the state later this year and am already sad about not being able to come to Sugar South.The wax is made in house, and Marley’s skill level and technique makes all the difference. The very best at sugaring in my experience. The wax itself is as quick and pain free as one can hope for! The inside is aesthetic, clean, and welcoming. Booking is easy and convenient through the website, and Marley is responsive to questions and considerate about timing of appointments/keeping appointments. She runs on time with her schedule and I don’t have to wait! It’s a quick in and out! The icing on top is that she is also knowledgeable, kind, fun to talk to, and makes the whole experience comfortable. You will not regret coming here! 10/10!

I can not speak any higher than I have of Sugar South and Marley since my appointment. My hair grows back with a snap of my fingers.. I have been looking for something that wasnt traditional wax for months in preparation for my wedding as I have been burned by regular waxing and stumbled across this beaut on google.The inside waiting area was so nice, relaxing and simple but welcoming. I got waxed Thursday and I am still smooth as butter. Not only did the service do exactly what I was hoping for it to do, it was less painful than normal wax, there was no heat involved which was so nice and Marley was just simply amazing.. I immediately felt comfortable with her, there was never an awkward silence and we talked about everything under the moon. If you are questioning whether or not to give sugaring and these ladies a try, you should stop questioning and do it!

Sugaring is a game changer! After a few traumatic experiences with traditional waxing, I was apprehensive to try sugaring. However, Marley was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. For the FIRST TIME EVER, I was able to make it through an entire session, without any bleeding, burning, or bruising. While it is still somewhat painful (I’m a huge baby and have zero pain tolerance), it is tolerable and the results are fantastic!

I’ve never done the sugaring before, been doing the traditional waxing for 6+ years, so I was a little skeptical but the reviews were pretty solid. First of all, I felt immediately welcomed. I called last minute on a Saturday to see about an appointment, my regular waxer went out of town for the month and I was in desperate need.. they were closing at 1pm but Mo was able to accommodate me, she’s a sweetheart btw. Her technician was willing to stay after to see me which was very nice of her. Alycia did a fantastic job all around. Was super sweet and explained the product and how it works. I was in and out after a full Brazilian wax in 10 minutes. Absolutely fantastic. The facility was clean and and very nicely done. Not to mention, the pain of the actual process is way less than traditional. Ended with an offer of a nice refreshment which was a lovely touch. This will definitely be my go to from now on.
