I have been going to Sage for over a year now for facials and massage and absolutely love the vibe here. Facials with Melia are so magical and I have seen a lot of improvement in my skin since getting microdermabrasion with her the last 5 months. I also love the skincare line they carry and have been slowly adding them to my home routine. I cannot recommend facials with Melia enough!I have also seen Carrie for massages and she is a true healer. I always leave feeling better in body, mind, and spirit after sessions with her. She is intuitive and very skilled at bodywork. She will be missed!The other practitioners I have tried have also been great and I’m looking forward to trying out more massage therapists or a body scrub soon.The receptionists are always friendly and welcoming. I’ve been coming here for almost two years for massages and facials. The deep tissue massages with Carrie are incredible for my constantly tense neck and shoulders. Ive been seeing Madison for 4 months each of the last two winters. She makes such a positive difference in my health with my weekly appointments. I suffer with migraines and arthritis. She listens well to a customers needs and has a real talent-truly magic healing hands! So lucky to have Madison in my life! The receptionists are always lovely as well, and the manager listens to suggestions. Ive sent my best friends husband to Madison and he has thanked me many times!

Essentials massage and facials has the best priced massages and facials in all of the Tampa Bay Area. They offer $25 massages and facials, and thats for an hour! They have some great masseuses and offer tons of add-one to make the experience even better. I have been to a lot of different places and nowhere compares to the price nor the quality you receive here. The reason the prices are lower is because the massage therapists also expect to be tipped well, which isnt difficult with how much you are saving on the actual massage or facial. If you like a really deep therapeutic massage see Bella, she will work wonder, especially if you have deep knots or any reoccurring issues. Francesca is also great at removing knots during deep tissue massages. Appointments are easy to schedule and a lot of times you can get same day service, but I have never had to wait more than a day or two to get an appointment with the therapist of my choosing. They are willing to stay late to fit you in. Best place in the area and best place Ive ever been to!

Kate goes the extra mile to help me feel comfortable and aware of recommended treatments. Great experience! The girl at the front desk was very friendly! When you walk in the door the spa is clean and smells very nice. Corinna did my massage and it was amazing, 10/10! After having upper back pain with limited neck movements for over a week, I scheduled a 50 minute therapeutic massage with Carrie.After I explained about my back and neck issues she started the massage. The massage was wonderful. I immediately felt some relief in my neck. And by the end of the massage I was able to fully turn my head from one side to the other with some pain. By the next day my back and neck pain were completely gone. I am so thankful for Carries knowledge and skill. I know without the massage I would still be in pain. I will definitely schedule with her again.

A friend and I were visiting and we made short notice appointments and the staff was very flexible and got us in. I had a wonderful facial with Mia. My friends noticed the difference. I looked refreshed and my skin was glowing.After that I had a massage with Brittany. This was the best massage ever! She had the perfect firmness for my needs. She could feel the spots that I needed the most work. I experience quite a bit of pain daily, and I left there feeling so relaxed and pain free. I will definitely go back when I get back to the area and recommend to anyone I know.

Natalia took good care of me suggested a little bit on the bottom ends and separated the brows and kept my brows intact as I wanted them. While I found it a little bit difficult to find pricing and additional information about the facility from their website, I called them and made an appointment. They had so many wonderful reviews and after asking around, many of my friends had been there before so I decided to just go ahead and visit them for a spa treatment. I had a wonderful massage and the price point was amazing! 50 minutes is $55. You feel Comfortable and well cared for! It’s a very clean establishment and I have already been back twice since then! Today was my second visit to Sage. I have NEVER been to a massage spa more than once, as I was never that impressed. But this place is A++. My therapist has been Corrine and her professional skills are top notch. The thing is, I mostly started to go for pain relief, but the overall therapeutic benefit of relaxation mixed in too is money well spent. Speaking of, I love Sages price points, as their fees are very low. This empowers the client to tip the therapist in a way that you know they are getting their well-earned rewards. I am going to make a Sage visit a routine thing now.

I saw Sage Wellness Spa introduced Glo Skin Beauty on Instagram and researched their products. I had never been there and wanted to give both a try. I booked an appointment with Kate for a Vitamin C facial. She did a phenomenal job, is very knowledgeable, and took my concerns to heart. The products did not disappoint, I left feeling rejuvenated, and my overall experience was wonderful from walking in to walking out. It was just what I needed! Thank you so much!

My wife and I are in Florida on vacation. We drove straight through on the way here and it took about 19 hours! We decided to get a couples massage before we made the long trip back home.We looked into several other spas and this was by far the best! Very reasonably priced! We had an hour massage in the same room and it was extremely relaxing. I believe my therapists name was Corinna? She was incredible. We loved it so much we have decided to make it a routine every year when we come back on vacation! Would recommend to anyone!

My niece and I were in town for a long weekend, and decided to end our girls trip with a couples massage. Most hotel spas were, predictably, very expensive. we were stunned at how reasonable the pricing was (coming from up north city prices) but loved everything about Sage. When we got to there, everything about it was terrific, from being greeted by Kate, who let us store our bags there for a couple hours while we went to brunch to upon return noticing how super, super clean the facility was. There was no waiting in the lobby, but we were escorted to a peaceful, private room to await our therapists. Karen & Caroline were terrific. Ive been getting massage since the 1980s and have no hesitation recommending Sage. You wont be disappointed!

Highly recommend. This is an amazing spa! The staff are extremely kind and accommodating. When I set up a birthday surprise they were happy to help. They made sure the person felt extra special without adding anything extra. It seems to be pretty busy on a Saturday morning, so please make an appointment well in advance to get the right time for your schedule. Parking lot has angled parking spaces and is shared by other businesses with a one-way in and out setup, so watch how you park to protect your vehicle from bumps and scratches.

I am a spoiled New Yorker and thought I had the best Chinese Therapist in Brooklyn that I had seen for 10 years. I never thought I would find a match after moving to St. Pete. Then I met Jay, who is hands down the best therapist I ever had. Every time that I get treatment from him, my pain is gone! He is truly amazing and 100% skilled and professional. I am trained as a Yoga instructor and know the body and I know when someone knows their stuff or not. A nice inviting reception, clean facilities, everything smelled lovely, and the staff was warm and welcoming. I got a deep tissue massage with Carolyn and hooooly moly was it wonderful. She has a great knowledge of the human body and made me feel like a person again. One of the best massages I’ve ever received. Whenever I recommend this place people are skeptical because the prices are so reasonable but the quality doesnt suffer at all for the awesome prices. Its super clean and inviting, everyone is very friendly and we can always get an appointment quickly. My husband and I always request Casey and I cannot say enough good things about her. She clearly has a love for what she does because she is very professional and thorough and really cares to see you leave not only relaxed but feeling better, relieved of the tension we all carry around every day. I always leave feeling like Im literally lighter.

This is a fantastic location with great professional massage therapists and staff. My back and shoulders were over worked and way out of whack, so I called on short notice and they got me in twice in one weekend and totally fixed me! Both Brittany and Carolyn were attentive and very perceptive in finding my problem areas, and the spa policies along with the rest of the staff were excellent, taking every possible precaution for covid safety. Not only do they give great massages with hot towels, but the variety of add-ons and tools they offer to incorporate into your massage give you the right experience for any situation (if youre a ball of stressed out knots and you just cant stretch them out yourself, then get the cupping add-on!) Very friendly and polite, great communication on the website and on the phone, then throw in very competitive prices and long open hours? Makes them a hands down winner for this area IMHO. I was just here yesterday with my mom and friend (we were out for my maternity pictures). My mom and friend both said they LOVED their sessions, and mine was absolutely awesome. Everything was very lovely. From the second we walked in we were treated so well. The guy behind the counter was very prompt and friendly with us and I noticed he was so kind and easy to get along with for literally everyone that was around him. My masseuse was amazing! We had great conversation, but only when I wanted to talk (which I imagine is important for some people) and I left feeling so relaxed and calm. I recommend this place over anywhere else, and we drove about an hour to get there. They definitely live up to their near 5-star rating. On top of all that, theyre prices were crazy affordable. You get what you pay for doesnt exist here. Its more like you get waaaay more than you pay for haha I cant wait to go here again.

I’m a busy lawn guy and my back muscles needed some serious work. Got a therapeutic massage with Brittany and she really loosened things up. Would definitely go again.

Love this location. Love the staff. Love how I get someone new each time. Only complaint is the false advertising on the outside ($25) and the price increase in hour massage and tips.

My son and I got a massage at central Essential Massage , We waited at the waiting area , they were late 10 min for our massage the lady that gave me a massage was very inexperience, I ask her deep tissue massage she was very week she left me in the table with out covers it was cold , She was in a hurry when she was late , 10 min.... terrible will not be back , Do not waste your money**********they have a special for $25 but Charge $30 I will not recommend this place********* ,The owner Natalia called and ask to have another massage *****Unica was very good and thorough will come back

Wonderful service at an exceptional price. The hour-long sessions are good but the 90-minute sessions are phenomenal and they provide a lot of extras not included in a shorter session.
