I have done laser hair removal at two different places; Zirio’s is one of them. They are way more professional and effective. Gilda is amazing and takes time to explain the different factors that go into better results with laser hair removal. She also explains the different intensities of the lasers and explains why she is using them. All the women there are empowering and supportive. When I went through a breakup and was unsure if I wanted to continue with my Brazilian, Diana helped me realize that I was truly doing it for myself and not my partner, and that making the effort to feel sexy is totally independent of anyone else. I so appreciate that I was affirmed in that way

I rarely write reviews but this place really exceeded my expectations , it was everything I was looking for. From the moment you step in everything is super clean , Front desk staff is super friendly and have a lot of patience as i had a lot of questions to ask. They explained everything perfectly to me which I really appreciated and walked me through the whole process as well .. wait time was not a problem at all as every time I came with an appointment I was in and out . The staff themselves made me feel insanely comfortable which i was afraid of coming into it but overall had the most amazing experience. I was very hesitant trying laser but now that i have i will not be going back .. especially knowing a place like Zirios exists, I recommend this place to everyone !!!

She analyzes my skin and addresses what I need for that day. Love the consultative aspect vs just doing a facial. I always leave rested and refreshed! Highly recommended!

I was considering laser hair treatment for the first time and decided to give this place a try based on previous reviews and I’ll say I wasn’t at all disappointed. Gilda is very professional and welcoming, we had great conversation during my treatment so it didn’t feel too clinical. She also provided me with a consultation before the laser and explained to me how the machinery works and how it catered best to my skin and hair type/combination. She continuously asked me if I felt okay during the procedure and offered to lower the level if it was ever too much. The whole time I felt very comfortable and cared for. She also followed up with me after the treatment to ensure I was okay which I found super sweet. Right after, I couldn’t wait to tell all of my family members about my great experience in hopes that they’d come here too. I can’t wait to follow up with my next appointment. I highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed :)

Initially I was a little wary because I received this as a gift and didnt know what to expect. Especially since I have melanin skin but I found my experience to be very comforting and friendly. They walk you through the process and will handle you with kid gloves, if need be. They increase the intensity overtime to ensure your acclimation to the procedure and provide great results. The ladies are very professional, patient, knowledgeable and cooperative. They are willing to work with your schedule and rescheduling, as long as you give a reasonable amount of notice. Overall, this was one of the best gifts I ever received.
