    Love love love it. Sabina is a professional, her hands are soft and they do magic. I do all kind of procedures with her but the last one was the micro needles, you can see is very deep so my face was bleeding 😱😆but the effect after 2 days is absolutely amazing. My skin is rejuvenated, soft and hydrated. It definitely took 10 years of my face. Plus the prices, are the best in Miami and she always goes above and beyond. Love her, thats why she is my cosmetologist for the past 5 years and I am not going anywhere else. Will be sharing more procedures what we do. I couldnt be more pleased with my experience! I felt welcomed and treated like family.The receptionists were nice and very friendly. They scheduled my appointment promptly and the entire team made me feel comfortable.The office is beautifully designed and the atmosphere was calming and welcoming. It set a positive tone for my visit. Coffee machine, and the coffee is the best 😀 👍🏻The clinic offers a variety of services.     My wife had a lot of hair loss due to medications and we tried different methods to try and save the hair she had left but nothing worked. We finally decided to come see Michael and its the best decision we ever made. In just 4 short months my wifes hair has grown back so much and we couldnt be happier.     I am on my second session of hydrofacial. This is place is wonderful and the customer service is excellent from the lower level to the top. I had the opportunity to meet one of the managers for a refund. When one of the front desk employees scheduled the meeting, I thought that she was trying to trick me and take the money. It was the opposite after meeting a dynamic lady with a beautiful smile. She explained all the benefits of the service I wanted to cancel and took the time to listen to me carefully. She wanted to make sure that I understood everything before the cancellation. They prioritized customer satisfaction over money!! I strongly recommend them because they don’t take advantage of the customer, but create value!!!

    Wonderful environmentThey made us feel like family.We had the Tirzipetide injections for 6 months. My husband and me are happy with the results after 6 months we lost 50 and 60 lbs.The other things we tried didnt work for us.They are very pricey because they sell you a package not 1 treatment only.I recommend them 100%They are very customer oriented. If you want a place that treats you like a person and not another income; Aesthetemed is the place to go.

    The staff, Heidy and Daniella were very pleasant to my husband and I. Soon as we walked in, we felt at peace. They assisted us with our needs from beginning to end. Dr. Ma was excellent with me and my husband as well. It was our first time getting an acupuncture done and when I say it was AWESOME.....it AWESOME. We will be back for our sessions.     I have been to many places and they are good but this place is run well very professional, the staff is knowledgeable and they offer payment optionsThere are many nurses and there is always somebody ready to answer questions. I recommend this placeUpdate: I still like coming here but I would take one star for the waiting timeOn several occasions wait until you start an IV goes from 40 minutes to one hour, so if you have time constraints this might not be your place. Last visit I got frustrated with one hour wait, my blood pressure went up and had to rescheduleMy lesson is to learn patience

He sincerely apologized and explained that the experience I had should never have happened. He assured me that he has taken significant steps to address the issue, including educating and training the front-of-house staff and even hiring a Service Excellence Manager to oversee and ensure these improvements are implemented.He went to great lengths by personally inviting me back and reimbursing me $1,500 to use on other services they offer.I’m happy to report that my subsequent experience was fantastic, and I can confidently say that David demonstrated a true commitment to customer satisfaction.He genuinely cares about his clients, going above and beyond by bringing in a leading hair-loss specialist to support me on my hair restoration journey.     A friend had a facial procedure scheduled, so I came with her for company. I have long wanted to try a body procedure using the Endosphere apparatus! And fortunately for me, one line was free. The specialist clarified several points with me, then told me about the procedure on this device, and I also asked questions that interested me, to which I received answers. Afterwards I was immediately taken to an office where I was given disposable underwear. The procedure is painless, I even fell asleep at some point. Wow, I saw the result immediately and my body reacted as expected! As for the clinic itself, the staff is very pleasant and attentive, who speak Spanish, English and Russian. The clinic is clean, has an unobtrusive aroma, and soft, pleasant music plays. Definitely, all this is my format and I will definitely become their client, fortunately there is a wide range of services here that allows you to take care of yourself!

    Im a current patient in the Clinic and I have have nothing but positive things to say about Aesthetemed Beauty and Wellness Clinic. The staff really makes you feel welcomed and you trully feel in your soul that every single person here cares about your well being. My Acupuncture Dr is Dr Lenny Rengifo and she has really impressed me with her knowledge and methods of reducing my back pain. Three weeks in I feel less pain and have lost 6 pounds. I also feel more energetic. I highly recommend the treatment and Dr Rengifo.

    This was my first time ever getting a facial(it was a mini/basic facial, the tech did advise me) she was extremely knowledgeable about skin care and I could tell she really knew what she was talking about. I asked about the products being applied to my skin and she kindly let me know what was being used, I have sensitive skin or skin barrier issue, as was explained to me, and if a product is too strong it burns or stings my skin, everything used was gentle and did not irritate my skin at all. She helped me with some of my problem issues that I have been self conscious about, such as the milia on my eye, which I didnt even have a name for and she recognized it instantly. The extraction was probably the most uncomfortable part about the facial but she did warn me ahead of time that it was not going to pleasant. I can see the difference in the places where she did the extractions, on my nose for example, I get deep dark blackheads and she got this one blackhead that I thought I would NEVER be able to get rid of. I was recommended to follow-up with hydrofacials and a Peel, which I look forward to looking into before I schedule. Overall the experience was great from the moment I walked in the door, the young lady at the front was extremely pleasant and offered me and my mom, who came along with me, beverages. You can tell their customers are very important to them. Skin care is something I was not always knowledgeable about because I never had skin problems until after I turned 25 and developed adult acne, but I have a feeling that the women at this facility are dedicated to skin care and helping me achieve my ultimate skin goals. I recommend this place to any other women like me, who thought we crossed that problematic skin finish line when we entered adult hood only to realize we are so late in the game, we dont even know where to begin.
