    10 years and holding! My wife and I received laser hair removal out of Asheville about 10 years ago, it holds up well but thereā€™s a lifetime guarantee. Iā€™ve been admittedly dreading the process to transfer my records to south Florida but I finally stepped into the Hallandale Beach location and it was delightfully easy. The process was complete before I even realized. If youā€™re on the fence or skeptical, so was I and this isnā€™t an investment I regret. 10 years of silky smooth skin for my wife and for me, I got my hairline done on my neck. My neckline isnā€™t bare after 10 years but I donā€™t look like I need a haircut 2 days after my haircut anymore either. My neckline stays neat permanently.

    10 out of freaking 10!From start to finish.I feel safe to leave her review now as Iā€™ve gone there two different times for two separate services of course I got there Hydro facial for $23 for their anniversary!It was worth every penny and definitely gave me a reason to book the actual cost for it!I originally Inquired about laser, hair removal and thankfully Carin helped me from the initial phone call, email, payment plans that fit best for me!She wasnā€™t judgy or mean.     When I came in for my appointment I was greeted and asked if I would like a drink before my appointment. The center manager was friendly and apologized for the appearance since they were going under a remodel. Amanda was my NP she explained the procedure and options I had. She was very knowledgeable, extremely kind and completed the procedure with care. When checking out the young lady at the was pleasant and made sure I opted in to Alle so I could start earning points. Overall a wonderful experience!

    I highly recommend the Ideal Image location in Hallandale/Hollywood, FL because of the incredible staff they have there. The front desk ladies are pleasant, welcoming and accommodating with appointment dates. Ive tried closer locations to my home, but they cannot compare to this location.The nurse who handles my teen daughters laser hair removal is the best. Her name is Amanda and shes a true professional who knows how to walk the client through the process with empathy and compassion. My daughter trusts her and instead of dreading the process, she now relaxes knowing Amanda is taking care of her. Shes very kind, efficient, bubbly and keeps my teens mind off the procedure. Before you know it, were done and on the way home! Shes definitely a valuable asset to your organization. Please have her train all new employees. I will definitely go to that location for other procedures.

    From start to finish it was an amazing experience. From the moment I was received at reception to the amazing delicate soft hands of the extremely experienced aesthetician. I usually suffer with any injectables and require numbing even with Botox. I barely felt a thing, like almost nothing. She was extremely knowledgeable on the movements of my facial muscles and knew precisely where I needed and where I didnā€™t. Past experiences aestheticians would just inject any where and as much as they could. She did not, she injected in the perfect spots with such gentleness I am so glad I came.     Very Productive, I came for my inner thigh fat freezing treatment however, it was too soon between the first and second treatments therefore I had to reschedule for a later date.     Great experience! Very attentive Med Pros. I had my Wrinkle Relaxer treatment done on my full face and neck for wrinkle prevention. Also, Ultherapy skin tightening treatment for my full face. IPL photo facials helped remove sun spots and brighten my skin. Amanda did a fantastic improvement in my midface area with Juvederm Voluma filler. Highly recommend!

    Upon arrival the receptionist was nice although not very knowledgeable about the different contracts with the company. When trying to explain she was sort if dismissive about the information that I was trying to give her, the manager ended up clearing everything up with us. The nurse that performed my hair removal service was very nice and thorough.Overall service is usually pretty good with this location. Just wish they would be informed about the serval contracts that their clients/patients have. It would save the clients a lot of time that was wasted.

    NATALYA CELI - Remember this name if you go to Ideal Image in Hallandale. I have been receiving Laser treatments (BBL) from Natalya for the last 2 years, and this morning I received fillers for the first time. I was very apprehensive in receiving these treatments since I used to have the best dermatologist in Coral Gables, Dr. Fredric Brandt (the king of Botox and fillers). Since Dr. Brandt passed away, I held off on having fillers since I was so afraid I would be left with big lips which I find sooooo unattractive. I spoke to Natalya about my fears and she assured me that I would look very natural with Restylane. Anyhow, this morning, I had the fillers around the mouth with Natalya and guess what, the best I had received since Dr. Brandt. Natalya is a master at her trade whether it is with laser or fillers as well as Botox. Ideal Image has very competitive prices, excellent products and the best technicians.     I can Honestly say that my Expirence at Ideal Image was phenomenal. The received a very warm welcome from the staff. I am very happy with their services for my past 2 visits.     I was very hesitant at first with regards to getting laser treatments but I figured why not. I made my appointment at the Hallendale location and Iā€™m glad that I went through with it. Yasney and Sam where awesome. They both made me feel very comfortable when I walked in and I made sure to just keep calm. It was not nearly as painful as I thought. Yasney talked to me the entire time and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I actually preferred this laser treatment over waxing. I would definitely recommend this location for your laser services.
