Called for a very last minute appointment and they were able to take me right away. I was lucky enough to have Shannon as my colorist. She has and knows curly hair, which is so awesome and not very common. She did a phenomenal job giving me the exact color I wanted and has such a good energy to boot. Tati shampooed my hair and I nearly fell asleep. It was so soothing and felt like a spa treatment. Loved my experience with both of these ladies. I’ll definitely be back!

Color concepts is a place where you will always be taken care of with great costumer service , I have been going plenty of times and my first Stylists name is Michael and He is super talented and very welcoming, When He left I started seeing Luz and She is just as amazing! Her skills are masterful! Just the way She performs a consultation is very very professional, she pays attention to your needs and knows how to recommend what is best for you and as far as the service itself is just amazing, to see her cutting hair is a display of masterful experience, talent and creativity.She understands exactly what you communicate and thats something that is very hard to find ! Also She takes interest in her customers at a personal level whilst maintaining respect and ethics. I had a wonderful experience with Luz!!!! Back in 2020 I got very sick. I lost almost all of my hair, especially around the crown of my head. I have been growing all of my hair out and it is finally long enough for her to cut. I finally feel beautiful again. She gave me a beautiful haircut to hide all of the uneven layers after my ordeal in 2020. She also colored my hair. My hair is extremely dark. My hair is almost black. She is able to get my hair this blonde with no damage!!!!

I have been going to hair color concepts for almost a decade now! Angelica C is the only person I can trust with my hair! I’ve gone to other salons (supposedly high end) that have not been able to cut, style or give me the color I want, as Angelica has! She always gives the best advice on styling and caring for it at home, I truly just trust her expert opinion!Earlier this month I decided last minute I wanted a cut I’ve never gotten before & was able to get in that same day! Of course Angelica cut it perfectly & even though I forgot to book her for style as well, she quickly was able to style & give me tips on how to style it different ways! (Curtain bangs so she showed me how I can do it with a straightener, gave advice on products) she’s always so thorough and leaves you leaving so confident!I don’t normally leave reviews but, my sister in law came from England and wanted a quick blow out before an event, of course I recommended Angelica & she went for it after seeing my hair! She was so nervous to let someone other than her stylist at home touch her hair but she even ended up getting layers cut in and was so pleased with the results! She went back before going back home for one last blowout & she hasn’t stopped saying how thankful she is to have gone to her. Now she knows exactly who to go to when she comes for visits!Sorry this was so long but I just had to share how great they are after talking about it with my SIL !

This was a last minute appointment and my first time here. The staff was friendly, the salon nice and clean and great location. My stylist was Sai, whom I loved on the spot! Shes super friendly, very experienced and caring. She cut my hair exactly as I wanted it, and even added her own touches. I called this morning and luckily was able to get an appointment on the same day with Luz. I read many of the reviews and decided she would be the one to see. I was very glad because she was attentive to my needs and that of my hair. She did a fabulous job on the first try and blonde hair is not easy. After trying 6 previous hairdressers, Luz is my lucky 7! And yes, the services may seem a little pricey, but the salon is clean, has a friendly staff, and they use a great product line. As the saying goes...you get what you pay for.

Shannon is an absolute doll and gem. I recently moved here from across the country and I had trouble finding a stylist that was willing to accommodate the type of red Ive worn for years.Upon consultation, her energy was very genuine, professional, and willing; She has vast experience in her craft to the point where I didnt need to say much to relay the proper information!Come to find out she also does a coworker of mines hair too!Per the coworker: Shannon is so great, even if I moved away I would fly back to get my hair done by her!She did my red the way I love, evenly applied the dye, applied an SPF/UV protectant seal upon wash (something I never needed to do coming from somewhere cold, lol) and a haircut to rid of my dead ends.My hair, even after a wash, is still silky smooth.Im very happy I stumbled upon Shannon and this cool hair studio, as it gives me comfort I can be treated well in a new state.Definitely worth your time to talk to everyone in there!Thanks, girl! x o

I’ve been coloring my hair red with her for a few years and we’ve tried a few different shades and they come out great every time! She’s super attentive and nice so that’s a bonus! She always reccomends me different hair products that would be good for my hair and is honest with you about what works for you so you can get the best results. The salon overall is really nice as well. Super nice employees and a good atmosphere.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE MARNIE! Today was my first day in the establishment, I have been passing by it for years…and I am SO EXCITED to go back!!! The owner is a very nice gentleman and greeted me as soon as I walked in. The place is kept together very nicely and the atmosphere was perfectly peaceful yet fun! I really enjoyed my time here today and felt so comfortable :) I was nervous to lose length and thought I may just go in for the color but Marnie made me feel so confident in her & I’m glad I decided to get a trim, she kept the length that I wanted too 😍 My hair feels so healthy and I can’t wait to show it off!! I am very happy to have Marnie as my new color specialist and hair stylist, she was Extremely informative and did a GREAT JOB in making my hair a beautiful red. The sealer treatment that was used after my color smells so good and left my hair feeling like silk . Angelica is amazing! I was getting tired of my hair being too dark, so I asked her to make it lighter and decide what color would look best on me. I’m so happy I trusted her. She did a balayage with tones that looked gorgeous. Honestly, my hair never looked so good! I’m now sticking to the colors she picked for me. She also does a great job cutting my long hair. I highly recommend her!

As a customer for many years with Victoria and Shannon, I absolutely love and recommend this salon. I was very amazed at how clean and professional they were during the whole pandemic. They made sure all the chairs were disinfected, social distancing between clients, hand sanitizer was provided for customers, and they were wearing masks and face shields. I didnt feel uncomfortable at all during this experience. The quality of the service still remained to be outstanding. In general, Ive never been disappointed with the services Ive received, always left the salon very content and confident with my hair. Shannon and Victoria have done wonders to my hair and I HIGHLY recommend going to them if you ever need any color services done. I love this salon and will continue to keep coming back.

I went to Shannon last week to get my hair highlighted because she was strongly recommended by a friend of mine. When I got there she greeted me with a warm hello and I immediately felt comfortable with her! I told her I wanted some honey colored highlights and a few lowlights to contrast, she brought me out a few swatches and we decided on a color, while she was foiling my hair it was never an awkward silence, like most places I go to, she was really personable and sweet as could be! Once we washed my hair she offered to blow dry the front of my hair so I could see the results and I LOVED it! It was exactly what I wanted and she got so close to the roots it was literally perfect! I cant say enough about the friendliness and the professionalism I got from Shannon! I have definitely found my new hair dresser!!

If you need balayage done, Marnie is your girl!! I had never dyed or colored my hair before and was nervous to do so, but Marnie made me feel super comfortable throughout the whole thing and honestly did the best job with my dark hair. I had a MUCH better experience. I came in yesterday and left unhappy but Alvaro (owner) immediately called me to ask what had happened. He was so upset with my experience. Next thing you know, I came in today to give this place a second chance. I was very nervous but Alvaro and Angelica were so amazing and so understanding of my situation! A choppy haircut came out to be an amazing, wispy medium length haircut. It looks so romantic. It isn’t what I wanted, but I am so much happier with it now than before. Along with the beautiful highlights Shannon did, my hair looks much better. Alvaro was very accommodating. He is truly a good manager. You can rest assured that he cares about your happiness. Although my first wasn’t good, I WILL come back because they have talented hairstylists that will make sure you leave happy, as well as a great owner.I suggest that if you are making an appointment with them, make sure you let them know your hair type so they can set you up with the hairstylist that can understand your hair type better.The salon was clean and everyone was wearing masks/shields. The receptionist was also accommodating and took care of me as I left. Please give this salon a shot—they really care about you and your satisfaction!

I came to Marnie at haircolorconcepts with an impossible task and she made miracles. I wanted to strip out layers of old red dye and match my natural grey growth. I definitely picked the right person. With unbelievable skill and patience, Marnie fixed my hair and it looks better than I ever thought possible. She kept me informed the whole time about what she was doing, and what may or may not work, and exceeded my expectations. Because what I was getting done was such a huge challenge I was there all day (and then some) so I also got to see how great everyone who came in looked on their way out too. Went to get my hair done professionally after years of mismanagement and using Walgreens box dyes. I was referred to Victoria Kelley who recommended different alternatives to save my poor hair. We ended up taking the safest route and going for a full head dye and chopping off some locks but the difference was incredible! My hair actually looks healthy and the color is perfect! Would highly recommend Victoria!

She’s an expert, her years of experience are apparent when you talk with her. I was so scared I was beyond help but she was a miracle worker! I hadn’t dyed my hair since 2019 and coming here was an investment and a wise decision. Reviews recommended I ask for Shannon, ergo, I did. I made the appointment a week in advance, and because it was during the weekend, I had to pay a $50 deposit (I’m not complaining, this is just their stipulations). When I met with Shannon, I showed her the look I wanted; it was a brunette-to-blonde balayage, but she suggested I go for a money piece look instead. I was a little apprehensive, but the result exceeded my expectations. Shannon has an amiable nature with a keen sense of tailoring to her clientele’s needs. Show her a photo of a hairstyle, and she’ll curate it for you. Haircolorconcepts’s gallery is substantial evidence of her staff’s years of experience consolidated into one; this wonderful business ready to welcome and prepare you for any event. Had a wonderful first experience here. Great stylist that knew what I wanted and delivered, an amazing color and cut. Only reason I dont give 5 starts is because they charge you for the blow dry after your $250 service. Of course you want the blow dry, you just got a fabulous color a cut. Honestly might not go back because I felt nickel and dimed at the end when I checked out. My fault for not asking if blow dry was included, but most places that charge you that kind of money build that into their initial service fees, so thats what I assumed.

I came to this salon after not having a great experience with some Aveda people at another salon. Shannon took care of me on the spot, really listened to me (Im new at getting my hair colored) and mixed a unique color based on my preferences. Luz recently blew my hair out for a 70s birthday party and every one complimented me as they always do whenever she blows out my hair. She is so good that I seriously do not have to wash and dry my hair for several days after.Luz is also a sweetheart . She loves what she does and it shows!

I have read a lot of reviews of this salon.... largely why I chose to go there. I saw a lot of reviews for the same people but none for Michel. This man definitely deserves 5 stars. He took so much time to really look at my hair, see what had been done previously and give me his thoughts on the tone of the highlights and gave explanations of everything he was doing along the way. He made me feel completely comfortable. He cut my hair perfectly and then blow dried and flat ironed it. Again, he took his time and made sure every last piece was perfect. I’ve never been so happy with a trip to a salon before. I’ll definitelt be back to see him!

So today I had an appointment with Ralph for a perm, I am on medication. I asked if getting the perm was a good idea, Ralph took the time to really look at my hair and the condition of it. He was honest and said that would not be a good idea. I absolutely love the honesty, he was not out for the money, and that was immensely appreciated. So we decided to go with color and a keritan treatment. It turned out amazing. I have never had such a wonderful hair stylist take the time to really look for my best interest. Ralph is absolutely phenomenal I am so pleased I will definitely be back for more. Ralph you are the MAN!!

The next day I had off I called and booked an appointment and I was able to snag an appointment that same week and being the start of our hair affair! The day I met Kevin (who is the most loveliest friendliest being!) I gave him my hair-story and he listened to what I wanted to transform my hair. Going from black box dye to blonde to fashion colors is a pain in the butt and long process and I know it from prior experience but Kevin listened to my dreams and turned them into a reality!! It took a total of eleven hours and two appointments to achieve the look I was going for and I am beyond thrilled with the results!
