I have been coming here to Gabrielle for 12 years! She is the best!! I would never change. She is a perfectionist when it comes to cut and color. She listens to what you want and gives a great haircut! The staff is great. Sheri in the front is always super friendly and works with you to schedule. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Dani highly enough, 5 stars 🌟!!! we spent almost 4 hours together while she did my hair, and it was well worth the time and my sore neck lol 😆 because she does excellent work, and I’ve never received as many compliments before, as I have after she did my hair last week, both from other clientele in the salon, her fellow stylists and my friends and customers at work. Natalie was definitely the lady for the job. She came in all bubbly with pink hair and my 16 year old was desperately needing a new look and she dotted all the is and crossed all the ts... my kid wanted to go from mid back length to a bob haircut with long bangs but with a twist. Totally a mission but she did it in barely any time. All I gotta say is wow. Totally new kid I witnessed leave the salon today. 10/10 would totally recommend to a friend. Teenage daughters would totally agree with me. Now to have her cut mine lol will be using her in the future for all my kids cuts and mine! ❣️

When it comes time for my highlights/lowlights, I let her do what she wants—I trust her that much. The results are always beautiful. Pink Ponytail is a nice place to go. I love this salon ! I went there for over a decade when I lived in Pompano Beach. I always went to Gabrielle and she did an amazing job, we had a good communication. When I was there a couple weeks ago she was not available. A stylist named Joey did my hair. He was fantastic, I love his work and he was very friendly. Sherry is wonderful too. She always tries to work with me and be accommodating with appointment scheduling.

Had a wonderful first time at Pink Ponytail. Trisha did a fantastic job with my nails (especially after I accidentally messed a few up!) and she was an absolute delight. I hadn’t been to a salon since Feb 2020 and they really made me wish I had gone sooner! Jennifer is an excellent resource for curly hair, especially if you need a curly cut. I started going to Gabrielle after being referred by someone I know & ever since then I’ve never went to anyone else, she truly is the best & I get the most compliments on my hair ever since she’s started doing it. She took me from a brassy yellow blonde with outgrown roots to a beautiful platinum in one time. My sister in law started going to her now as well & we both appreciate too how affordable she is. Everywhere else I’ve gone is overpriced for what I get & she does the best job for an affordable price. The other girls in the salon are nice & welcoming too! Review Edit: I received a call from the manager, Sherry. She was very kind and offered a heartfelt apology. She assured me this is not normal for them and offered a complimentary haircut. Changed to 4 stars because they took the time to make things right. I am very appreciative.I had an appointment on Saturday at 12:45pm and arrived on time. My hairdresser didn’t start working on my hair until 1:45pm. She was running late but no one had said anything to me. I was just told 10 more minutes. I have never waited an hour for a hair appointment but I didn’t want to leave without a haircut. After she dyed my hair someone washed it and I found myself waiting, again, for my hairdresser. I waited for over 39 minutes while she did someone else’s hair. She never came by to apologize or let me know when she would come back to me. It was a terrible experience. After waiting and waiting I finally decided to leave with no haircut, my hair was wet and I had dye stains on my face. It was after 3:30pm. I paid for the dye and thought surely someone would call and apologize or reschedule but no one ever did. It was the worst salon experience I have ever had.

I absolutely love this place. It’s very clean and beautiful. I had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Trisha. She was very welcoming and had great energy. I had such a great experience. My nails were horrifying, and she took the time to revamp them. She actually cared!!! They were so brittle and she took the time to give them the proper treatment. I’ve never met a Nail Tech that took great passion in her craft. She is by far a true professional!! I got the Nexgen pink and white powder on my own nails with gel polish, and she annihilated! Visited this salon for the first time today and I can honestly say this wont be my last. I was there for my 11-year-old niece who needed a haircut. At first, I was hesitant because not many people know how to cut curly hair well, but we found a gem of a hairstylist called Jennifer (who also had gorgeous hair, btw). My nieces curls looked so beautiful and she left the salon feeling like a queen. So yes, 5 stars!!!

I go there for all of my styling needs, which include a weekly wash and blow dry, monthly color, haircuts, highlights, Nexgen nails, pedicures and waxing/threading. All of the stylists, nail technicians, and shampoo ladies are beyond excellent and always conduct themselves with the utmost professionalism and friendliness. Jeanne is my fantastic hair stylist, and Janet does my nails just the way I like them, every time. The salon manager/receptionist, Cheri, is the best that there is and remains cordial, cool and calm in all situations. Dani, another receptionist/stylist, is also always sweet and happy to meet all of my appointment booking needs. Everything about the Pink Pony Tail is refined and above reproach. I have referred many friends to the PPT over the years, and they all have remained regular and loyal clients. That is because the salon is, by far, the finest in Coral Springs. Pink Ponytail SalonThe elegance, cleanliness and beauty when you walk into Pink Ponytail Salon is like no other. Everything is always sparkling and the guest satisfaction and gratification is above and beyond. The only way to describe it is that feeling of pure bliss and true happiness.The owner’s are sisters, Simi and Roya and are the best in this business. I would never go anywhere else again. Their artistic ability, creativity and the talent of the the owner’s and their team is perfection! Absolutely flawless, once you go in you will be hooked. They are top notch when it comes to the greatest in customer service and they raise the bar for being best stress relief any and everywhere. In addition, when you walk in you are greeted by either Sherri or Isabelle, there are two sides of the salon, this is great right now especially because of having to social distance and everything is always kept completely sanitized and meets the clean safe CDC guidelines. So, I feel safe being there and I am someone who is immunocompromised and immunodeficient. I don’t leave my house for anything unless I have to, but I do go to my Pink Ponytail Salon appointments. Maria, is the hair assistant and is the sweetest person ever, she even washes her hands every 5 minutes and always in between touching anything. On the first side of the salon where you walk in is the hair stations, the other side they have some hair stations, but it is mainly spa area for a nails and toes, with eyebrow waxing and eyebrow threading. Tricia, is my nail technician. She is amazing. I get my nails dipped and a pedicure usually every 4-5 weeks. She does such a fantastic job sometimes it can last 2 months. I have to talk about Tricia more in this post, sometimes I book something I’m not even due for yet, like a pedicure or dip with her, just so I can go just talking to her. Spending time with her is better than any therapy session. She always lifts up everyone around with her beautiful spirit, words of hope and healing, and her love and light. She is such an inspiration to be around.Lisa is also an amazing nail expert who has the biggest heart and soul of gold, with Lisa there’s always promise a of a fantastic experience. My mom is always booked with Lisa. My Mother has also has been seeing Gabriella for her hair and she is a rockstar. She is amazing! Since the moment I stepped in I never wanted to leave. The staff their always remember what is going on with me and have made me feel like family and it has become my second home. I was not always the easiest client. The first day I walked in, my hair was so damaged and a terrible color. A mousy brown, from having it previously bleached blonde, and trying it go back to my natural color and then trying to re-highlight it. It was broken and damaged and I told Roya, I wanted to be back to bleached blonde. We came up with a plan to get me where I wanted it to be. Every other salon I checked said it would be impossible. Not Pink Ponytail, they know what they are capable of and Roya definitely made it so much better that first day. The plan was to get it healthy. After about 8 weeks, I came back and saw Simi and that day I was back to healthy beautiful blonde hair. Simi is the the most creative, innovative and fun hairstylist I will never leave her!!! She will be my stylist for life. I love her. She can get so creative that as I’m sitting on her chair people are complimenting what she is doing and watching her. One day I decided to try getting my nails done at Pink Ponytail and never went back to my previous salon again. It’s more than just the quality of the work. They all really listen to what You want, not what they think you should do and I love that! I also have to mention Sherri, she is amazing, she is always able to multitask and is so accommodating and friendly and flexible when she knows what you are going through. This staff is like family. A family I have now been apart of for about 2 years. I highly recommend Pink Ponytail Salon to anyone who wants to be pampered and treated like a queen or relaxation.

The stylists at this salon have been so wonderful in not only explaining the process for drastic hair changes but also executing the style in a perfect manner. They truly go above and beyond. I have recommended their services to friends who drive all the way from Miami! It’s obvious when a Salon has been open for 30 plus years and has SO many loyal employees that have been with them for years that they are doing something right! I went to pink pony tail two years ago to get a balayage done by Gabrielle G, I now dont trust anyone but her and wont see anyone else!!! Shes booked with appts all the time so schedule in advance, even though shes worth the wait no matter how long. I love my hair now because of her. Ive never left unhappy, only overly ecstatic. She does exactly what you ask but makes it better. I highly recommed asking for her!!

First time going to this place.. first off the place is very clean and they sanitize everything. They take your temperature once u walk in. I have very high anxiety & panic attacks so it makes it very difficult for me to leave my house.. Gabrielle made me feel so comfortable and understood me.. I get my eyebrows threaded or waxed with Faye at this salon and have nothing but great things to say! It is a task I am hesitant to let an amateaur take on but I am always pleased with the job Faye does, she is a true professional! The cost is reasonable and I love that they offer the threading as it is less damaging to your skin. A great atmosphere and the receptionists are always helpful and friendly!

I am writing this review after 25 years of being loyal customer of the Pink Pony Tail salon in Coral Springs FL. My hair stylist is Simi who has kept me up to date with cut colour highlights ,Umbray, updo special occasions, my brother wedding, and lately with transformation of natural grey and low lights.I have moved from Coral Springs to Vero Beach (2hours drive). I follow with Simi on my day off for all my hair design. It is well worst. Simi is initial consultation makes well worth for the whole trip to recognize my needs and analyze and recommend a plan.The enviorment of Pink Pony Tail salon is so inviting, relaxed,friendly,organized, and hygienic, with very comfortable hair washing chairs and services, and excellent products.My last visit included a chic hair cut with low light to enhance my natural gray and transform a younger European look.I strongly recommend Simi at the Pink Pony Tail salon and you can use my name when you call the Pink Pony Tail. I give 5 stars for the past 25 years that I am a client at this Salon.

I was recommended to come here by a friend and I absolutely love it.Gabrielle did my hair, wanted a balayage and was a little nervous of how it would look. Didnt really like the girl who blew it out and Gabrielle came over and adjusted it, would recommend to anyone! If you are looking for a new look or an update, I highly recommend Leilani at Pink Ponytail. She is an artist and a makeup specialist as well. Leilani removed the dark brown box-dye from my hair and replaced it with a color that matched my natural color. My hair is softer and I love it. I can also go longer before any grey appears! The Pink Ponytail has a nice atmosphere as well and I found everyone there friendly and nice to be around.

Patricia at front desk is so helpful energy in this studio is Dynamic I love being there cant wait until my next appointment! They have a huge clientele in business 30 years so its worth the wait to get an appointment, I book the next appointment as I leave in advance!

Hi I can not praise Pink Ponytail enough. I was very lucky my mom, Peggy , found them for me when I was 12yrs old. My entire family has been going to see them ever since. They did all 5 of my homecoming dance hairstyles, as well as all 4 of my proms. I told them I wanted to look like a princess and they did it! I went to college in Orlando and yet I still traveled back to Coral Springs to have Simi cut and style my hair every month or ( each & every time I could afford it) They are more then a hair salon they are artists when it comes to each and every type of hair.
