    I just had my nails taken off by Cindy and I must say she was amazing! I had them put on over two weeks ago with Pitt and she did a great job as well, I loved them.I’ve had my nails done in the past and the process of getting them and removing them has always been a trial but not here. Definitely recommend coming here cause I will be in the future.

    LISTEN. Hands down this is the GREATEST manicure I have EVER received. My nails turned out better than I could have imagined and Im going to be staring at them for DAYS. Vincent is truly an artist and a master at what he does! Ive never felt more comfortable telling him what I wanted and he not only delivered on a level that exceeded my expectations, but he listened and made the entire process an experience! Everything from reception to the layout and chairs is beautiful! The whole staff is friendly, welcoming, and accommodating! This is my new favorite nail place of ALL time! You guys are absolutely fantastic!

    I have been using Toi Spa for a year now and I will only use them as long as i live in south Florida. They have many locations all over south Florida, and if any are like the Coral Springs location, I know this review speaks for all of them. Ever since my first visit I knew I would love it. It’s so clean and well maintained and you can tell that even from the outside, every employee is very nice and pleasant on each visit. They have a variety of colors to choose from, whether you’re getting dip, gel or regular. My nail-tech Emily is the best!! She is so sweet and funny, always very patient and goes above and beyond to make sure I like what I am getting. I would recommend her to anyone for any service. My go to is dip powder and mostly ombré, which Emily always perfects. I am posting a picture of my current Halloween set Emily just did for me! There are many amazing nail artists that work here. Vee is always a great mail tech I have used before, she’s amazing for acrylics and any nail design you want. Nothing is too tough for her she’s great. I haven’t used Kyle before, but I always witness his work while I am with Emily. He does great with dip and gel and he’s very pleasant with all his clients. Basically, no matter who you go to see at Toi spa, you will be happy with your services. I always am!

    Emily did a fantastic job on my pedicure! Literally the whole experience was relaxing and pain free, which doesnt happen all the time as other places nip my skin around my toenail. I was able to enjoy this much needed pampering, and love the finished look! Definitely coming here again and requesting Emily :)

    This place is one of the many places I’ve visited looking for not only a good and durable dip powder manicure but most importantly a good customer service, and I am glad I found it! Joe was excellent and I’m going on my 3rd week now since he did my nails. The guys at the front desk are very nice and so is everybody else. Highly recommended!

    My experience at this location was top notch. I did not have an appointment and needed to complete my services within 2 hours. Samantha, was very pleasant on the phone and made quick recommendations for my services, so I could be in and out. Upon arriving, I was asked to select my color both Samantha and the owner realized it was taking me some time and they ushered me to a station and brought numerous options to me.The nail tech was very detailed and in this ONE instance too detailed as he was taking a long time. The owner gracefully assigned the tech to a new client and she personally completed my nails..very quickly and neatly ( she is obviously very well skilled). Once she finished, I transitioned into my express pedi and left on time.I appreciate how intentional and aware the owner and Samanth were. I felt welcomed despite not having an appointment. The customer service is amazing!

    I love it here. Friendly and prompt service. Clean environment. My nails are always done very well. I love Kyle and Emily. They are my first choice for myself and my kids when we get our nails done. Although we have used other nail techs, and they are also good (Lina specifically). Never had a bad experience and have been going here for about a year and a half now. I continue to refer people to this salon and a few people are now hooked as well!

    I’ve been going here for a few years now. The service is good but they are busy. It’s not a bad thing to be busy, only mentioning it because sometimes it’s difficult to get an appointment especially at the last minute. They do try to accommodate everyone they can which is awesome. Just make sure you are on time or you might not get one of services you booked. It’s happened to me before. Everyone is always very nice. I’ve seen multiple techs and I’ve never had a bad experience. They have very good techs that can do nail design so if you’re into that, you probably know how difficult it is to find someone good. The prices are a bit on the higher side but not out of order for the service that’s provided. I’m saying, I’ve been to cheaper places but that usually means lesser quality. They send text reminders about appointments which is appreciated.

    I heard of Toi Nail/Spa in Coral Springs from my Tech Kim, who’s doing my nails for the last 7 years. Since day one, there’s a professional and friendly atmosphere experience. The place is always clean, good prices, extensive variety of colors to choose from, knowledgeable front desk staff that takes good care of clients. I am very satisfied. However, I will follow Kim wherever she goes, she’s the best!!

    Love, love, love Toi! I have been a customer here since the Coral Springs location first opened. Everyone here is very nice and super professional! Appointments are definitely recommended as they are usually busy, but they definitely try their best to accommodate walk-ins. Kim is my nail tech, but you’ll be in good hands with anyone here! :)

    I have been using Lily for a few months now & she can do a french manicure like no one I have ever been to before!! I decided to try a gel manicure & Lily once again amazed me with her unbelievable French on my gel manicure!! And hats off to Jennifer too (receptionist-front desk, who never misses a beat when it comes to booking your appt. And when I call she always acknowledges me by my name!     This place is very special because Max is there. I have known him and his family for 5 years.Max is an expert from a simple Manicure & pedicure to dips, acrylic, gen x, design, ombre, chrome, corrections, etc he serves all ages from 5-99. He is very gentle with the nails, & with a great sense of humor.At the end of the service, one would end up with what I call glass nails.When I visit him, I just show him a picture and he does it better!I know he is very far.However, when im in that area, I come to visit him in his new place of work.

    I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience at Toi Nail Spa. Making an appointment was easy, and once I went, I was greeted by friendly staff and someone was available to do my nails right away. Hence, no wait time. The nail tech that did my nails was Kyle, he was very meticulous, you could tell he takes pride in his work. I was impressed that he introduced himself and asked for my name and remembered it for the whole duration of my appointment. The spa has an elegant ambience and it is relaxing.     Highly recommend toi nail spa. My nail tech was Lina and she did an amazing job on my dip powder set with extensions. Mindy did my polish change on my toes and she was also very sweet and did a great job. The ladies at the front desk were also very nice and accommodating.

    I just had my first experience at the salon... WOW!!! I had my pedicure with Emily, she did an amazing job. One of the best I’ve had.Henry was my manicurist, his attending to detail and shaping is great! I explained I wanted them filed thinner & square and they look amazing!     First-time customer, friend recommended that I try this place out. Now, the first thing to know about me is I am SUPER picky and very much detail oriented, and I couldnt be happier with my nails from here!! Kelly helped me and was super patient while helping me pick a color for my hands and feet that also complimented each other. For my feet, Im ticklish, and she was able to massage, exfoliate, and paint my nails with great detail and skill. She cleaned up my hands and feet so well and made my nails nice and even, flawlessly! I loved her and will be coming back to visit her next time I need a mani/pedi.Ive been coming a year now, and its time to update! Kelly is still my go-to, but there are a lot of lovely people here. Everyone is polite and open to any comments or requests. I recommend that you schedule your appointments in advance. I hope anyone reading comes and tries TOI out and enjoys it as much as I do!

    The first time I came to this location I had Emily she was amazing. The 2nd time I came in I have vi and she did amazing as well. This salon is so clean and such good vibes.     I LOVE coming here, I recommend it to all of my friends looking for a nail place. My only complaint is that some people put a gel top coat on dip polish. This softens the polish and it chips and scratches so much faster. I got my nails done last Saturday and not even 3 days later, 2 nails are chipped. Whenever I get dip and they dont use a gel top coat, the manicure lasts easily 3-4 weeks and they never chip, just grow out.

    Tina was wonderful, funny, and very detail. Toi Spa sticks to your appt, you are serviced almost immediately after you choose your color. This facility is clean and on point. I dont mind paying more, and I love not having to wait, every nail shop needs to have an appointment system. I recommend Toi Spa for those who want spectacular services with no wait. Choose your appointment online, show up to your appointment, and sit back, relax.

    Great spot for eyebrows!! I went here while I visited with family in Coral Springs.Very clean and modern decor! I was a walk in but was serviced quickly.     I am from Brooklyn NY and never have had a better experience than this particular salon. The owner Ann is very professional and my sister was very happy with her dipping powder manicure. She listened to her and the results made my sister very happy.I was taken care of by Vee. She is a darling. I got the best pedicure that I can remember and it was just the basic pedicure. I felt so relaxed and pampered. Then my powder manicure was very quick and efficient. I cant wait to come back to Florida for my next mani and pedi.
