I have been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. Everyone is cheerful and welcomes each client with a smile. Hannah, Tan, and Kayla are my techs and I’m always very happy with my nails. I show them ideas and designs and they bring them to life. You can tell how much they love what they do. I have many people compliment my nails and I always send them to Pretty Nails! My mother and teenage daughter come here as well!

I have been going to Pretty Nails for almost two years. Hannah has been doing my nails and I have always been so happy with the service. I was just in there on Saturday and Tan, Hannah’s husband, did my nails because Hannah was booked. I always get a pink and white dip manicure. I am allergic to certain chemicals and when I come in to contact with them, my hands become very dry and the skin cracks. The chemicals I am allergic to are not in the products used to do my nails. However, my skin was in such bad shape that Tan pleaded with me to let him remove the dip and do just a regular manicure and told me if I come back two months and my skin is better, he will do the dip. All the while in the background, Hannah is really encouraging me to do just that. I have never left a review anywhere but this establishment is TOP NOTCH! I really didn’t want to go to bare nails but I did it because they insisted. This is an outfit who cares, I highly recommend!!

The whole staff are always treating customers as their number one priority, which you don’t get any many nail salons anymore! Then, I had my nails dipped by Hannah, she’s very knowledgeable and experienced. Would recommend her to everyone. She’s my new go to nail specialist in the villages!! Had a gel pedicure and a dip powder mani with design on all 10 nails. Hanna did such a good job listening to my requests with shape and design! If you are flexible and inquire about designs and prices beforehand there are no surprises and I think the amount I paid was very fair for the top quality services I received.Clean and has more seats than it seems from the outside. Lots of colors in all styles. I made an appt and there was no issue with them fitting me in with short notice but they also take walk-ins, you just have to be patient and wait until a tech is available.If you live in the Villages theres no golf cart path but its a very short drive. Will definitely be back.

Really enjoy my time there, it’s clean, quiet, very friendly and you have the option of customizing your pedicure with salt scrubs, essential oil’s etc. Waxing is also available. Because it’s a bigger space, you don’t feel overpowered with fumes either.If you are in need of a Nail tech, Hannah is wonderful! I would highly recommend that you try this place out and Hannah.Update from today- This nail salon is awesome, clean and friendly staff. Hannah is still my preferred technician although Sophia getting provides a great pedicure

Sam gave really nice service today. My pedicure was amazing; such a relaxing massage and my feet look and feel terrific. I’m giving my nails a break, but she removed my gel polish for me, gave a very nice manicure, and finished off with some clear polish. It doesn’t matter who does your service here. They always do a nice job.

She’s very professional and I always enjoy getting to sit and talk with her on my appointment days. I’ve been going to Pretty Nails Spa for a while now—I’ve tried a couple other places and this is by far the best nails salon in the Villages. Today was my first trip in a few months so the woman who used to do my nails was no longer there. Hannah is the woman I saw today and she did an absolutely fantastic job. I got dip nails with tips and she listened to everything I told her and they turned out perfect, exactly how I wanted them. She was very efficient but thorough and with an eyebrow wax and the dips I was in and out of there within an hour.

Today was my first visit, decided after looking at reviews online to give them a try. I honestly went in with no expectations, I am SUPER picky with my nails and was certain I would leave underwhelmed. I made an appointment the day prior and they were able to get me in at a convenient time. My nail tech was Tan, he was nice and professional. He did an AMAZING job! Really good work, no shortcuts, we conversed with no language barriers. I just showed him a picture and did exactly when I wanted. Other employees were nice and helpful. I will be a continued customer for sure!

Decided to have a mother daughter day at the nail salon. It was amazing! From the massage chairs to the employees going above and beyond, I cant praise them enough! After going to several different nail shops in the area I just couldn’t find somebody that was a true professional. Make an appointment with this nail spa a day before based on their reviews. I ended up with Hannah who is the manager. She is a perfectionist. The best new set of nails I’ve gotten since I moved here eight years ago! I will be making my appointments with Hannah in the future. Not sure how long this will last they are gel not powder. With a “cat eye” finish. Everywhere I’ve been in the last couple days everybody is complementing my nails. Thanks Hannah for an excellent job!

This salon is so quiet and peaceful. There is always lovely music playing and sweet videos to watch. While getting a pedicure there are colorful light bubbles to watch which are also very soothing. Tan and his wife Hannah are both excellent technicians and others that have filled in have all been excellent. I highly recommend this place and I have friends who also like coming here! Enjoy!

Was visiting family in the villages over spring break and needed a fill that I didn’t have time to get done back home. Wasn’t sure how my experience would be breaking away from my routine nail salon, but I’m so glad I gave this place a shot! My nails turned out wonderful! The nail tech got the almond shape perfect. My sister in law and our cousin had a mani/pedi and they were both extremely pleased with their experiences as well. Would not hesitate to stop back next time we are down there visiting. Prices were on the high side of average. Certainly not cheap but, you get what you pay for it and it was a great job done. Salon is clean and they are impressively punctual. I received a reminder text message, a separate phone call the morning of confirming, and when we walked in they immediately seated us. Everyone’s time is valuable (especially on vacation!) so I always appreciate little to no wait! Thanks Pretty Nails & Spa 2 !

I recently moved to the area and have been struggling to find the right nail salon. I have visited at least eight salons and have been less than pleased with the service I received. On a whim, I stopped at this salon and was so impressed! Just walking in the door. I was immediately greeted with a formal receptionist that discussed the services that would suit me best. Because I did not have an appointment, I waited no more than 10 minutes, which was fantastic, and was then escorted to Hannahs chair. Before she got started she asked me lots of questions about how I like my nails done, what style I preferred, and of course a polish selection. I loved her attention to detail, the amount of time she took to make them look right, and she was very friendly. Throughout the entire process, she kept checking with me to ensure my satisfaction. Before I left, I wanted to make another appointment but she was going to be on vacation at that time and immediately provided me with a referral to one of the other technicians. I couldnt be more pleased with the salon and cant wait to go back! Thank you, Hannah, for making this an amazing experience for me and a dedicated customer for life! 😄

I like my nails and the guy that did them was very nice, $90 for a very basic set and a toe polish change seems a little high, also the girl doing my toes was sniffling and wiping snot off her face with her hands and wiping it on her clothes and the towel and proceeding to touch my feet and no mask on while she’s clearly sick pretty disgusting

I have been coming to this salon for a couple years, Ive had my nails done by Leon, Andy and Hannah. They are all very good, however, Hannah is by far the best nail tech Ive had since Ive move down here 7 years ago. I am extremely picky about my nails, and if you want perfection, Hannah is your girl!This past month my daughter was visiting; Tan and Sophia had done her nails; they looked great, and she was very happy with her nails.As far as pedicures go, Andy does a fantastic job! He makes you feel comfortable and relaxed!

I moved to the area a little over a year ago and have been driving an hour to Winter Garden and back to continue to go to the nail salon I had been going to for 10 years. I have tried a few local places and have always regretted it. With the gas prices increasing I decided this week to try another place locally. After googling and reading tons of reviews I decided to try Pretty nails and Spa. I have to say, immediately when I walked through the door I was impressed. It is a very nice facility. The lady at the check in desk was very nice and helpful. I noticed they had tons of colors to choose from with gel, nail polish, and powder colors. I have never seen so many color options before. I also noticed how clean it was. I had the privilege to have Hannah work with me and she did an amazing job. I will definitely be back. I would say this will be my new nail salon. I highly recommend! You will not regret it!

All of the staff is amazing buttons is my new #1 is THO. ( her Vietnamese name.)The employees are hard working, meticulous and personable. If you want to feel pampered and pretty, spend a few hours there. Also most importantly, the salon is spotless. My nail technician does an excellent job making sure that my brittle nails are dipped enough times that they won’t crack through the dip. Which I’m ever so thankful for because I can create more work for her by having all the layers on my nails.Anyway my left thumbnail had a tiny little, I mean minor ding on it, I think a layer of the top coat would have fixed it but instead she filed the top coat and then didn’t use the liquid for dip powder first and then the top coat, she just had someone else put 2 coats of top coat therefore leaving my left thumbHalf smooth and shiny the other half rough like it was filed and painted over. Not the prettiest thumb to look scratched especially when prices just went up. I feel like for such a wonderfully beautiful location and you have such great workers. It would be a shame to lose a regular customer over stupid mistakes.

I went to Pretty Nails and Spa with every nail being broken and damaged by unpacking in a new house. I thought that its would be impossible to fix. Its was my first time and my tech was Kayla. Unfortunately the system at each location is independent of each other and because of that I lost the points I had accrued.
