    You shouldnt go anywhere else in Tallahassee to get waxed. The whole team is well-trained by phenomenal leadership. Victoria made me feel so comfortable and empowered when I left. I swear it was the least painful wax Ive ever had too. Cant recommend highly enough.

    This is my second Brazilian, and I was a little traumatized by my first experience with another estititian, so I was sweating bullets in fear of what was to come. This time around, it was much better. Shannon was very informative and very gentle with me. Granted, yes, its wax and in a sensitive area, but she was very gentle. I will definitely be back.

    First Timer Here! I was extremely nervous about it but Victoria was amazing. She talked to you the entire time, and is very honest when she says this wont hurt... you wont hear her say that if its going to Lol. But she was great as she made me feel comfortable and made sure I was okay. (in all honesty, the pain goes away right after you feel it! Highly recommend wearing a sun-dress as its makes the process and aftermath easier. *UPDATE: The wax did not work well with my skin and they were extremely helpful and kind with providing insight to help etc

    I received a Brazilian wax with Miss Victoria, and it was by far the best wax I have ever received! Excellent bedside manners and chatted with me the entire time. She is so sweet! She definitely knows what shes doing (it was very minimal pain) and got me out in about 20 minutes. She also educated me about the wax that they use and the benefits of using their wax in comparison to other waxes. Definitely going back!

    I always have a great experience at Bare! I usually get sugaring done and its so much gentler than regular waxing. Victoria is wonderful, very skilled, and very fast! I never have any irritation.I recently had a facial with Casey and it was amazing! First facial Ive ever had that didnt cause inflammation or dry patches. She really listens to your needs and provides a relaxing experience.

    First time full Brazilian wax! Shannon was the most amazing person during the whole process. She puts you at ease, is incredibly funny and easy to talk to. I highly highly recommend booking her for any waxing services but especially if youre nervous about your first Brazilian (like I was) or even if youre a veteran waxer then book her too! Cannot say enough positive things about Shannon, truly a positive experience for something that is definitely not painless but she made the whole process enjoyable. Ill definitely be scheduling all of my future waxing appointments with her ā¤ļø

    Love,Love, Love went there Saturday for the very first time. I was a walk in and I love the fact that they cater to walk ins. It is convenient for the customer who wants to get snatched at any given moment. Iā€™m headed to Tampa for vacation, so I needed a Brazilian wax my original person that does this does not wax on weekends. So I went to google and found this Diamond in the rough. Salon is clean and welcoming. Nice receptionist when I walked in. She ask me what service I needed. I replied and she took my payment and told me that Casey would be doing my wax. Casey was the bomb. So Ladies and Gents ask for Casey she was great. I was in and out. Wish I could give 10 starsšŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚. Overall excellent experience and will be back!!

    I had my first appointment here after a friends recommendation and I will NEVER go anywhere else! I had a service done by Casey and Victoria, yall they were AMAZING! I dont know how its possible, but it was the least painful wax Ive had ever, like barely felt anything, and when I tell you that everyone was probably the nicest people I have ever met, I mean it! One appointment, and I know that I have found my place!!!

    I just had a wonderful experience with Victoria! She was so friendly and very efficient. She was encouraging and distracted me as much as she could.     I love Bare! I first started going here a few years ago after my sister recommended Victoria, but unfortunately I moved out of state for graduate school. I recently moved back and Victoria is still amazing!! I do not handle pain well but she really makes you feel comfortable and makes sure that you are doing well during the process. I would highly recommend anyone to try them out. Ive gone to another technician in college town and she did not disappoint either. I look forward to my visits here because I know that I will leave with the results that I want.

    I absolutely love going to Victoria Landy. My experience with her has always been great, and she is so quick and efficient making sure everything is clean. The price is affordable compared to other waxing places in Tallahassee. The membership is worth paying for, and the staff is so sweet. The staff offers free drinks while youā€™re waiting for your appointment time.

    Its been a while since Ive lived in Tally and Im glad Bare Waxing is still here! Victoria is the owner and shes awesome! Shes very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. The prices are fair and they offer packages and monthly subscriptions. This will definitely be my go to place for all my waxing needs!Unfortunately, my time in Tallahassee has come to an end. I wanted to update my previous review and let you know there are some other great technicians here. Ive been seeing Kristin for the past few sessions and she has been great also. Very attentive and efficient. Im pregnant so positioning has been fun lol. From the owner to the other technicians and front office staff, everyone was pleasant and offers great customer service from my experience. They even offer other services like eyelashes...not my cup of tea, but you should definitely consider making Bare Waxing the only place you get waxed in Tally.

    Iā€™ve been a customer of Bare Waxing for years, and I will never go to another waxing center in Tallahassee. I have very sensitive skin that reacts poorly to lots of products. When I told the staff, they worked with me to find solutions to help me get a pain-free, reaction-free wax. They listened to my concerns, explained the process, and made me feel valued and heard. The atmosphere is upbeat, and staff are welcoming and have a caring attitude every time I go in. The facility is clean and organized. Iā€™m satisfied with very time I come in for a service, regardless of who I see for my appointment. Staff are educated in the field and always have answers to any questions I have. Iā€™ve been a customer since the College Town location days, and will continue to be at the Lee Ave location, and anywhere else Bare continues to expand. I always recommend Bare, they are unmatched!

    I love this place! Everyone is so friendly and the technicians do a great job. Victoria is my personal favorite. She is fast but gentle. I highly recommend getting the smooth operator serum they sell if you are prone to ingrown hairs. I have yet to get one using it.

    I have been seeing Victoria for almost 7 years now at Barre waxing. Not only have I always experienced Top Notch customer service, I have always been so impressed at the high end quality products that are used for my waxes. I love the atmosphere and how nice everyone is. The Decor and Facility are amazingly kept up and always Hospital grade clean.     This was my first time trying out Bare. I got a regular brazilian wax, but it was the least painful wax Iā€™ve ever had. I was immediately greeted with kindness and amazing hospitality. They ensured that the place was sanitized and followed CDC regulations. I cannot remember the name of the woman who waxed me but she was AWESOME! She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. We had great conversations. I will be coming again and will recommending to my family and friends!

    I had a great experience with Jada! She made me feel comfortable to the point, I was not thinking of the pain. The only thing that threw me off was when I had to paid. I told the front desk that I was a new customer, and she gave me a discount. However, I never got to see my total. She told me it was $36, and I told her to add the tip. When I got home, I got an email of my receipt, and saw I was charged more than I was told. I dont mind paying for my services, but not being able to know my total before paying is inconvenient. She grabbed my card and charged it and never showed me my total.

    If you are looking for a wax in Tallahassee, this is the place to go! It is super easy to schedule and a very clean place. I have gone to Victoria (owner) for sugaring Brazilian wax for about 5 months now. I recommend sugar waxing as the hair doesnt grow back as quick as a normal wax and it doesnt cause ingrowns. She is the BEST! She makes everyone feel super comfortable and always does a pristine job.

    Evie is awesome! I went here based on a recommendation from a friend as well as groupon she gave me and it was the best experience. The front staff was very nice and welcoming but Evie really hit it out of the park. She was so kind and made me feel very comfortable. She also really knows her stuff and taught me a lot about different products that I had at home as well as some that I ended up buying that day. I already made my second appointment with her. Also the prices are very reasonable, which always helps.

    So since I moved back to Tallahassee (3 years ago) I have been utilizing Bare waxes services. I started on Gaines streets location and about a year later I ended up at lee street. I always get the Brazilian and sometimes I also wax the underarms and they are Awesome! I am super picky and I Love this place and their staff. The experience is always enjoyable and for the people that may find ā€œstrangersā€ looking at your woo ha uncomfortable šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚ this is the place. Itā€™s hard to feel embarrassed when your chatting away and laughing the whole time. If you prefer silence, then that works too! No man left behind! Thatā€™s my motto and I always get what I ask for.     Iā€™m so glad I chose this place. I walked in on beautiful Saturday morning and was greeted with a delicious refreshing mimosas from the host at the desk. I was grateful for this because I was a tad bit nervous for this was my first time ever getting a wax. However, Jada made sure I was comfortable and relaxed the entire time. For it to be my first time I actually enjoyed my experience and canā€™t wait to come back. So glad that I switched from shaving to waxing.     I had such a great time here. I definitely recommend going there to get waxed. The receptionist, Jasmine Aviles was awesome, she catered a mimosa to me while I sit down and my waxing lady was also great. She made sure I was comfortable.     I normally would never leave a review like this but I seriously love this place so much and want others to have the same experience. You can tell that the owner, Victoria, takes so much pride in the business and truly cares about the clients. I promise you will love her. I am incredibly picky/ borderline snobby towards what I spend my money on and who I trust with my skin - and I will only go here.All of the wax technicians including Victoria, Lori, and Evie are fast and so sweet. Everyone acts like family. Super clean, actually smells great as soon as you walk in. The prices offered are also lower in comparison to other places so I cannot imagine reasoning for going anywhere else. Scheduling an appointment online is really simple and all the price info is listed. You can also just walk in. Theres a bunch of package options that save you $$$ and some discounts available for birthdays and friend referrals. A Brazilian is $25 for first time clients and my skin lovesss the natural products they sell. I have not had any ingrown hairs.If you are debating an appointment and waiting for some sort of sign or reassurance, this is it. Your skin will thank you!! These ladies know what theyre doing.

    This is the only place in Tallahassee where I feel comfortable getting a wax, especially in a pandemic. After trying multiple places, this was my favorite. They temporarily closed because of the pandemic, but reopened months later. They take extra safety precautions and efforts in sanitation.     I tried it for the first time today. Very friendly and welcoming, I scheduled to have Victoria to wax me but I was given another woman with bright colorful hair, whose name I dont know because she didnt introduce herself. She brought in a trainer with her which was perfectly fine because I didnt mind it. However she(person who performed the wax) was not holding a conversation with me instead I was speaking more to the trainer to get more comfortable to not think about it. She was gentle and quick with the procedure. She was very kind and afterwards she provided me with more great info about my upkeep afterwards. I wish Victoria would have performed because I did notice that the other woman missed a spot on me and I refused to say anything because like I said she was training someone else so I didnt want to be a bother.     Ive been receiving wax services here for a few months now since moving to Tallahassee and received one service on Gaines St. I have consistently been with Lorie and I love her. I was a bit skeptical because of the prices but the work is amazing and totally worth it. I am in and out really quick. Conversations with Lorie are also great which makes it feel like I was barely in there.I think I will stick to Gaines St. due to the atmosphere. It gave me more of a spa feel which is what I was used to.Oh and cant forget the complimentary wine. Thats always a bonus for me.

    Iļø go to the bare on Gaines and itā€™s honestly such a nice and comforting experience. Iļø was nervous the first time Iļø went, Iļø only got waxed back in south Florida and always by the same technician so Iļø was kind of scared that Iļøt would be an awkward experience but Iļøt was the complete opposite. The fact that Iļø literally had a conversation with my technician about Halloween costumes while getting a Brazilian is kind of crazy to think about, usually itā€™s strictly business. And for not getting my eyebrows done in months, she shaped them perfectly and exactly the way Iļø wanted them. The staff is so nice and really make sure your experience is great.     Waxing is not my friend, but Victoria made feel incredibly comfortable and Im really happy with my results. Brazils cant even compare to my experience at Bare. Ill be coming back to Bare Waxing on a regular basis for sure!

    Brazilian waxing!! Victoria was so fast and efficient. Super professional and they follow the CDC regulations. Popped in from out of town.     I donā€™t donā€™t usually post reviews...but I must rave! Iā€™ve been going here for almost two years now and Victoria has transformed my skin! Not just with the awesome wax jobs, but also with their line of skin care products. They sell a before and after serum called Smooth Operator that Iā€™ve been using for aftercare maintenance, and Victoria suggested I use it on my face to clear up spots, acne and tighten pores. OMG. I could kiss her. šŸ˜©šŸ¤—šŸ¤—šŸ¤— Iā€™ve wasted so much time and money on other products/makeup that are actually meant for clearing up skin issues.Here, they actually invest in their own skin care products and I havenā€™t been disappointed a single time! Great location, staff and service!

    I Love Bare Waxing! Like most people when they are waxed for the first time the experience is awkward and fearful! I tried a few places through out town before I found Bare Waxing and Athena! She is amazing remembers me by name and my life that we talk about during my service. They keep any notes in your file and if you are having any issues they are very informational! They are also extremely clean! I was terrified about this issue and had heard horror stories however, Bare waxing is beautifully kept! They opened a new store by FSU campus but I love Athena and the other ladies working in this office and will make the extra 10 minute travel any day to see them! Oh and they are starting to serve wine and water! Can you say pampered?!

    I had a brow wax with Meredith. I had a good amount of growth and she got it all with just 4 strips. Usually I get red bumps after a wax because I have sensitive skin. This time I donā€™t have any bumps because she used wax that is more gentle and only sticks to the hair. Iā€™ll definitely be going back regularly!
