    I have been going to Indulgence Day Spa for roughly 5 years now and I would not go anywhere else, not even if I moved. The front desk staff is kind and knowledgeable. I love the fact that they call me a day prior to my appt to confirm just in case I forget. Cosette and Mickey are the absolute sweetest ever and do amazing work. I am very satisfied with every outcome I’ve had over the years. I’ve had just about everything they offer and I am proud to say I look natural and glowing. Cosette is very good at calming my nerves when I am nervous about a new procedure and ensures me I will be fine. She even follows up personally to make sure I am happy with the results and makes herself readily available in case I have any follow up questions even on the weekends. She knows what is best and will even be honest and say it isn’t time for this yet let’s wait another month. Mickey is also very knowledgeable in what it takes to achieve perfect skin and I trust her with my face time and time again. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Their prices are fair and the promotions they run are a steal. I like to stock up on their Black Friday specials to use them throughout the year. If you’re looking for a classy, clean, professional med spa look no further. They are the BEST.

    My 2 year anniversary with indulgence is here It has been such a wonderful experience. I listen to everything they say.and mickey suggests. No matter the suggestion it becomes an action, an everyday action. I believe my skin is in the best health its ever been. Ive always been very careful of what goes on my skin. I will continue my journey with the indulgence staff. They are all always so happy and kind. The atmosphere is always giving a relaxing feel which is so important. I have also begun my body transformation working with mickey and rachael has been so fun. Making tik toks for me and advertising my one and only spa. Im excited to see the outcome of the emsculpt. I do go to the gym 5 days a week however the tougher areas for me include my abdomen and inner thighs.     After going to a different med spa and having a bad experience I luckily found this place. I got my lips done and I couldnt be happier with the results, service, people, and products used at this place. Cosette is the absolute best, shes informative, knowledgeable, and so sweet!! She didnt try to pressure me into things I didnt need and she was very honest. She made us feel very comfortable and answered any questions we had. I felt she gave me the best advice to get to where I wanted.The girls in the front were also wonderful!     Excellent staff! They are accommodating with your schedule when getting you in for appointments. The office is beautifully decorated and always clean. Cosette is amazing. She’s so knowledgeable and professional. As a woman and mother, she understands how we age and recommends services that are necessary. She never prompts services based on cosmetics alone. Everyone is warm and polite and have really great skin products. I’ve never had anything but a wonderful experience at Indulgence.

    I am a returning client from 2012. I had a great experience way back when with their weight loss program and decided to return. I have been coming for about 3 months and the staff is always so pleasant. Vicky and Sarah are amazing and I can tell that they really care about their clients and have a passion for what they do! I’m about 1/3 of the way to my initial goal and I plan on coming every week until I can’t come anymore! This place is amazing and has such a relaxing environment.

    I am utilizing this spa for a weight loss program that has been wildly successful for me. So successful in fact that my boyfriend signed up and has already lost 30 pounds. The staff is so helpful and nice - especially Lindsey and Victoria. I enjoy going there and the service is spectacular - I have never waited one minute past my appointment time and I have been going there once a week since Oct 2020. I have participated in their weigh loss programs a few different times over the past few year (in between having children) and every time the staff is so up lifting, positive and educational every step of the way.     Indulgence medical spa is beautiful inside. Lindsay at reception is so accommodating and my favorite, Physician’s Assistant Steven Reyes, is meticulous for injectables.     I am SO happy I found this place. The entire staff is always so great. I normally come here for Botox with Cosette. She does amazing work!     1000 stars!I had found this med spa on social media and let me tell you they have a customer for life. I had won a giveaway on their Instagram for Botox! How awesome is that? Make sure you follow their platforms!When I walked in the door the wonderful women behind the front desk was extremely personable and made me feel right at home.Cosette called me right back and truly listened to where I wanted the Botox units and had a game plan right away. She was so quick and it helped with the pain. I can’t wait for her to do all my cosmetic procedures from now on! Im allergic to any kind of numbing (lidocaine) she was extremely knowledgeable on ways for me to be able to get more procedures.Professional salon. I can’t wait to go back.

    I have been coming to Indulgence for a couple of services, starting with the dermaplaining and then for other consultations (weight loss, botox, etc) and it has been great every time. Friendly staff, knowledgeable and never rushed, compared to your general physician. In fact, I shot a bunch of technical questions and they were ready and willing to answer right away.Another important item: they dont push you to get treatments, dont oversell you and they are very conservative in the treatments.100% recommended.

    Place is fantastic! Very friendly staff. I did the hcg diet and in 32 days and Ive lost 32 lbs. Im very happy with this and it was alot easier then I thought. Definitely recommend it and this place is cost effective. Even offering incentives for continuance weight loss and meeting your goals. Love it highly recommended it.

    During my first visit here, the staff was very welcoming. This spa has a great atmosphere. Serving in the military causes a lot of stress on my body so getting weekly massages from Marni is what I look forward to every week. I have also started to get facials done by Mickey to help treat my skin problems that were caused from taking Accutane when I was in high school. I would recommend this place to anyone that I know. They are also very military friendly and first responder friendly.

    I joined Indulgence Medical Spa about 10 weeks ago.After losing my father this past year, I put on quite a bit of extra unwanted weight. I hated what I saw in the mirror. No matter what I tried on my own, to lose the weight, nothing seemed to work for me. My first appt I dreaded getting on the scale. But the staff made me feel comfortable with no worries or judgement. The diet plan is easy to follow, and Im never hungry. The B-12 shot gives me energy I hadnt had in awhile .Im down 25lbs so far , ( which is half way to my goal.)I dont dread getting on the scale anymore, I actually look forward to seeing how much I lost that week.Due to Covid-19 right now, the staff and all patients are required to wear masks inside the office. They are taking every precaution necessary, to ensure everyones safety.Office is very clean and nicely decorated.Staff is super friendly., right down to the front desk personal.

    I am giving this Medical Spa a four because currently with pictures I feel the results are just OK. I have tons of broken blood vessel‘s in my face from the derma & Hydro wash and I also had to Juverderm lift and a second shot of Resatylane.Besides the bruise on my face from the needle I Don’t think the actual fluid is causing all of the capillaries on my face. I actually think it’s from the derma & hydra wash... but I’m gonna give this a few more weeks because maybe my face just needs to calm down. It’s only been three weeks.I can agree with everyone else that the customer service is outstanding and each person represents them self with a very caring comforting Aura. But that should never replace the service of the work done.I have been to a couple other places in the last three years and the prices are much lower and I have to say the service was very good.I can also say that paying a lower price for the same service and getting good results is OK with me. I don’t think I’ll return to Indulgence because of the cost factor and I feel like it’s just wasn’t up to par with the injections for the high price.I have pictures but there’s no way to upload them and less I find the link

    Mickey is my esthetician and I’ve had the best experience with her. She is honest, caring and relatable. I wish I could give her a million stars!! Growing up, I had acne scars and hyperpigmentation and Mickey has vastly improved my skin, which is clearer, even and brighter with a youthful flow. I’ve never received compliments on my skin until I started seeing Mickey. I have so much more confidence in my appearance.
