    Adriana in the St Pete Ideal Image clinic did my BBL treatment. I was nervous as this was my first time trying broad band light on my face. Adriana was extremely kind and very patient as I asked a lot of questions. She took her time and kept checking on me throughout the treatment to ensure I was comfortable.     I went to ideal image on 6/22/22 to get cool sculpting done. I was nervous about the procedure. But I can say this was a wonderful experience! Everyone was so nice the place was clean and smelled great the room i was on was also clean and set up wonderfully. Everything that I was to go through was well explained to where I could understand exactly what was going to happen. The lady that did my treatment there (April) was very nice and handle me with care answered any questions or concerns I had and also explained everything throughout the process and was super friendly! My daughter whose 15 was allowed to sit with me while I was getting my cool sculpting done. April came in and checked on me to make sure I was ok during the process. This place is awesome I love it and will return actually on 7/1/22 to get another cool sculpting procedure done on my upper abs (I got my fupa done the first time) and I can say Iā€™m excited to get back there!     Today I went into the St Petersburg office for a consultation for laser hair removal. The Consultant was extremely polite and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and concerns. She explained how lasers work and educated me on what to expect from the procedure. I felt very comfortable purchasing the package for the laser hair treatment.     Highly recommend this site and staff. Reception greeted me as soon as I walked in even though she had 2 other people there. Appointment was on time with no extra waiting. I had Botox injections with Robin and she did a fabulous job. She is very personable so our conversation distracted me from the actual shots. She explained the procedure and discussed what she was doing throughout the process. At the end we discussed after care and follow up appointments. Was very happy with the experience. Will be back.

    They were quick to answer my inquiry and get me in for a consultation. They offer in person or virtual consults. It was clean and nice looking inside - bright. Sales lady educated as best as she could on laser hair treatment. Everyone was friendly. Seats were comfy. I didnā€™t wait long to be seen. Compared to other businesses Ideal seems to charge more. The up-sale was the number of years theyā€™ve been around and that nurses perform the services, which both are great. I like that when I move I could go to any location, which was why I came here to visit. But other businesses use the same technology and get the same results for half the price.

    Iā€™m currently having my underarms done here and I love it. Chenil (I think Iā€™m spelling her name wrong though) is fantastic. The appointments are very quick and easy & the results have been life changing. I could never wear sleeveless clothes ever because my underarms would get painful and unsightly rashes from the ingrown hairs. Now I hardly have any hair at all there and I can wear tank tops with no issues. Canā€™t recommend this place enough!

    I booked an appointment for lip fillers at the St. Pete location after a short video consultation. The consultation was brief but thorough on the procedure, who would be performing the procedure, how long the injections last as well as the pricing. I had called several places and Ideal Image had the best pricing.When I walked in for my appointment, I was greeted and taken back almost immediately. Robin, the woman that performed my injections was very knowledgeable and helped me feel at ease with the process. We had a few laughs and she made me feel comfortable throughout, explaining all I was to expect. I wanted to wait for my lips to heal more so I could give a more accurate update of my experience.Itā€™s been roughly a week since having my fillers done and most of the swelling has subsided and I am very happy with the results.

    I came here to write about my pleasant experience on Tuesday with both Lisa and April and saw a 1ā˜† review by an angry patron I had the displeasure of being exposed to. Im shocked he wrote a review given his completely unacceptable behavior towards the staff and especially the sweet woman at the front desk. After he left, a couple people including myself felt compelled to apologize for his classless and irate behavior to Lisa. Some people are just not well. Anyways, as a regular customer with decency and respect for other beings, thank you all for the constant professional and courteous customer care. Im sorry you have to deal with unhinged clients. You all handled it with grace.

    Moved to St. Pete last December and I am glad I found Ideal Image. Last Saturday I had my first laser hair removal treatment. I was nervous and wasnā€™t sure what to expect. Alicia was outrageously professional and helped calm my nerves. She explained everything every step of the way and the treatment was done in a flash!! The office was extremely clean and I love the look of the center, looked very welcoming. I have done cooltone in the past, every time the staff, Sarah and Karalyn, have gone above and beyond with each treatment. So happy with everything they do!!

    I had an LED facial for my first time today. This was also my first time at ideal image. My esthetician was Jessica De Sosa and she was fabulous! She took time to evaluate my skin and go over my goals. After my appointment she took time to answer all of my questions about the products she used and shared her recommendations. My skin feels so soft and clean. Unfortunately you canā€™t tip here which was disappointing because she deserved it. Nonetheless, I canā€™t wait for my next facial !

    Yesterday I went in for a BBL treatment with Danielle Smith. I have had many laser treatments in the past because my fair skin has been damaged living in Florida all of my life. Yesterday was by far the BEST experience I have ever had. Danielle is a very professional and knowledgeable PA.     Wow! What a friendly, professional staff! Its important to feel comfortable when coming in because you havr to trust the person performing your injections (When getting Botox). This is something that is not only expensive but could have side effects if done incorrectly. At no point have i ever felt uncomfortable, the stay is very warm and personable.     This is by far the best experience I have had from start to finish with finding the right place for injectables! The free consultation is very detailed and educational for learning how to care for YOUR skin. Rather than making an appointment just for Botox, (as I have in the past at other offices) Rhonda does a wonderful consultation and walks you through what you need to better your skin. Rhonda made me feel like she cared and had my best interest in mind. By the way, skin is the largest organ of our body. We should take care of it! The procedure was painless and Alicia was very personable. I received a follow up call from Alicia the next day asking if I had any adverse reactions and if I had any questions. That was extra special because I have not received follow up calls from other offices in the past. Plus, did I mention the offer of free financing for 18 months. That was a no brainer.
