I did a walk-in today and left with the best nails I have ever had in my life! Susan listened to what I wanted and recommended a product I didn’t even know to ask for - builder gel. She removed my previous dip powder with precision and gave my nails a great shape. She was very attentive to detail and even fixed a nail that wasn’t to her standard. I picked a neutral polish I liked, and she mixed a custom color for me that I love! I was so impressed that I booked her again for a fill in already. I have found my nail lady! Thank you, Susan! Started out with one person for pedicure and then they switched technicians for the gel manicure. I felt a little rushed with the pedicure. Would prefer one person for both. Salon is beautiful and staff is very friendly. I would find it more relaxing and spa-like if lights could be dimmed somewhat - I felt like I should have kept my sunglasses on. Overall a very nice experience and I will go back. $92 plus tips.

John was my nail tech he did a great job I was chatting with another nail tech named Susan who was also hilarious she has a great attitude.. this was my first manicure and my cuticles were a wreck so now I can actually look at my fingers and I promise from here on out Im going to do my best to not chew my cuticles anymore this is my New Year resolution

I love this nail salon. From the manager to ALL of the nail techs. It’s such a welcoming and warm environment, which is hard to find a salon like that. I’ve been getting my nails done by Jenny and she is great! Takes her time to make sure everything looks perfect, and we always have something to talk about. I highly recommend giving this place a try. They do accept walk-ins and they NEVER make you wait more than 3 minutes for your services. Awesome nail salon- truly!!

She does the perfect shape (almond) and my nails always last without chips or breaks until my next trip. We had a lovely time at this beautiful well maintained nail spa. The 3 of us had pedicures, the Sport pedicure and deluxe. The technicians really took their time and didn’t rush through the massage part which I really appreciate. I definitely will go back again because I think it might help me with my arthritis in my toes.

Update again, such an amazing experience. This time I saw Kevin. And he did not disappoint. I got the Ombre French manicure. Could not be happier.Such a beautiful establishment! I havent had my toenails or my fingernails done and probably 6 months. I dont get them done very often, most likely every 2 to 3 months, but I will definitely be back! Ty, aka Thank you lol, gave me some great recommendations with the dip. They came out perfect.Ty is very personable and quick. Overall I would give it a 15 out of 10!

After checking in and picking out my colors, Loc immediately came up to wrap my nails before starting my pedicure, ensuring everything was ready to go smoothly.The pedicure itself was great—I went for a deluxe option, nothing too fancy, but perfect for trimming my toenails and adding a fresh polish for the holiday season.As for my new set, Loc really went above and beyond. I showed him an inspiration photo, and he not only found a color that matched but also helped bring the entire look to life. I chose a sharp almond shape with dip powder, and I absolutely love how Loc took his time to make sure every detail was perfect. The sides and tops are smooth, even, and flawless.The attention to detail and care Loc put into creating my holiday nails is what really stood out to me. When I walked in without an appt, they took me quickly and offered to do the mani-pedi at the same time since I needed to be done fairly quickly. They both did an excellent job. Im kinda picky with my acrylic nails. Cathy was great and it did help that she spoke very good English. Just makes communication very easy. Manager was walking around paying attention to his employees. Seems like a very well run business. Ill be back.

Went today for the grand opening! The place is beautiful and everyone was so warm and inviting! I had a pedicure done by Andy and let me tell you it was the best one I have had! I have been to several places and he knocked it our of the park! Even did some reflexology! Wine, water, mimosas and beer were offered consistently.I will now be making this my only nail place!

This is my first time here and they did an amazing job!I understand management is trying to be friendly by making sure their workers are doing their jobs, but it was a bit unsettling when they would stand behind me constantly, talking over my shoulder. I also don’t like how they took my phone off the table without my consent and started taking photos of my nails. ( I know taking pictures is standard to build up a portfolio but I’d prefer if they would use their own devices). Also they pressured me into writing this review. They didnt ask me if I would consider writing one, they stood over my shoulder and watched me write it before I could pay and leave.All in all it was a good experience and I would definitely go back, but just keep these things in mind if you consider going here.

This place is Nail Heaven. I finally found a shop that can actually do my nails. I have long nails (real) and no shops seem to know what they are doing or can’t do them. Like The Luxury nail spa in Nocatee, they are horrible and management is very nasty and rude. If you want excellent customer service and beautiful healthy nails and pedicure please go here. My new Nail Heaven…. I can’t wait for my next nail appointment.

The Nail Appointment was booked, and the date, time, and technicians were confirmed. A call from the salon about 30 minutes before the appointment was received, and the nice young voice explained the technician was unavailable for my appointment. I spoke with Ryan, the manager, who was accommodating with the current appointment. Ryan spoke to us and treated us with an energy and welcoming attitude. We got right in the chair for our services. The signature package was great, and Kevin and Paula listened and cared about our service. I believe if the salon does not listen to you and care, you should never return. This was the best Nail Salon we have found from Jacksonville to Saint Augustine Beach. This review will be updated in two weeks for a second visit, but at this point, I’m confident it’s the best and worth the drive and visit.

When Hannah and her husband changed the nail salon at which they worked, I promptly went on a hunt to find them because they do such a good job. Hannah has been so kind to me while I have been laboring with a bad knee. Without her patient support, it wouldve been quite difficult for me to get a pedicure. Her work is reliably excellent. I have worked with her husband when Hannah was not available and he, too, does a great job. I wholeheartedly recommend them both. Their new salon, St. Johns Nail Spa, is in the brand new strip shopping center adjacent to the new Winn-Dixie that is at the intersection of US 1 and Racetrack Road. (The shops adjacent to the nail spa include a womens boutique clothing shop and a casual Japanese restaurant.) The entrance into the shopping complex is at a traffic light on Racetrack Road. Plenty of spaces in the large parking lot.
