    If you’re looking for a new nail salon I HIGHLY recommend Q nails spa! I’m literally obsessed with coming here. I’ve been going here for a couple months now and they never disappoint! I’ve gone to other nail places and no one does it like Q nails spa! Henry did my nails today and I’m absolutely in love with how they turned out!

    Q Nails Spa is a first-class spa with wonderful, talented staff that accommodate requests and has taken amazing care of my family for the past few months since we moved to the area. We always appreciate their attention to detail. The gel nails last and there are a variety of pedicures.

    Annie did a beautiful job fixing a botched SNS job. Ask for her! I have found that even if a salon has good reviews, it’s really about who does your nails. So I appreciate now reviews that mention a particular person because it is hard to find good ones!

    Ive been there three times, and Ive always been well looked after. Twice I was attended to by specialist Angel, who was super professional and kind.

    Three of us came in for three pedicures, a gel manicure, and a new set. Nail salon is clean and modern. Comfortable massage chairs. Good selection of polishes. Had to bring my daughter back to correct two of her nails, when fill was needed. We were charged much more than their “starting” price for the fill. Glad we tried them out, they did a good job painting our nails, but for the money spent on the upgraded pedicures, I would have expected not to feel rushed and to have gotten a foot massage. Giving four stars because they are newer, and they were friendly. Hopefully they treat each customer as a priority and not rush to the next.

    Outstanding nail professionals that truly have talent. Lyn & Ken create quality nail looks that last. Meaning: after a week, after 2 weeks, and so on the polish or product doesnt peel or chip. They create looks that are natural looking without piling chunks of product onto your nail like most other areas do. So when you leave your nail hasnt been drilled down to leave a groove in your nail nor will they layer polish or powder on your nail to a point where you see the layers sitting up above your cuticle. Some people may want this so that its more durable, however, their technique is pretty durable without the chunky look. They are also very fast, clean, and honest. I have witnessed them choosing healthy, honest advice to customers instead of profit. They even call to confirm appointments and give reminders or arrange for you to come at a better time. The customer service is perfect as is their professionalism. They make sure that you are happy with your nails and their reception is very welcoming. I have been to plenty of nail shops in Murabella area and Julington Creek and have been treated in a rushed manner and with no concern for whether I am content with their work. This is not the case at Qnails. They never rush even though they work quickly. My point is, they will completely redo a nail if it isnt just right. I have finally found my permanent nail spa!

    Every time I come here the staff is so so sweet. Each person does an AMAZING job on my nails. They go above and beyond to make sure you love your nails before you leave. I’ll never go anywhere else. ❤️

    My mom and I come here frequently, and are always blown away with Lynn and Ken’s professionalism, kindness, and ability to give us exactly what we’re wanting! They’re always very precise, and take their time to assure that everything’s perfect. Would highly recommend :)

    I love my nails!! Ken was amazing at listening to how I wanted my nails to look. He’s gentle to the touch and made sure I liked the shapes of my nails. I recommend him to anyone that wants to get their nails done in a timely manner. Pictures always helps!

    Quiet, calm spa-like atmosphere! My job is loud and busy; it is so relaxing to be able to come have my nails done. The work is always fantastic- they put a layer of clear gel polish over dip and it lasts so long. Great color selection and very kind technicians.Tip- call ahead to make an appointment.

    Q-Nails is a specialty beauty salon establishment that primarily offers nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements. They also offer waxing and specialty organic pedicures. They are welcoming, friendly and professional. I’ve been going to this salon for about a year and I am always pleased however this particular visit was special, and they did not disappoint! Their prices are very reasonable and you definitely get quality with every service!Regardless if it’s a routine mani, pedi, acrylics, dip, or gel to a special occasion you will always leave happy!

The location is convenient, the spa is immaculate, and they have a wide variety of colors to choose from. I leave highly satisfied every time because I know my nails will last weeks at a time and look beautiful. I get compliments all the time and I send them straight to Q Nails.     I came on a Sunday morning, it was very busy so I was offered to make an appointment since I would not be able to come back later in the day. I am so glad I did! My pedicure was wonderful. Same with my gel manicure. Lots of colors to choose from. Service was very good. It was not loud and chaotic like some busy nail salons in the area. Very clean as well. The owners were very kind and friendly. Definitely recommend.

    Q Nails is amazing! My best friend and I have tried SO many different nail spas in the Jax area trying to find a go-to and we found that here! I always see Ken and he does amazing work, especially with fun or trendy designs 😍 he even did my wedding nails for me, but the whole team is amazing! 10/10 recommend 🤍

    Lovely nail spa that’s been open about nine months. Beautiful place, extremely clean and great service. I called spoke to the owner Cam and was able to immediately get in and was serviced by him, and I was overwhelming pleased with his service.Give this Salon/Spa a try you will love it!!!

    I came down from PA to visit family and for my daughter’s wedding in Orlando. I found out Ken opened his own shop in St John’s and drove there for a mani pedi. Ken does an amazing job and my hands and feet always look and feel great. When we move back to Orlando I will be driving to St John’s to get my nails done by Ken. He’s the best and well worth the drive. The shop is beautiful and his wife is great at doing nails too.

    Went in last minute to see if I could be squeezed in and was greeted warmly by Lynn. She said they would be able to do a full set right away. Lynn actually was the one doing my nails and let me tell you Ive been to tons of nail places and none were as nice as these. Im so very happy I took a chance and went in.
