    WHEN I TELL YOU THIS IS THE PLACE… first time in and WOW. Andy did my full set on my toes, Ryan did my pedicure and Kim did my full set on my hands and they ALL were amazing. Very accommodating, professional and friendly.Nothing was rushed, and everyone made sure I was satisfied throughout my process. Clean bathroom, clean shop and fresh tools. I’ve had SO many bad experiences over the years, but this place really put it all to ease. I will definitely be back and I highly suggest the Royal pedicure! Worth every penny.Thank you to Essence!! You guys are amazing. 💅🏻

    Everyone was very kind. I went in the day before Thanksgiving. I called before to ensure if I could come in and they were very inviting. Andy was very kind and we had a nice conversation.     AMAZING!! And Im very picky when it comes to nail salons! Everyone was very friendly and polite, I didnt wait at all although they were busy, I got a pedi with gel polish full set of pink and white with hand drawn designs for under $100!!     This is my first time here. I asked for a gel mani & a regular polish pedi. The nail tech was amazing, I know I can be a bit particular & he accommodated my requests! I felt very grateful for that 10/10. As for the pedicure, it was great as well - the only thing is that she started with the color I gave her (red) & put a second coat of another (orange). It was an honest mistake & I didn’t even notice until I got to the car. That’s the only reason I gave 4 stars over 5. But everyone was very pleasant & they serve drinks which I thought was very cool! definitely coming here again

She concentrates on me relaxing (which I never do).! We are so close after all these years that she can pick the colors and I always love them.     I never write reviews online but after going to this salon, i just had to. I went to this nail salon for the first time today and I have found my new favorite nail salon! Everyone was extremely nice and quick and the quality is amazing. I have a full acrylic set. I got a fill today and nail art. My nails aren’t too thick (which I love), all are even and shaped perfectly, the nail art is beautiful. I would highly, highly recommend them. They were also priced very reasonable. I can’t think of anything that would have made it any better. I can’t say enough about them. I am so happy and will be returning here regularly.

    After a very disappointing experience at my usual nail salon, I went to Essence today on recommendation from a friend. I was impressed from the second I walked in the door! Such a pretty place, lovely decor, truly spa like, and very clean. I had made an appointment in advance with Win, and she was ready for me the moment I arrived. Absolutely no wait time. Win was very professional and friendly, she understood what I wanted more than I did!     The service is great and everyone is friendly! Ethan does a fantastic job at doing my nails and pays attention to every details. He is the first nail tech that has done a full set of acrylic with gel polish that has last 3 or more weeks on me, other places my nails would break or would lift within a week.

    This was my second time here. The first time wasn’t my best experience and I did write a review. I said I would come back and give it another try since it might have been a bad day. I walked in for a pedicure. The woman who came to get me was the same person I had the first time so my inner angst was very high. I decided not to say anything. When it came time to scrub my feet I asked her to be careful as the last time the person was a bit overzealous. I don’t know what happened since my last review but this time was totally different! Im glad I wrote my previous review because Essence Nail Spa cares about their reputation and I’m sure they acted on my previous comments.     I absolutely love how they remodeled the spa several years ago. It is light, airy, relaxing and super elegant! I have taken friends and family there with me for pedicures and manicures and will continue to recommend them!!     Just moved to town and heard about Essence Nail Spa from a young lady at a restaurant. She had beautiful nails, so I had to give Essence a try. My nails were looking rough after lugging boxes. I decided to get a new full set. Ethan did a great job and my nails look awesome!

    Do yourself a favor and pamper yourself here today! Win did my nails today after the salon I have been going to blew off my appt. I am a busy girl and have to work hard to clear my schedule so thats the last time for that nonsense! I had a pic of what I wanted on my ipad. Win did it to perfection!! Set up an appt. with her for two weeks from now and am very happy with what she did for me today.

    I had my nails originally done at a different salon and went to essence for a fill (i’ve been looking for a nail salon I really like) Snow did an AMAZING job she shaped them beautifully and did the length perfectly! I think i’ve finally found my nail salon! They also painted my daughters nails ( I didnt catch the ladies name who did them) the woman was wonderful and painted my daughters nails very well. My daughter is almost 4 and the woman was very nice to her and helped her out of her chair and over to the dryer to dry her nails and helped her back into the chair when she was done drying. The whole atmosphere in the salon was very relaxing I really enjoyed it there.

    Kim and Janie did my nails today. They did a perfect job! I have been getting my nails done for 20 years, and I have been to many salons in Indiana and Florida. This salon is by far the cleanest, friendliest and does the best job! I highly recommend this nail salon!!!

    Needed a post-hurricane pick me up. My first visit here. Needed a full set and pedicure. Dave suggested hard gel instead of acrylic. I was not disappointed.     I started going to Essence after a friend recommended it. Their techs are friendly, excellent service. They don’t have you waiting or leave to attend another client which is why I’ve left other salons. The ambiance is elegant and relaxing. Would highly recommend.

    This is the second time I’ve gone to Win for my nails, and I just have to say..I had pretty bad damage to my nail prior to coming in and while I completely expected to have one nail not done, Win went above and beyond while working on my bad nail with virtually no pain. My nail looks as if nothing happened to it. She is quick and exceeds expectationsI will keep coming back to her for my nails from now on!!

    Exceptional service! The nail techs not only know what theyre doing, but you can trust their opinions and insights without worrying that theyre just trying to up sell you or cut corners! Very friendly and professional and great rates! Also the ONLY place that shapes perfectly and doesnt cut or burn me by mistake. And dont get me started on the complimentary parrifin wax dip they treated me to during my pedicure!

    Been there before and I didnt like the previous management. However Don has taken over as owner and is a good guy. The staff members who volunteered to stay are friendly and know their stuff. I had a pink n white set and pedi and for once I felt relaxed during the pedi. I even left my Yeti cup and I called a day later and they had put it away for me to collect! Hes completely gutting the place to a proper spa feeling but he is so busy already that its taking longer than usual. Sign of a good place 👍

    I usually come her for a gel mani pedi and they always do an amazing job, it always lasts atleast 2 1/2- 3 weeks! oddly enough i went there like usual last weekend but this time it only last barely 4 days, don the manager aloud me to ome after hours and made everything right ! love this place clean, great atmosphere and kind staff!
