Another great day at five star. I am never disappointed with the way Alisa does my nails. And Lena hands down gives the best pedicures. I am a below the knee amputee. Lenas pedicure has helped with my Phantom pain. She is not afraid of my stump. No that sounds weird to leave on a review but Im telling you shes amazing.

Louis did a fabulous job today on my French manicure with dip powder. The basic pedicure feels above and beyond other shops. I will be returning again next time 🙂

They are awesome, there was a learning employee trying to learn how to properly do nails and fingernails. While the employee was given by better have her full pedicure and manicure accidentally tried to grab the phone from my ladys hand. When doing so it dropped her phone causing the phone to fall onto a ceramic tile floor. As you can imagine it created this Samsung to break and it was a $1,500 unlocked Samsung phone. My little lady was completely saddened and she came into the car, where I was sitting waiting on her; and she was in tears . Naturally I asked her, D whats wrong honey, she replied my Phone is shattered and broken . So Ill come back inside with her to talk to the manager of that wonderful nail salon store I explained what it happened with his employee he is well verified what I said was true and he responding back , saying no matter what they cost is ahu take care of the problem and fix it for you period that ladies and gentlemen is a true company and salon that when one of their employees just trying to help my better half and creating unintentionally not the phone to the floor trying to help her down from the chair you guys 5 nail salon are going to be long term customers for you for your kindness and dedication to your customer it shows

Have not gotten my nails done in years. Decided to finally treat myself. Before going I did some research online because I didn’t want to be disappointed. I walked in and was waited on instantly. Le did a full set with some nail design and he was amazing. I also received face waxing and left satisfied with the results. I feel like a whole new woman. Will definitely be back again.

Have been to several nail salons around Port Charlotte and North Port trying to find one that is clean, friendly, consistently provides great service and results and is not too pricey and am happy to report THIS ONE IS IT. Owner is engaged, very service oriented and just pleasant to deal with. All staff are more than professional and just excellent. Highly recommend.

It was my first time and I am so happy with the service, clean, everyone is compassionate and patient, its a very inviting salon. Alice is outstanding and took her time, yet due to her artistic abilities she made my nails go from “HELP US” to PURE BLISS. It is a comfortable atmosphere and extremely relaxing. Very clean, extremely fair prices and one thing I think many forget is how hard they work and always tip all who helps you,, I’m 30 and got a full set of gel nails with the Greek evil eye 🧿 that came out beautiful and it was so fairly priced..Highly recommend!!!! This Miami Girl is extremely picky with her hands and feet and I finally decided to be brave and try this one nail salon that was recommended to me by a few people. Can I tell you that I was not disappointed at all? Because I wasnt. The pedicure was to die for and I didnt have to ask Alice to make any corrections and the same applies to the manicure. Oh and did I mention the prices? They are very reasonable compared to some of the prices in the area and they did a fantastic job. I found my new nail place on the West Coast. Very happy new customer here!

Ive been going here for about a year, I wear acrylic nails, and have been getting my fill & gel done here for that time. Im very happy with the service, its usually busy, but as Im a walk- in, I dont mind a short wait. Ive had two pedis here, both very nice. My nails are pretty basic, so I have no opinion on the fancy nails, other than what Ive seen. What Ive seen look very nice. Try 5 Star, make up your own mind!
