The staff there are awesome and very friendly. I see Rose for my cuts. She has the same hair as me and always gives me an awesome cut. I donate my hair every 2 years, and so they get as much hair as possible, I cut all my hair by making 16 small ponytails. Rose cuts it as close to my scalp as possible. She also saved 2 other clients hair so I could donate it as well.

Ashley C. Is the best!! She is so sweet and very skilled at hairstyling. This is my second time going to her and she always makes me feel so comfortable! She really takes the time to give me the exact hairstyle that I want! She also gives the best scalp massages during the hair wash! I highly recommend her to everyone!

I am so happy with my hairstylist Ms Tracie at the Plantation Jcpenney salon. She is amazing. She takes great care of my hair and is very knowledgeable on how to take care of my hair. She will always tell me what needs to be done and how to keep it healthy. She is also great at giving me the best hairstyles they always turn out great.

I used at home hair dyes and messed up my hair soo bad it REALLY was Over Processed and Damaged I even Permed it, I did henna, vitamin c squashed with head and shoulders I tried everything and anything to remove the red with metallics from Feria then Garnier brown omg then permed it I regretted doing all that to my hair but I was STUCK🤯😭😭😭😭Then I prayed and I found Tracy she was able to Remove all that stuff I did to my Beautiful Natural Blonde hair she helped me find my identity I felt lost without my Natural Blonde hair, yes it was 5 hour Process but Well worth the results, the red hair was me, the light blonde hair is the middle process and the Final results 😍😍😍

I had the pleasure of meeting Mimo at my appointment last weekend. The service that I received was the best! Hes extremely knowledgeable, polite, and a true artist! Knew exactly how I wanted to cut and highlight my hair and worked a miracle. I left there very satisfied with the services I received and looking amazing. I will definitely go back.

Let me just say MIMO is the best!!! I walked into the salon about 6 years ago and asked if they take a walk in. They did and matched me up with Mimo. Best decision EVER. Hes been doing my hair ever since. He is so knowledgeable, funny, caring and talented at his artistry of hair design. I love his happy spirit and smile.

I love coming to Mimo at JcPenny. He always fits me in whenever I need. Especially when I’m behind in my own schedule and need a last minute apt, he always finds a way. The color I desire is always provided. The style, the cut, the blow, everything ever requested is perfection. He has a talent and I am grateful I have found him as my hairstylist. He is professional, honest, and hard working. He aims to please. He never wants you to leave dissatisfied. Not to mention his hair washing skills are devine! I wish I can afford to get a wash weekly from him, that’s how good he is. Thank you Mimo for working so hard to make sure your clients are happy and satisfied.

Mimo is the ABSOLUTE best! My mom has thinning hair and I finally convinced her to go short. We came in as a walk in and he took us immediately. He took his time and had the best energy throughout the process. He made her feel comfortable, confident and her beauty radiated when he was done. 10/10 recommend

If youre in need of someone to work magic on your hair, go in and see Mimo! He is the sweetest and always has a smile on his face. He listed to exactly what I wanted and performed miracles. I left looking like I was ready to hit the fashion runway. I love that hes honest and will tell you what will or wont look good. Hes saved me a few times from making a haircut disaster! Wouldnt let anyone else touch my hair

Where should I start? Well...I am going to sum it up with 2 words completely unexpected! The salon is fabulous and Miss Kathy, my hair magician(thats my name for her) was wonderful, explained the process, didnt try to upsell me and was honest about what was good for my hair! She did show me products and I just had to buy because I did need, not pressured into it. Dont underestimate this salon because its connected to a store, this salon performs miracles! I will be a repeat customer..Miss Kathy, my hats off to you! Stellar job!

Amazing! Everyone was so nice and my hair looks better then I could ever imagine. They were really good about asking what I want and made me feel really comfortable, I didnt even have to book an appointment they took me as a walk in. New favorite place to go and get my hair done.
