    I got the All The Feels facial service done by Jennifer for a birthday gift to myself. I totally recommend this service and her. You get a mini neck, shoulder, arms, and hands massage with your facial which had me feeling amazing afterward. This was an incredible service. My face was glowing and definitely saw amazing clear results. Will book this service again! ♥️ This one is a must!

    I recently visited Urban Epiphany spa and was blown away by the amazing ambience. The space is beautifully designed and impeccably clean, creating a sense of calm and relaxation from the moment you walk in. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly, making me feel welcomed and at ease throughout my visit. The services provided were top-notch and left me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Overall, Urban Epiphany is simply amazing and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a little self-care, pampering, microloc and microloc retie services.

    Updated 2/10/24: After experiencing some health issues, I could not come to the salon for at least 7 weeks. I was able to get in today, and I am so thankful to be back. I had a relaxing time, great service, and I left looking polished, neat, and very well put together thanks to Ms. Patricias skillful fingers and great style ideas. Now that Im feeling better, I should be back into my regular hair care routine. : )I had an amazing experience at Urban Epiphany. I am skeptical of most hair places because the ones I have encountered in the past have management, stylist, or professionalism issues. I have been to this salon twice, and my expectations have been met each time.First, the stylist is on time. I have had appointments at previous places that start from 15 minutes to 90 minutes late. This did not happen. The stylist is present, appropriately dressed, and ready to begin work on my hair.Second, the stylist cares for my hair at my comfort level and addresses my needs. I love a deep scalp scrub and received one. I like various water temperatures during my service, and I am obliged. I absolutely hate when water gets in my ears and down my neck and back during the wash and conditioning stage. I did not leave Urban Epiphany with soggy ears, dripping neck, or drenched back. For this, I was ecstatic and grateful.Also, there is no loud music, raucous behavior, disorderliness, gum popping or chewing, eating while doing my hair, talking on the phone while doing my hair, or anything that takes away from me enjoying my service.If this vibe continues, I would like to try their facials, massages, and other salon services. I have been in search of a full service for over twenty years. Maybe I have finally found it.Please make an appointment with Ms. Gina or Ms. Patricia today. You will not regret it.In full disclosure, I am not a hair person, and I am a very frugal person. So, I will be budgeting even better. My goal is to get into a routine of healthy and strong hair, not the split ends and matted state in which I arrived for my first appointment.All said, Urban Epiphany is the space and place to try if you are looking for healthy, drama-free, and professional care and service for your hair.

    I enjoyed my wash, color, and re-twist by Gina and my facial by Brittney. The atmosphere is relaxing. Gina is one of the best stylists in Central Florida. I always am complimented on my color! She is fast and time efficient. She trains all of her stylists well so anyone you schedule with is a great experience.I saw Brittney for the Premier facial. It was soothing, and relaxing smelled amazing and my skin was refreshed. She was knowledgeable about skincare and offered products to help maintain my skin post-treatment. I booked my next session immediately after.Urban Epiphany is the perfect blend of a Salon and a Spa.

    I LOVE this salon/spa! The moment you walk in you’re greeted with smiles and love. The owner Gina took the time out to see how I was doing even though she was already assisting someone. Fatima was wonderful and provided me with education on the microdermabrasion process and with a great skin care routine. I was so impressed that I booked a massage with Sarah and she was not only attentive, but allowed me to relax to soothing sounds of an instrumental playlist. Sarah’s hands are anointed!! On the way out I was having issues with my card and Jennifer stepped in provided me awesome assistance! I will definitely be coming back for all of my self care needs!

    Gina heard my request and consulted with me on what will work best with my hair type and facial construct. She listened and delivered with input of her expertise. I loved the cut, color and style. Staff is friendly, good vibes. I finally found my place. Great experience.

    First time getting my hair colored with Gina! She was so patient (and creative) with my color. I have small locs that have never been colored and she was knowledgeable and gentle with my hair! The final result is more than I hoped for!Jennifer and Jessica were so sweet and they came through with the styling at the end! Will def be back!

    In this journey to love myself a lil bit more I received the most relaxing and Beautification time of my life Britany did an amazing job with my facial, and facial waxing and topped it off with stunning lashes. Urban Epiphany in Orange City Fl. is an amazing place to start loving yourself just a little, not more. ❤️

    I went to Urban Epiphany for a neck/shoulder massage when I was experiencing a lot of tightness and pain. The entire experience was very relaxing. Most importantly, I got more relief from muscle pain than Ive ever gotten from a massage before. I highly recommend. Ill be going back for the deep tissue.

    I have to say that when I visit this salon, it doesnt feel like Im at a salon. Its like a pampering getaway. Its a classy, peaceful, atmosphere. The employees are knowledgeable and provide top notch service. You get the results you envisioned if not more without spending endless hours. You would really need to experience it for yourself to fully understand what Im attempting to articulate.
