    I had Christina for my cut today and she is so sweet and accomodating. A couple months ago I came in with bad bangs after an hair cut from some where else and Kayla fixed them , assured me it wasn’t nearly as bad and was so sweet. China who does waxing is just as sweet and precise with doing waxing my brows. I recommend this store/ salon A million times over. best customer service around.

    I had my first professional hair cut in 7 years and my first curly specialized cut ever today with Kayla and I am over the moon! She was so beyond lovely, knowledgeable, helpful, and I love the cut she gave me. She knew I was nervous and explained every step before we got started, which eased every concern I had. And she nailed the cut from the reference photos I had! I will absolutely be going back.

    I was looking for a cologne for my husband and El was especially helpful. She worked with me for at least 30 minutes opening cases trying to match the reference I came in with. The staff here is amazing!!!

    I saw Gina today at the salon and had booked for a simple haircut. I was extremely nervous because I hadn’t had a cut in over 6 months. She made the experience so wonderful - she listened to everything I wanted, checked in with me throughout everything to make sure it was looking how I liked, and helped me with some scalp issues I was having as well that I was quite embarrassed about initially and never made me feel bad about it once. She made me feel so comfortable, and I left with the best haircut I have had in a very long time. I wanted my very course curly hair smoothed out and she got my hair pin straight and glossy. I ended up leaving with some product that she was very knowledgeable about but never made me feel pressured into buying, but I’m excited to try them out. I will definitely be rebooking again with Gina!!!

    On July 2nd in the morning I visited this Ulta for the first time. I need to recognize all of the employees that were working. All of them were completely welcoming and nice. Always asked if I needed help and were always accesible. I need to recognize the young man that was working the cashier. OMG, AMAIZING! The way that he treated me and the rest of the customers, AMAZING!! Excellent job! I just moved to the area and just found my forever ULTA!

    My daughter and I were greeted as we walked into the store. We were helped immediately. My daughter wanted help with new makeup and was matched with a very knowledgeable young woman named Serena.She guided my daughter on new makeup and applied lashes for her at the most reasonable price.We both purchased items and left the store extremely happy.You can be sure well shop here again soon.

    This it’s by far my favorite Ulta to shop at. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful. The manager, Christine Is amazing. She has never led me wrong with product advice! Recently I had a rather expensive hair styling tool that broke. It was past the 60 day return policy but within the manufacturers warranty period. I did not have the receipt and went back-and-forth with the Other store location that I had purchased it at and Ultas customer service trying to get a copy of the receipt so that I can return it to the manufacturer. I kept getting the runaround from alters customer service line and finally went to the orange city store and spoke to Christine. She quickly got me taken care of and I was completely satisfied with the results. She always goes above and beyond.

    Went in a few weeks ago and had my brows done by Kira and hair by Alyssa. These ladies were more than welcoming. They were very patient and friendly. Easy to talk to and timely in their duties. I was very impressed considering I have a unique brow issue and my hair is extremely difficult to style. Thank you ladies.

    The friendlest people ever as soon as you walk in! I personnaly went in for Opalex products, shampoo was there but not the conditioner so I asked a very nice women about it..not only did she go out of her way to go get it but was very happy to help me! Then the women at the register went beyond and above to make my experience just awesome! I really enjoyed this store and deff be back! Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Thank you for helping me out. I am sorry there was a misunderstanding. I had been making an exchange and the initial payment was made through Apple Pay. When I went to scan my Apple Pay for the exchange it was not working. I was not trying to assume the manager did not know her job, I just know everyone may not know about the encryption security feature for Apple Pay. I was saying that was why I did not recognize the number on the receipt and why the machine may have been giving me a hard time. I had been trying to double check and make sure I did not have a card with the number just in case maybe I used another card connected to that account that day before I used the physical card linking my usual debit. It worked and I was able to make the exchange. The manager who helped me was Christine. In the case that you have this issue again I hope this helps. Please refrain from making accusations, assumptions or thinking someone wants you to make unsavory accommodations. I simply was not 100% sure if my physical card would have been recognized as the original form of payment but that seems like the solution for contactless payment returns in the case that the card reader is not recognizing it.

    After years of paying for average $12 haircuts, I decided to splurge and visit Ulta Beauty Salon on the advice of my daughter. My hairstylist, Samantha, was super friendly and did such a fantastic job with my hair that I booked a second appointment. She offered several suggestions on products that would work best for my hair and used them while styling my hair (and this was done without applying additional pressure to purchase them). Both times I left the store, I felt confident and I LOVED my hair! And I didnt go home and try to fix anything. I will definitely use her services as long as I live in the area, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a fantastic stylist!

    I only ever go to this store because my wife loves this place. I enjoy roaming around getting ideas for my wife birthday, they also offers selection of men’s products.They offer beard oils, shampoos, and conditioner. Along with its styling products for hair. Ultra typically has great coupons, but it’s pretty expensive here.The staff was friendly, and kind. They didn’t have issue with my 3 year old, even when she was making a mess. Definitely will be back, more coupons.

    This location is the only Ulta I go to because its not super busy all the time. However, I will say, its very rare that they have the shade in stock for the powder I get. I will say I always have a back up but thats alright. I think this store is so clean and the staff is very helpful.

    I love Ulta! Went online to grab the phone# and saw reviews. Ive never had a bad experience there and have always received great customer service. Mgr, Angela, has been ever so pleasant and helpful. Devon, in the salon, does great work. The store is huge and stocked full of my favorite products! Love it! #happycamper

    I love Ulta. The store has a lot of ambiance and it is hard to leave once you get in there. I love Ulta brand products and many other brands they carry. They also send out coupons and give you points for discounts.

    This place is amazing I went in for specific thing and showed me a different variety of the one thing I needed with reasonable or expensive prices they have everything you need from makeup and hygiene I 100% recommend this place! It is also very clean and smells great! Men and Women can shop here for beauty products and you can smell perfume samples the store is great!

    I’ve gotten my hair done now 3 times at this Ulta location, all of these times by Samantha in the salon! she is by far the friendliest, and patient hairdresser i have ever had!! i was so scared to go from dark brown hair to blonde, and she made the experience so easy for me to transition. every time i go back i love my hair even more, she is nothing short of an amazing hairdresser! from keeping a conversation, to educating me on good products to keep my hair healthy, she’s forever my go-to and i plan on many more visits to her🥰🥰 highly recommend Samantha to anybody who needs a cut, dye, you name it. she really has a gift with hair & makeup! ❤️

    Very nice staff and knowledgeable. I dont wear makeup normally but starting because have had a lot of things that are changing in my life. So very patient and give attentive even though not making the plunge yet to buy anything.

    I love the color pallets they have. Im not a girly girl but the glitter 😍. The only staff that spoke to me was when I entered and at check out. Its ok with me because I very rarely know what I want when I go in. But when I do have a question the staff is great in helping me find what I need or tell me the best products for the results I want.

    The store was clean and neat. There were workers on the floor helping customers as they entered. I purchased a new lash glue by duo and it worked. My lashes adhered. Ill visit again.

    So I get my hair cut by Sam at the salon, and let me tell you every time I’ve gone not only does this girl do an amazing job but she makes me feel like a movie star the whole team is ready to dole out compliments, it legit feels like one of those movie scenes! Sam does an amazing job not only is she talented but she’s such a sweet and amazing person! My first time there felt like we’ve known each other all our lives! 10/10 would go to Sam again!

    Store is always clean. Staff is always helpful and when you dont want help, no one bothers you.. They just let you play in make up heaven and try and feel everything without someone following you around. This place is like my adult toys r us.

    Very clean, the people working there were friendly. A worker asked me if I needed help, I told her what I was looking for. She took me right over to the product also told me about similar products just incase what I purchased didnt work for me. Over all ot was a great visit.

    They always have sales. Love their Time of the season where they give huge sales on shampoo and conditioner. Definitely worth it to shop here and I love the 2-hour pickup online.

    I go here for makeup when I need it. I will continue to go back. Their sales people are not as knowledgeable as Id like. I am an older more mature woman and its difficult to find someone who can be sympathetic to my needs. All the sales people are young. Too young, if you ask me.

    Samantha has done my hair for over a year now and she’s always what’s best for my hair. If i show her a picture of certain hair color i want she matches it so well!     Wow. Huge store with tons of inventory. Understand went there with my daughter but did find an aisle for us guys. Good selection of colognes and skin and shaving products for us. Seemed a little pricey.

    I am a regular customer at the Ulta in Orange City and every time I go there I am always greeted and ask if I need any help by the staff there .. Today I had the privilege of getting my hair colored and blown out by Shannon who is theSalon Manager there,I was very pleased with her customer service and her expertise with my hair ,Being a hairdresser myself and a previous Salon owner I know a good hairdresser when I see one and Shannon met that expectation. Also the other stylist there working were also very good .

    I loved the staff and lady who cut my hair was super nice. Unfortunately I paid 45 bucks for a haircut i did not want . and cut way way too much practically only have an inch of hair on my head only my bangs were safe and i asked foe the sides to be faded she use scissors it felt bad when i touched i told her give me a fade and unfortunatly left the back of my hair and front sides totally messed up. I say if YALL go there never ask for a beautiful or even ugly pixie cut. She is great with the blower and washing your hair and sweet caring jist was trully upset i paid 45 bucks for getting a cut i didnt ask for and i showed hee the picture of the 2 i picmed i let her decide which 1. Then she did something she necee knew how to do. I would of preferred to have known she absolutely did not know how to use clippers my head has short part bumpy parts everyone said how bad my hair was messed up on the sides and back then my son said mom your haorcut is f***ed up I felt super sad.

    Highly recommend hair and make up! Lyndsy at the hair salon is very talented. She hooked me up before my wedding with color and cut. Cynthia from the hair salon is excellent! She did my updo on my wedding day and inserted a hair piece with expertise! Super friendly girls too! But im not done...makeup was skillfully applied by The Great Selena!! Ms. Selena transformed my beautiful face into a magnificent work of ART! THIS PLACE IS NICE BUT THE EMPLOYEES MAKE IT GREAT!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
