    Ideal Image in Viera is by far the most welcoming place that makes you feel comfortable and loved. I get laser hair removal done on multiple areas and have been a customer here for almost 2 years. The staff is so wonderful, my absolute favorite is Jeannie and Jess. I highly recommend this place, and ask for them when you go! Jeannie is the sweetest girl and will make you feel like you’ve been friends forever, and Jess (beautiful) and makes you feel very comfortable. The front desk is very accommodating, you’ll be friends with all of the staff when you go. Forever thankful for Ideal Image for helping me with my BIGGEST insecurity of thick dark hair growth. I completed 2 areas officially and have not had to do any hair removal methods - all of the hair is gone!

    I feel armed with several visits to provide an accurate over time based review of Viera Ideal. It is easy to see that the tone that Dr. Angela navigates the office is contagious as with each visit I have had in the last 3 years (appx 9 appts) has been consistently professional with a staff that is kind and willing to go above and beyond to support my scheduling and care needs. I have never had to wait for an unreasonable amount of time and believe it is their mission to make all who enter their doors as part of their extended family in a manner that is not creepy or even odd. Consideration and kindness are consistent and always free and seemingly from what i have observed, shared with all. Front desk and consultation specialists are responsive and have the required and beyond knowledge and skill set to fluidly move through their processes. I am appreciative of the calm vibe and look forward to seeing all with each visit.     Dr fisher is a hidden gem!! I had to get filler dissolved and redone. I was terrified of getting them dissolved. I didn’t feel a single thing! Debbie at the front office is amazing and numbs you to a tee! Dr fisher has an extremely quick hand and is very precise on all of her injections. I am extremely picky and I get very bad anxiety with all injections even though I love them. Dr fisher goes above and beyond to make you comfortable and she is the best injector I have ever had. I cant say enough about ideal image and the staff in Viera. I will be a customer for life!!

    I had the BBL (Laser treatment) , to remove age spots on my face - the results were amazing! I saw spots being remover and wrinkles also smoothed out of my face! My Technician Yesenia is always very informative during the whole procedure while you are there.. she explains step by step what she is doing a telling me what I should be feeling so far as a pain level if 1-10 .. you will feel a snap like a rubber band your very first visit but after that visit - pain level of a 1 - your body becomes acclimate - every time I went back it was better and better with the results- well worth it! Also Yesenia showed me on my very last visit my pictures of every visit of the results ! you do get use to what you see - but the results were amazing! Thank you Yesenia!! You are very kind and know how to make your clients feel comfortable!! Very professional as well !!

    I am almost done with my treatments!I was very pleased with my visit yesterday. The provider was very patient, talked me through everything and had very good attention to detail. These laser appointments usually are very painful for me, even with the numbing cream. But she made me more comfortable and made sure she got all the areas where hair was still growing, that maybe were missed in previous appointments. I would definitely recommend this office to others!

I went in and spoke with Debbie and she made everything simple and easy to understand. She made me feel comfortable! She was able to tell me that some laser might hurt some might not, depending on the person. She was right in every way !     Amazing. Dr. Shelton is fantastic. She is so smart and dedicated to making sure each patient gets the exact result they’re looking for.     So far so good. I had my first treatment 8 weeks ago without numbing cream and I must yell out..OUCCHHH!!! Make sure you get the prescription prescribed to you at your consultation because they didnt do that for me and it hurt like hell!! The hair started falling off just after the 1st treatment. Im here for my 2nd treatment today and I got the numbing cream on. I already feel it numb. The staff is friendly and the Dr is awesome. She is patient and explains everything to you thoroughly. Today the Dr is running late. I arrived on time. I hope this doesnt happen again. Its a Saturday and Im usually pretty busy. Anyway I feel this treatment will work and I hope to be hair free forever!!!

    I have made the drive to this location about six times now. While I don’t like the drive, Ideal Image Viera is SO much better then my local Ideal Image in Dr. Phillips. The sales woman was so drop dead gorgeous I put myself in her hands . You have to go and see her for the secrets 😉 Dr Shelton is also great and made me very comfortable during the procedure .     I’ve been here a few times already... I love them! They have great recommendations, great results, and these are real medical professionals. Cool sculpting was a huge success for me, after my last child and I just wasn’t getting results on my stomach. Three years later I notice my stomach still doesn’t really “hold” onto the fat anymore. It’s usually the first to slim back down when I’ve gained a bit here or there and then get back on track. That’s pretty neat. I’ve also had a Botox and Juvaderm... not a significant amount, just a mild touch up to help keep thinks soft and smooth as a new or deep line shows up. The stuff really works! It’s great! In a few weeks I’ll get a BBL facial. Growing up in FL my entire life, I’ve noticed a few dark spots as I push into my 40’s. If I’m going to do this, ideal image in Melbourne is doing to be the place. And consultations are free. So if you are thinking about something soft and subtle or just have a few questions, its a good place to start.
