I am so thankful for all the care I’ve received from Dr. Castellon. He performed my original breast augmentation with which I was so pleased. When I developed breast cancer and underwent a bilateral mastectomy, my personal choice was to have reconstruction and I knew Dr. Castellon had to be the one to do the reconstruction. Words can’t describe how much it meant to me to come through cancer and to be able to feel and look like myself prior to cancer. Since that time I decided to have my implants exchanged for a smaller size and to have a posterior thigh lift as well as Renuvion to my knee area. Again, I’m thrilled with the results. You’re in the best of hands with Dr. Castellon, his wonderful physician assistant, nurse practitioner and everyone in the office from the beginning with first consultation, throughout your surgery and the recovery period. In addition, as an anesthesiologist I work with many plastic surgeons and have had the privilege of working with Dr. Castellon. Seeing first hand, his professionalism, care for his patients and results made my decision to see Dr. Castellon for my personal care such an easy decision.

Wonderful experience with Dr Castellon. No pressure as far as picking my new breast size and the surgery was very easy. Recovery was seamless. Dr Castellon is one of the finest doctors, his demeanor is pleasant and he is very knowledgeable. He truly cares about his patience. I came to him with some severe issues, deformities in my body. So happy with my experience with Dr Castellon and his staff. I was really nervous about getting my old implants out (I had them for about 25 years!) and having them replaced with larger size implants and capsulectomy. But it went very well and Im so happy with the results! They are bigger, but they look so much more natural. When I had questions they were always quick to answer and call me back with any concerns. Im only two weeks post op and Im excited to see how they settle.

Wish I could have felt better after my reduction. But, mine was done thru my insurance and like everything with insurance they got the final say on how everything got done. And then I got pregnant another no no. But everyone in the office was wonderful I wish we were able to review our insurance companies or better yet those of our kids it would open peoples eyes a bit more about who is really making the choices for our health care its not us its not the doctors no it is burcratics. And that is not right.

I first meet with Dr. Castellon and his team back in mid 2018 after being diagnosed with breast cancer. I have been very pleased with my experience. Dr. Castellon is professional, kind, and understanding. He and his staff have been very supportive of my concerns. When I got closer to my first surgery (mastectomy/reconstruction), I called the office stating I had additional questions/concerns. They made an appointment for me right away with the nurse. After speaking with her and answering my questions she still asked if I would like to see the doctor to go over anything. It was not necessary because she answered all my questions but it was nice knowing that I had the option to speak with him if needed.My post surgery follow-ups were always with the doctor which was great. I talked to other people who went to other doctors and was told that they never saw the doctor again after surgery. It was always the nurse practitioner or someone else they saw.The staff is always friendly and welcoming when I arrived and made me feel very comfortable.I have been very pleased with the outcome of my surgeries thanks to Dr. Castellon and his team.

Dr Castellon and his office staff are wonderful. They always made me feel calm and comfortable as soon as I walked in. I cannot recommend Dr. Castellon enough. I am a medical student and knew going into my search for a surgeon exactly what I wanted. I was referred to Dr Castellon through my friend Donna who is a breast cancer survivor. Donna recommended Dr Castellon for my mommy makeover that I have wanted for many years. I am 53 and through the years of childbirth, stretch marks, weight gain, and weight loss, I wanted to feel better and look better. I was immediately pleased with the results. All of the stretch marks and the droopy pooch were gone, my breasts were lifted, I did not need implants as I was already a 40DDD. I have complete sensation in my breast and my tummy is flat again. The only discomfort I have had is with the drain tubes, and that has been minor. The incisions are extremely clean and the scars will be very minimal, and will fade in time. Dr Castellon is very compassionate and took his time, a master, and artist in his field and truly is a gifted surgeon. The women in the office are so helpful and compassionate. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Dr. Castellon and his patients through my work as a nurse at a local hospital. Not only did his patients rave on how wonderful he was, he treated our nursing staff with such kindness and respect. As a nurse I’ve always said you can tell a great deal about a doctor by the way they treat their staff and co-workers. Dr. Castellon and his staff do not fall short on that statement. For this reason (and the first hand looks at his work) I chose his office for my breast life and implant placement. Mid pandemic they made it comfortable and easy to access the office and get in for a consultation. They followed strict protocols in office for my face to face consult to protect their office staff and myself. From there the process was simple and straight forward. Post surgery the office was just as wonderful. My pain was minimal at best. My body had a slight complication in blood flow to one of the surgical sites but Dr. Castellon and the office were right on top of it from my first post op appt. They did not do what most offices do and give me a medication and send me on my way. They saw me in office no less than once a week till my issue resolved. I am currently a couple months out from my surgery anniversary and I am still seen by Dr. Castellon every 3-4 months to continue to make sure everything is how it should be. These follow ups give such a piece of mind for a patient who invested in plastic surgery. I had explored multiple other offices for the course of a few years before choosing Dr. Castellon. His attention to detail, his soft spoken nature, and care for his patients success is hands down what stands out above the rest. This office is not the cheapest around town, but you definitely get what you pay for. This is a lifetime decision to invest in your appearance or change your insecurities. I recently had surgery on my upper eye lids (eye lift) and a face tight procedure. I was initially concerned about having surgery and looking like Id had surgery. I can now say, the changes were obvious to me but no one else sees them specifically. Jill is an amazing aesthetician!!! At Jills recommendation I recently did Micro Needling and my skin has never looked better. The staff (Barbara, the nurses, receptionists) are absolutely amazing, and Dr. Castellon is spectacular! Very welcoming, comforting environment where you dont feel embarrassed. Highly recommend Dr. Castellon, as I will definitely return to him in the future.Update:A few months after my procedure I am disappointed to say I have a bubble. It cant be seen but can be felt. I was told this would NOT happen in my choice of implant and body type, however it did and I am not pleased. I informed Dr. Castellon and he said you cant see it. (Which is definitely a plus, no doubt, but wasnt the answer anyone likes to hear.)He also performed several surgeries on a friend including a breast lift. Her breasts do not have the lift they should, or the roundness. Infact they look deformed, and the fat transfer to the butt was a fail. It gave her hips instead of the intended bubble butt. He also did her botox injections which lifted her brow beautifully and smoothed the area between the brows and center forehead but created wrinkles above both brows. She went somewhere else a few weeks after, and had a better outcome. I was given free botox as a promotion, plus a free session for a friend. However I am hesitant to get it done now, and so is my friend. I will add, sitting in his office I seen some beautifully wrinkle free faces from botox.Everyone is different, I adore the staff but I wish my results had been what I expected and was ensured. His prices reflect the work of perfection. Hopeful for resolution!

One Friday afternoon around 3:15PM, I was sitting at that excruciatingly long light on US1 & Hibiscus, glancing over to my left at Dr Castellons office knowing I had to stop procrastinating & make the appointment. On impulse & whim as I frequently roll, I hopped over into the left turn lane (no, there wasnt any traffic in the way!!) just in time for the light to turn green.I went up to his office, knowing perfectly well I was going to have to make an appointment. Let me just tell you, from the absolute moment you enter the office, Dr Castellons staff makes you feel like you are the only person in their world. I told them I was on a fact finding mission and needed a bit of warranty work from a job Id had done 39 years prior & they had finally given up to old age and popped. We had a good laugh. I was told Barb was available and she could see me. Sure, why not, I did pop in on impulse and they had time why not!Within minutes, I am in this cute, cozy, let your hair down & get comfortable room having the easiest conversation with Barbara. She let me know that Dr Castellon was still in the office and would be able to see me if that fit with my schedule. Really? Sure thing it fit with my schedule.Next thing you know, I am being introduced to this angel of a man who literally a few weeks later magically took care of the old tires and gave me a new set. I do not remember the first go around going as easily as this time.Lets take a step back, my surgery was scheduled for June 3rd at 11:00 am, well June 2nd late night we had a wicked storm that blew out some of the equipment in the surgery room. Dr Castellon personally called me to reschedule my surgery for the following day or whenever would be convenient for me, but we did it the following day. His staff called me as did the folks at the surgery center to assure me everything would be go smoothly.Okay, so the long and the short of it because this has gotten a bit long, Dr Castellon & his staff are the absolute best in the business. I wouldnt go anywhere else for anything cosmetic surgeryish and folks needing reconstruction, he is one of the few that works very closely with your oncologist and health insurance company.By 36 hours post op, I was at about 80%, after 5 days, I was feeling like a million bucks.Stop procrastinating, make the call or stop by like I did, youll be glad you did.

My vagina literally looks like it did 20 years ago! Internally everything feels much tighter. Votiva intensified my orgasms. Highly recommend this procdure.

Much better results with Morpheus 8! I then mentioned to Amanda, on my second visit, how embarrassed I am by all my “Dalmatian spots”. I am fair skinned and a Florida native. Amanda talked to me about broadband light therapy. I have had two treatments and my many “spots”are disappearing! 😃 I didn’t think it was possible. I came to Castellon with two issues--a lumpy nightmare of a belly from CoolSculpting done by people who didnt know what they were doing, and a deep scar in the middle of my nose caused by an angiofibroma and 20+ years of picking at it. So, per CoolSculpting: Sherell knows exactly what she is doing, and two months into my session with her, I can already look at my stomach and feel good about it--and the pictures prove it has improved! She is obviously, as they call her, a Master CoolSculptor; she has even gone to CoolSculpting college! If only I had gone to her first, it would have saved me much money and even more agita. I am thrilled with the results so far, and she is such a pleasure to be around. And per my nose: Amanda, the medical aesthetician, has been incredible. I am doing both microneedling and BBL on my nose to attempt to make it look as good as it possibly can; I might do some filler once the skin has healed enough. Im in the middle of my treatments, and I already see a difference--my husband even said it looks a million times better than before I went, which was all I needed to hear. Amanda has been so patient with all of my questions and concerns, and has walked me through all the steps of both types of treatments, as well as taking the time to go over all of my skin products to help me not only with my nose issue but my face in general--and her recommendations have had great results! She is a doll, and she loves her job and takes it very seriously--she knows skin and she knows what works and what doesnt. I am fully confident that we will make my nose look as good as it possibly can. I also met Dr. Castellon at my first consultation, and he has the best bedside manner; he didnt rush me like most plastic surgeons would, and we went over all of my options until I felt satisfied about how we were going to proceed. Barbara, the Patient Care Coordinator, helped me to put together a package that made sense, and she was so nice and on top of things. The front office staff, all of them--Ruthi, Demi--is lovely as well; they always are so friendly, which makes coming in for my procedures a pleasure. I met with Dr Castellon on the possibility of reducing the larger one, he explained the procedure and respected my decision not to reconstruct the smaller one( I had 33 treatments of radiation and was afraid of possible complications) His professionalism and caring manner put me so at easy .Once surgery was done I felt like a new person and no longer a deformed 69 year old women.
