    All I have to say is customer service @ it’s Finest, as a Gentleman , I do have a phone number with & venture to Ulta occasionally but today I stoped by with a nice List of misc that would take me 3 hours to find with just me & my other buddy alone. Rachel & Mellisa came to my aid & when I say I had the best shopping experience anyone could ask for mean it! There really are amazing human beings out there who take a lot of pride in the little things they do that make the biggest difference in the life’s of the individuals around them. Above & beyond they both went to make sure I got everything I needed & then some. Excellent sales Women.Asked to speak to the StoreManager to Congratulate her on her truly Exceptional Floor Staff; (hospitality/retail is difficult finding great people who genuinely care about a great welcoming customer experience especially in Miami) she was equally as nice & had expressed how just the day Prior it had been Madness for them there. Even after one of their busiest days I’m guessing of the Season, these girls come into the work the next day giving 150%. THATS HOW YOU MAKE THINGS HAPPEN!I hope someone in higher management sees this review & does something special for the girls at this store because they really made my shopping experience one of A Kind. They are a HUGE component 2 why corporations like Ulta are as successful as they are. Thank you all again for being Kind. Happy Holidays.

    Nat A at Ulta Beauty was so helpful for me!! I had taken a few years break from wearing makeup, and I was overwhelmed walking into the store. Nat A helped me to find everything I needed for a glamorous event. And she explained briefly how to do an elegant face. I bought more than I intended- but am happy with my purchases. Now every time I wear my makeup, I am thankful for her help. And my family say thay I have never looked better.

    Alysha, a rep from MAC assisted me with my make up. Not only did she provide excellent advice and service but her marvelous personality made it a pleasure to work with her. I ended up buying additional items on her advice. Great salesperson!

    If you need to touch up on your hair, I definitely recommend Ellie and Arlene! They are so talented in what they do that the end result of the process leaves me speechless each time. I truly appreciate the fact that they were super patient with me about what I wanted to do with my hair. Thanks to these ladies, my hair has felt healthier ever since! ^.^For eyebrows, Natalie is your girl! The few times Ive gone to her, Ive always left satisfied with eyebrows being able to breathe, again lol. You can tell that she puts in the love and care for your eyebrows by how she takes her time sketching out the shape and making sure that your brows come out nice and clean c:All in all, 10 out of 10, RECOMMEND!

    Arlene is amazing! I love going to her to get my hair done. She is honest in how your hair will turn out and gives you explanations as to what she is doing with it. She takes her time to give you what you want whether it is coloring or haircut. I always leave the salon happy each time she does my hair. Definitely recommend her.

    I went to Ulta in Homestead, and after searching for more than a year for a concelor that matches my skin color, John, the sales manager at the Ulta in Homestead, found one for me. John was so helpful. Remember who I was when I went back to the store.It is very rare to find any good customer help these days.If John reads this, I would like to say thank you.

    Natalie is amazing! She listens very attentively and delivered just how I wanted my eyebrows to be. Im super picky and hardly trust anyone to touch my eyebrows. Natalie, though, is very meticulous by mapping out your eyebrows to fit your face shape. I love her attention to detail. Definitely recommend going to her for your eyebrows 👌

    I had to make an emergency stop by Ulta to buy a gift for a birthday.Zoila welcomed me and took care of what I needed. She was very professional, welcoming and her knowledge on the products at the store was incredible.I was very stressed and nervous, because of the holidays. I didn’t know the right cologne and perfumes to pick for my husband and family members.     Let me tell you all about MISS PAULETTE!!! She was the BEST! Period ‼️ I asked a simple question about contour and she legit sat me down at mac, showed me how to do the contour, AND then proceeded do the rest of my makeup. Like who does that? She gave me so many tips and tricks. Her customer service is IMPECCABLE!!!! She went above and beyond for real. Absolutely loved her and she made my experience so amazing ✨🫶🏻 Her makeup is so pretty so I recommend booking with her for some lessons or to get your face slayed 💄💋 but guys seriously she was so down to earth and sweet. PLEASE ask for Paulette when you go!!! You won’t regret it 🤍🫶🏻🫶🏻✨✨🥰

    Alysha was AMAZING!! She was very enthusiastic, friendly and patient with me. I came in looking for a new foundation recommended by a coworker of mine brand Tarte. I was nervous that I would come out with the wrong shade but then I went up to Alysha and she literally went through five different shades to find a perfect match for my face. My face is very dry and red, and we finally found the ideal matching one. I’ve never been to this store where I’ve had an employee take such time with being so helpful with my needs. Alysha was ultimately the best. Now I know who to ask for whenever I go back. Thank you!!

    I went today with my best friend and Lilith was SO SO SO HELPFUL!!! She was so patient with us, answered all of our questions, helped us find our shade for multiple products (2 foundations and a concealer) and even threw in some recommendations for skin care. 10/10 customer service.

    Love this place. John is a angel ! He saved me lots of time browsing through the wrong color lipsticks and pencils all because he could just look at my skin tone and match it perfectly. He literally knows more about shades than any woman I know. He’s extremely helpful plus he takes his time helping you with ANYTHING or answering ALL of your questions. Super friendly and has a warm spirit. This was also my first time visiting and all because of him I’m even more into makeup that I just want to come here every week to look around at all of their other interesting items. This is a wonderful warm welcoming environment for even my mom to come to try on her first perfect lipstick all thanks to John. Everyone else were supper helpful as well. Hope John NEVER quit because he knows his stuff like a pro.

    The store is lovely! It has the only Tree Hut products anywhere. I like the luscious sugar scrubs. Today I found a rose water body spray and rose body lotion- so hard to find anywhere! They have a wonderful staff now too, and its a pleasure to shop at this store in Homestead

    Ive been going to my stylist Gaby at Ulta Salon over a year now ever since they were at Southland Mall. She is absolutely amazing!! Shes knowledgeable, personable and knows her stuff. She saved my hair on my first visit and leaves it amazingly smooth, healthy and perfect each appointment. I love Ulta salon and Ive returned ever since. They have reasonable prices and services. She is my go to stylist and theres no other!

    I walked in looking to replenish on my Pacifica Products as well as get some more info on the Mac Products. The employees were very helpful, Especially Alysha , she answered a lot of my question regarding makeup for my sensitive skin & eyes to the best of her knowledge.     Very clean and organized. In a great location. Very helpful and kind staff. My only advise would be to have some sort of prior knowledge of information about what kind of products you plan to get just to make the most informed decision. I wouldnt heavily rely on the sales employees if you desire a more personal educated accurate experience. My opinion not just with this store in particular but any establishment where youre purchasing products.

    Alyasha really helped us tonight. We went in almost desperate, the makeup artist I had scheduled had cancelled last minute and my daughter had JROTC Ball to attend in an hour! Alyasha was due to clock out in less 30 minutes and she took us anyway! She was patient did exactly as I had wished and I was so happy with the results.     I came up from the keys to run errands and decided to get my hair cut at Ulta in Homestead. Mirtha greeted me and there was obviously a language barrier but I wrote down my info for her and she called me right back. I don’t know what she used but my hair felt SO CLEAN after she washed and conditioned it, then she used Redkin 25 which is obviously magic in a bottle. The tricky part was showing her what I wanted done with my hair but with google translate and a google search for “Reese Witherspoon swoopy bangs” she gave me an absolutely perfect haircut. I swear she styled me on Wednesday and it’s Friday and my hair still looks when I left the salon. Mirtha, I will definitely be back even though it’s a two hour drive!Google translated:Salí de las llaves para hacer recados y decidí cortarme el pelo en Ulta en Homestead. Mirtha me saludó y obviamente había una barrera de idioma, pero escribí mi información y me devolvió la llamada.     I am a happy customer to have been served in the perfumery of this Ulta center, having a nice experience buying a perfume and being assisted by a very professional Zoila who helped me make an excellent choice with her knowledge about the different notes of perfumes and which one would be the most suitable for me, without a doubt I would return to this place!! All the staff are very friendly but Zoila gets a 10 for me in that area.
