I am overjoyed and astonished by the level of professionalism, customer service, attention to detail, and so much more. This was my first time and I was drawn to this salon by the many 5 star reviews. Wendy was my nail tech. She truly took her time, made sure I was okay along the way, perfectly replicated a design I found on Pinterest (LOL), and gave recommendations on what was best for me as I am a cancer survivor who needed something less toxic.Lotus has earned a new customer! I booked an appointment on Valentine’s Day to get my hair done and I loved the service I received at Lotus hair and nail spa. The guy who did my hair was very friendly, knowledgeable and kind. He even went above and beyond by adding a hair mask to hidrate my since it can get very dry due to my highlights. I would recommend Lotus spa to all my friends and family.

Had my nails done today. DD did a superrr, excellent job. Very meticulous, very professional. DD has been the best nail stylist ever. I have done my nails all over United States, Europe, Hawaii, Caribbean Islands, South America, but Im telling you, DD has been the best so far. She gets a humongous A+. Im a very happy customer 😀. Plus the staff is very welcoming and attentive.

Needed to get my son’s long Dominican curly hair trimmed in length, and faded in the back.Not the standard barbershop service.The owner Carlos was professional, greeting us kindly as soon as we walked in. He was very very attentive, listening to my concerns, and then making sure to assign the proper stylist to fit our specific needs.The 2 stylists that helped us did a FANTASTIC job. (1st and 2nd chair, did not catch their names 😞)I was extremely anxious about having someone new cut my son’s curls, as not everyone knows how to deal with curls- but am so glad my friend referred us to Lotus Hair and Nails Spa. My son liked it there, it was peaceful and relaxing- and we will be back.Thanks guys! 🤩

I re recently found this salon for my wife. The owner and staff blew me and my wife away with their friendliness and professionalism. We both agreed how nice it was to find a stylist who actually listened to us and provided guidance in what would look best for us. I was so impressed by the hair styling side of the business that I surprised my wife with a mani/pedi. My wife was amazed by the attention to detail and the patience and efficency of the nail tech. I had a great haircut and beard grooming and shaping. The stylist Carlos listened to what I wanted done with my hair and beard and also provided guidance on properly shaping my beard as well as having the stylist who cut my wifes hair do 2 braids on my beard. Great service! Great staff! Great prices! We will definitely be back again, and we definitely recommend this salon & spa

Great service! They are fantastic. Best manicure and pedicure in the area. Carlos is super friendly and welcoming, he has been treating my eyebrows for 2 years and has fixed some growth problems I used to have. Its never a long wait, and the atmosphere is so welcoming I never want to leave.

Joseph is my go to hairstylist ! I’ve never gotten my hair done at a salon before but I am so glad I did & it was with Joseph. He’s such a sweet funny guy; getting my hair done by him & talking to him is such good vibes & great energy. I tell him I want one thing & he recommends something better, more protective for my hair & I just love that I can trust him with my hair. First time also getting highlights & I said I will never get it but after going to him 1-2 times I knew he would have my best interest! I love you Joseph!

Carlos is THE BEST BARBERHe literally makes me looks like a Greek god chiseled out of marble with a simple haircut.The way he blends the hair, and sharpens edges up. It really turns me into the best version of myself whenever he touches my hair.At times he’s also my therapist and his service is great cause you can tell he puts his heart and brain to what he offers.

Carlos is a high-level barber, he only sees you and knows what he has to do to make you look good. On the opening day they offered me that my haircut would be free for giving me a facial.
