From the moment you enter the serene establishment, Alexandra completely assesses your skincare needs and goes above and beyond to provide a unique relaxing spa experience. Alexandra did a phenomenal job on my skin and left it feeling softer and hydrated than ever before. She talked me through the process and made the experience incredibly delightful! She is honest, shares her personal experience with some of her favorite products and always makes sure I feel comfortable. Go see Alexandra for all your skin treatments, you won’t be disappointed! She’s dedicated to her work and has a great deal of experience and knowledge in her craft!!

This was my first time getting a facial and I gotta say the feeling after going here really made my week. I could feel my face clean and healthy. The location is very nicely put together, clean and it smelled so great that I was easily relaxed. Alexandra was delightful, extracted black heads, she was very gentle and skilled. Explained everything that was happening while she worked which was great because a great personality like hers was a big plus! She did many things to take proper care of my skin during my hydrafacial. I definitely am going back to see her maybe for the rest of my life!!

She completely analyzed my skin and went through in depth professional recommendations as well as explained why she was recommending them all catered to my specific skincare needs. I went in with dryness and left with my skin feeling bright, smooth and hydrated. She also helped in recommending products to maintain a at home skincare regimen to ensure best results between visits. She was kind, professional and really made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Wow! Not only is the space beautiful, clean, comfortable and modern, Alexandra was phenomenal! She explained everything she was doing and had such a gentle but thorough hand. I walked in with my skin feeling gross and congested and walked out feeling clean, fresh, and renewed. I was blown away by her professionalism and knowledge and the products used were top notch! I struggled with acne for may years and take my skincare very seriously. I’m so glad I found a place that can make me feel pampered and well serviced. Legitimately so good and worth it! I live in nyc and have gone to numerous spas and I still prefer my experience The Skin Specialist! I will continue to book with her every time I’m in town.

A friend of mine gifted me a facial with her favorite esthetician “Alex” and I can say now that she became my favorite one! I had a complete Hydrafacial and what a wonderful experience! My skin looks so bright and hydrated like never before. Alex was very meticulous on every detail and she was explaining all the steps she was following.Her place is gorgeous! Beautiful design and you can tell that she uses the best products to help your skin.I will recommend Alex to all my friend and everyone that needs help with their skin

My experience with Alexandra was absolutely fantastic! She accommodated my schedule and even stayed late to fit my sister and I in. She was very detailed on exactly what was going to be done and explained each step thoroughly. I left feeling so refreshed and cleansed. I did a deep facial cleaning and after a couple of days my skin has never looked/felt better. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

I have very sensitive and reactive skin, so I am very careful with the products I use and the procedure I have done to my face. I only trust Alex to provide my facials. She is amazing, the ultimate professional and her salon is state of the art. It is a soothing and calming experienceace to go there and my face always feels rejuvenated and looks radiant after one of her facials. I will only trust Alex to do my facial procedures and will never go anywhere else.
